Abstract

This study aims to determine whether framing, groupthink, financial rewards, social values, and job market considerations have a influence on interest in choosing a career as a financial audit at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo students in the accounting study program during the covid-19 pandemic.This study used a quatitative approach. Data collection techniques of collecting using a questionnaire. The population of this study includes all the accounting students of Muhammadiyah University of sidoarjo, batch 2020 as many as 178 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, the slovin formula and obtaineda sample of 123 respondents. Method of analysis data used in thi research was multiple linear regression techniques by using the SPSS version 25 test tool .The results of this study indicate that framing, groupthink, financial rewards, social values, and job market considerations have a significant influence on interest in choosing a career as a financial auditor at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo students in the accounting study program during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research with research subjects including principals, coordinators/responsible for inclusion, special assistant teachers, classroom teachers, GDPK guardians. The research setting is at the Creative School of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis and data interpretation techniques according to Miles and Hubermen are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and data verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The GDPK learning planning at the Creative School of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan Sidoarjo has been carried out carefully, starting from needs analysis, recruitment, orientation or FORTASI, mapping or placement of PDBK, prota, prosem, syllabus, RPP, PPI , to the determination of learning media or special educational teaching aids, (2) The organization that has been carried out has been running as expected under the leadership of the Principal who collaborates with relevant stakeholders, in order to achieve effective, efficient and productive criteria, (3) The implementation of GDPK learning has been running quite good and effective by implementing modifications to curriculum content that are tailored to the needs of PDBK, PPI, link books, green books, therapy, and special programs, (4) Monitoring and evaluation of GDPK learning has been running quite well and effectively carried out by the supervisor of the local education office , principals, curriculum coordinators, and h . delivery the results of the development of PDBK to the guardians of students, (5) the obstacles and efforts that have been made in implementing the learning management of PDBK in the Creative School of SD Muhamamadiyah 2 reinforcement Sidoarjo, namely the lack of provision of special assistant teachers, not yet 100% of the fulfillment of media or special educational teaching aids, the existence of the dual role of the classroom teacher before the special assistant teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of religious character habituation, obstacles in the habituation of religious characters and school solutions to overcome religious character obstacles that are applied during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research below is a qualitative phenomology research. The research subjects were students, classroom teachers and parents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. In checking the validity of using a trust test, degree of accuracy, dependability test, and objectivity testing. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of strengthening religious character through habituation that is carried out routinely by students and by example. 2) Obstacles in the implementation of religious character habituation that are applied are the lack of student awareness, attention from parents, and infrastructure. 3) Solutions or efforts made by schools in overcoming obstacles to habituation of religious characters by carrying out order, supervision, providing examples, and socializing to students and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the mind mapping learning method during the covid-19 pandemic with students' science learning outcomes, and how strong is the relationship between mind mapping learning methods during the covid-19 pandemic and students' science learning outcomes. The research method used in this research is non-experimental quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis using SPSS 25. The sample in this study amounted to 20 students. In this study, the research results obtained from the product moment correlation test results, namely r-count (0.567) > r-table (0.444) with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of the research and the results of the product moment correlation test that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a fairly strong relationship between the mind mapping learning method during the COVID-19 pandemic and students' science learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the accounting treatment in increasing accountability and transparency of budget management with the concept of Value for Money in Gelang Village. This type of research is a qualitative research that uses data collection methods through interview, documentation, and observation. Types and sources of data using primary data and secobdary data. The technique of determining the informants in this study uses a purposive sampling technique, which means that the technique is intented to select informants according to the object under study. The results of the study indicate that the management of APBDes in Gelang Village has carried out a system of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability according to the rules. The application of the concept of Value for Money in budget management has been implemented through the 3E (Economy, Efficiency, and Effectiveness) well in Gelang Village. It can also be said to be transparent, because the village government has realized the APBDes funds by placing the APBDes realization report in front of the village office and holding a village meeting to discuss the APBDes program development plan

