Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of social skills in children with special needs in inclusive schools. The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of the social skills of children with special needs in the Inclusive School, namely the Superior State Elementary School, Kuningan Regency. The focus of this research is two children with ADHD and a child who is intellectually and intellectually slow. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires to teachers and parents of students. The results of interviews with parents showed that n1 and n2 categories of assessment were sufficient, and n3 categories of good assessments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersumber dari masalah yakni kebiasaan membaca siswa yang dirasa kurang seperti ketika saat ada jam kosong atau saat istirahat tidak meluangkan waktunya untuk membaca, jarang berkunjung ke perpustakaan dan pojok baca. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui apakah kebiasaan berdampak pada hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 4 SDN Kebun 1. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan model deskriptif serta pengambilan data dengan dokumentasi, angket, dan observasi. Data hasil belajar diambil dengan dokumentasi dari ulangan harian siswa. Data lainnya diambil dari angket yang disebar kepada siswa kelas 4 SDN Kebun 1 yang berjumlah 19 siswa pada tanggal 11 Maret 2023. Observasi digunakan untuk melihat seberapa sering siswa kelas 4 berkunjung ke perpustakaan dan pojok baca. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan, didapatkan bahwa kebiasaan membaca berdampak bagi hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas 4 SDN Kebun 1. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari waktu membaca siswa, semakin lama waktu yang dihabiskan untuk membaca semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang didapatkan sehingga orang tua maupun guru dapat menanamkan kebiasaan membaca pada anak dari usia sedini mungkin. Namun, tak hanya kebiasaan membaca saja yang dapat membawa bagi hasil belajar, masih banyak hal-hal lain yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to understand the Pancasila Student Profile (Profil Pelajar Pancasila) in Hindu literature either Sruti as well as Smerti. The research is using literature review method. The result of the research showed that the Weda characteristics are flexible so that they can be applied throughout the entire time. The Weda characteristics could answer different challenges in different era, in this case the challenges are in globalization era and industrial revolution 4.0. The six dimensions of Pancasila Student Profile consist of (1) global unity (berkebhinekaan tunggal), (2) mutual cooperation, (3) creative, (4) critical thinking, (6) independency and (6) religious, having faith to the God Almighty, and noble character, all of them are explicitly and implicitly written in Hindu literature, in Pustaka Suci Atharwa Weda, Bhagavad Gita, Rg Veda, Wrhaspati Tattwa, Sarsamuccaya, Lontar Siwa SasanĂ , Manawa Dharma Sastra, dan Kekawin Niti Sastra

Abstract

Art and culture significantly benefit human life personally and socially, so it stands to reason that art and culture are included in the primary education curriculum. The lack of strengthening character education in subjects at Jambe Agung Elementary School, Batubulan can be fostered through learning Arts, Culture, and Crafts (ACaC). Character strengthening can be formed through ACaC learning, where ACaC learning aims to train psychomotor skills, creativity and at,t attitudes that contain character education values. This research analyzes the approach to strengthening character education and the constraints and efforts made in strengthening character education through ACaC learning for grade IV students at Jambe Agung Elementary School. This descriptive quality research data uses observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and document studies. The results showed that (1) The approach to strengthening character education in ACaC learning for grade IV students includes teacher example, empowerment and culture, integrating character values in RPP, and methods of strengthening character education used during learning. (2) The obstacles faced in implementing strengthening character education through AcaC learning for grade IV students are obstacles in integrating ACaC content with thematic and limited SBdP learning time. Then the efforts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles are by finding supporting teaching materials from the internet and linking learning with real examples and teachers trying to adjust ACaC learning activities based on the available time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) model assisted by the Curik-Curik Game to increase motivation to learn Mathematics in class V at SD Gugus III Tejakula District. The research was conducted using Quasi-Experimental or Quasi-Experimental research by applying the Post-Test Only Control Group Design. This study used a population of all fifthgrade students at SD Gugus III Tejakula District with a total of 209 students. The selection of the sample was carried out by using a random sampling lottery method. As many as 30 students from grade V SD Negeri 6 Tejakula were assigned to be the experimental group and 24 students from grade V SD Negeri 3 Tejakula were assigned to be the control group. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire instrument and documentation which was processed using SPSS Version 25. Data processing included validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a significant difference in the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) Model assisted by Curik-Curik Games to increase motivation to learn Mathematics in class V at SD Gugus III Tejakula District. The thit value is 5,799 > ttable 1,674. It is known that the average1 learning motivation of students in the experimental class was 123.10, and the average learning motivation in the control class was 110.45. Thus the average value of learning motivation in the experimental class is greater than the control class. Therefore, the intervention method applied has an effect on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with an analysis of the use of the Mathmagic learning video for fraction material at SDN Telang 2. This study aims to analyze the use of the Mathmagic learning video for fraction material in class V SDN Telang 2, Kamal District, Bangkalan Regency. The participants in this study were the fifth grade teacher and 11 female students and 8 male students with a total of 19 students. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, questionnaires. The instruments used by the researchers were observation sheets, interviews and student questionnaires. The results of the study show that the use of mathmagic video learning media for fractional material provides students' understanding and interest during learning with 2 indicators of concern. The first indicator is attention (Attention) as many as 16 students or 84% pay attention to the learning videos that are broadcast. This shows that students are more focused on learning when using mathmagic learning videos. The second indicator is satisfaction (Satisfaction) as many as 15 students or 79% pay attention to the learning videos that are broadcast. This shows that students are satisfied with the explanations in the learning videos presented. Keywords: Learning video, Mathmagic, Fractions