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the phenomenon where early semester students experience academic stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between peer social support and academic stress in third semester students of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study is a quantitative correlational research method. The research population was 569 students and 221 students were taken as a sample using the proportional sampling technique. The data collection method used 2 psychological scales, namely the Peer Social Support Scale and the Academic Stress Scale. The proposed hypothesis is that there is a negative relationship between peer social support. with academic stress. Data analysis with Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The result, r = -0.059, p = 0.191 (p > 0.05), which means the research hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is no relationship between peer social support and academic stress. Abstract

PT X employees in Sidoarjo still have workplace well-being problems such as being unable to adjust to the work environment, feeling that salaries have not been met to meet their daily needs and lack of appreciation for the achievements that have been given by employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of workplace well-being and the factors that affect workplace well-being in PT X employees in a quantitative descriptive manner. The population in this study were employees of PT X Sidoarjo as many as 920 employees. The sample used is 255 employees, based on an error rate of 5% in the table developed by Isaac and Michael. The sampling technique in this study is proportional random sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a psychological scale, namely the workplace well-being scale in the form of a used scale. The results of the validity test were obtained as many as 50 valid items from 52 items compiled. The reliability test showed that it was 0.938. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the workplace well-being in the high category was 58.4%, medium 41.6% and low 0%, meaning that the welfare of PT X Sidoarjo employees in the company was classified as good. Factors that affect workplace well-being are achievement (27.84%), self-evaluation (23.5%), feeling happy when getting support from others (21.18%), getting recognition from others (16 ,47%), and the last one is satisfied in doing work (11%).Keywords - Workplace Well-Being, Employees.

Abstract

This article aims to developing a crossword-based Al-'Ashri textbook in grade VII and to determine the improvement of the textbook on Arabic vocabulary mastery for grade VII at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan. This study uses research and development (Research and development) with the Sugiyono development model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The results of this study indicate that the development of the crossword-based Al-'Ashri textbook based on the assessments of content experts and design experts obtained very feasible criteria. From the expert's assessment, a trial was conducted on seventh grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan and the development was able to improve the Arabic vocabulary mastery of the seventh grade students. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test analysis where tcount 10.82 > ttable 1.803 that means H1 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income accounting information system that has been applied at PT. Sunny Jaya's heritage is in accordance with the theory of accounting information systems which in the future can be used as material for improving company systems. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to analyze the income accounting information system at PT. Sunny Jaya's heirloom. Accounting information system at PT. In practice, the Sunny Jaya heritage has been going well because each part has been managed by each staff so that there is very little cheating that can be done. The use of the system in the company here as a whole has helped to meet reporting needs so that reports and inputs can be updated, besides that the use of programs/systems has provided good internal control.

Abstract

Ma’had Umar Bin Al-Khattab Surabaya is an educational institution that concentrates on providing Arabic language education and islamic studies with an institutional style based on Middle Eastern Culture. This study aims to describe and analyze the development of the Arabic language curriculum and the achievement of Arabic curriculum development at MUBK Surabaya in maintaining Middle Eastern culture based educational institutions.This research uses a naturalistic qualitative approach with the type of field research and case study research design. The subjects in this study were Mudir, Deputy Mudir, Lecturers of Ma’had, alumni and students of MUBK Surabaya. data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analiysis techniques using data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this research showed that the development of the Arabic language curriculum at MUBK Surabaya was carried out because of many background aspect including: stakeholder demands and students need. The principles of curriculum development are relevance, flexibility, continuity, as well as effectiveness and efficiency. The foundation of curriculum development used is religious, capability, psychological, and sosio-cultural. Middle Eastern culture at MUBK Surabaya includes 3 aspects, namely: first, the value system and nature of Middle Eastern people thought. Second, the pattern of life, attitudes, and Islamic habits of the Middle East. Third: patterns of student-teacher relationships in Middle Eastern cultures. The acvievement of curricilum development at MUBK Surabaya is by designing several courses to support the implementation of the 3 aspects of Middle Eastern culture.