Abstract

Learning Mathematics in Elementary School has not been able to improve students’ numeracy skills to the fullest, one of the reasons because many students think that mathematics is a difficult science and the explanations obtained related to the material cannot be understood by students properly. The use of monotonous teaching methods without any innovation makes students easily bored and less focused on understanding the materials during learning. This study aims to determine the increase in students’ numeracy skills after using learning media in the form of video Math Magic Trick SeMUT (Stiped Multiplication Trick). The research orientation that will be discussed is the operation of multiplying integers. The research was conducted in class IV SDNU Al Istiqomah Gresik with 9 students as subjects, 3 male students and 6 female students. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. Sampling techniques using observation with test instruments. The research method uses a pre-test and post-test. The final research show that there is an increase in students multiplication counting skills after applying video education the Math Magic SeMUT.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies, obstacles, and efforts to overcome the obstacles in instilling the character values of loving the motherland at SD Cipta Dharma Denpasar. This qualitative research utilizes observation, interview, documentation and literature study to collect the data, involving educators, education staff and students, which are then analyzed interpretively through the steps of: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result shows that the implementation of the character of loving the motherland is carried out in the learning process, which includes: singing the national anthem, folk songs, and providing knowledge related to the cultural diversity and history of the Indonesian state. Outside the classroom, instilling the character values of loving the motherland is carried out through flag ceremonies, extracurricular activities, art performances and other artistic activities. Students are taught to use domestic products, maintain facilities provided by the state, and respecting differences in culture and beliefs. Obstacles in cultivating the character of loving the motherland include: lack of understanding and discipline of students, lack of school cooperation with parents, and environmental conditions of students. Educators and education staff try to become the role models for students, develop extracurricular activities, enforce school regulations, and increase cooperation between teachers and parents to overcome obstacles that occur in the process of cultivating the character values of love for the motherland. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the parties involved in elementary education should be able to implement the cultivation of loving the motherland character in a synergistic and comprehensive manner in the classroom, outside the classroom and outside of school.

Abstract

Language skills involve both parties in communicating must both have productive skills in language, both orally and in writing. the researcher took writing skills and speaking skills which are two language skills that cannot be separated from most people, especially from students at MI NU Roudlotush Sholichin Sunggingan Kudus class 3. If these students have these two skills, it will be very easy to communicate with people around him. Especially in instilling and preserving Javanese culture. In this study, researchers used qualitative field research using phenomenological research types. From the results of observations and interviews at MI NU Roudlotush Sholichin Sunggingan Kudus in writing skills students were able to develop these skills in the form of implementation and coaching in learning Javanese as well as student experiences given to educators. in speaking skills students are able to carry it out, that way students can develop their abilities in speaking skills more. Javanese language learning is directed at improving students' ability to communicate using Javanese properly and correctly which includes four aspects of skills namely listening, reading, writing and speaking skills. Language skills involve both parties in communicating must both have productive or expendential skills in language, both orally and in writing as seen in speaking and writing activities.

Abstract

The poster learning media on the theme of objects around me for class III students at SDN Dukuh Kupang 5 Surabaya has enormous benefits. The instrument of this literature review consists of several sources such as journals, articles that have been searched. This literature review refers to the journals and articles obtained. Posters have been widely used as learning media. Posters with all their advantages, are able to attract attention and even arouse people who see it. Selection of good posters to increase student creativity will be very helpful in learning, such as the theme of objects around me. Posters have such a high dramatic power to captivate and attract attention. This is because the poster has an adequate description due to psychological factors and is stimulating to live up to. As for the benefits of poster learning media to increase student creativity, encourage meaningful use of subjects by involving imagination and active participation which results in increased learning outcomes, then complementing rich experiences with knowledge that meaningful concepts can be developed. Broaden students' insights and experiences that reflect non-verbalistic learning and make appropriate generalizations, and by using poster learning media students very often hone students' creativity with cycles of always honing posters
