Abstract

Caring merupakan hal yang sangat mendasar dalam mensukseskan pendidikan. Guru yang percaya pada kemampuan siswanya, maka dia akan menunjukkan bahwa dia care, dengan menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat dalam proses pembelajaran dan guru mendorong siswa untuk aktif dalam pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi problem caring guru SD, behavior modeling training merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan caring guru, karena model ini memiliki tuntunan yang jelas dalam merubah perilaku. Apakah ada pengaruh behavior modeling training terhadap caring guru SD menjadi konsentrasi yang perlu dijawab dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan caring guru yang diberi pelatihan BMT dan guru yang tidak diberi pelatihan BMT. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian true experiment dengan desain pretest-postest design with control group. Subjek penelitian ini guru SD kelas awal (1-3) pada KKG gugus 06 di Sidoarjo  berjumlah 54 orang yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan teknik analisis ANOVA. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan hasil penelitian: (1) penerapan BMT bagi guru SD berpengaruh terhadap caring guru, (2) efektifitas penerapan BMT dapat dilihat dari hasil uji statistik ANOVA pada kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Secara serempak diketahui ada perbedaan signifikan caring guru yang dilatih dan yang tidak dilatih dengan BMT

Abstract

Interpersonal skills merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam intelek manusia. Kegunaan kreatif dari pikiran manusia dituntut untuk mampu mempertahankan hubungan sosial manusia secara efektif. Banyak orang mampu memikirkan semua konsekuensi dari apa yang telah mereka perbuat, mengantisipasi tingkah laku orang lain, menentukan keuntungan dan kerugian, dan mengatasi dengan baik hal-hal hubungan interpersonal. Sebagai calon pendidik, kompetensi sosial dan Kapabilitas komunikasi interpersonal menjadi bagian penting dalam menjamin kualitas pendidik. Pendidik yang sukses adalah pendidik yang memiliki kemampuan bekerja sama, berempati, dan pengendalian diri yang menonjol.

Abstract

Sabar  merupakan sikap dasar emosional yang harus dilatih dan biasakan sejak dini. Anak yang sabar akan mampu menyelesaikan tanggung jawabnya dengan baik tanpa marah dan tergesa-gesa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap sabar melalui permainan musik feeling band anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Hasan Munadi I Banggle Beji, Pasuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek tindakan berjumlah 13 anak. Kegiatan diawali Pra Siklus, selanjutnya proses penelitian menggunakan 2 tahap yaitu Siklus I dengan permainan musik dari botol plastik kosong dan diisi batu. Siklus II anak diajak  memainkan alat musik dari kaleng, botol plastik diisi batu, gelas kaca, tutup botol, dan stick. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, sikap sabar anak dari Pra Siklus, Siklus I, dan Siklus II mengalami peningatan signifikan. Ini membuktikan adanya peningkatan sikap sabar anak setelah dilakukan permainan musik feeling band.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of religious character habituation, obstacles in the habituation of religious characters and school solutions to overcome religious character obstacles that are applied during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research below is a qualitative phenomology research. The research subjects were students, classroom teachers and parents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. In checking the validity of using a trust test, degree of accuracy, dependability test, and objectivity testing. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of strengthening religious character through habituation that is carried out routinely by students and by example. 2) Obstacles in the implementation of religious character habituation that are applied are the lack of student awareness, attention from parents, and infrastructure. 3) Solutions or efforts made by schools in overcoming obstacles to habituation of religious characters by carrying out order, supervision, providing examples, and socializing to students and parents.

Abstract

Teachers have a very important role in improving the quality of education in schools. Therefore, strategies appropriate principals are highly demanded to improve teacher competence. The purpose of this research to describe the principal’s strategy in improving the personality competence of teachers at Multilingual Anak Saleh Sedati elementary schools. The research method was qualitative. The result showed that principal made a teacher personality up grading program. The program consists of: coaching, training, assignments and supervision. The up grading program increases the personality competence of teachers who are steady and stable, mature, wise, dignified and have a noble character. This research is expected to add insight and knowledge about the principal’s strategy in improving teacher personality competence.

Abstract

Islam and science are an inseparable unity. Islam as a religion is a source of knowledge and knowledge is a means to apply everything contained in religious teachings. In the Qur'an, there are around 750 verses related to science. This shows that Islam places great emphasis on the development of science. But what happens, these two things are pushed aside from each other, resulting in a dichotomy of knowledge that enters all aspects of life. The awareness to restore the position of Islam and science began to be rolled back by Muslim thinkers by integrating the two. In educational institutions, the integration of Islamic and science values ​​is strengthened through an "integrated curriculum", which is "bringing together several scientific disciplines in a learning design to obtain better learning outcomes with the ability of students to connect one subject to another. Among the integration concepts offered are "shared, Webbed, and integrated." In addition to curriculum integration, components that need to be considered are improving the quality of human resources and educational infrastructure.

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of implementing quality management in student’s field in strengthening Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. The quality of education is one of the benchmarks of the success of an educational process in school. This process starts from the input (input), the process (teaching and learning activities), to the output (graduates). The quality of education can be interpreted as the ability of a school to manage operationally the components related to school, to produce added value to these components according to standard norms or general standard. The student sector is one of the important components in the management of education quality. This research is qualitative-descriptive research, which is expected to be able to uncover various information with a careful and meaningful description-analysis. Sources of data in this study include the principal, student vice-principal, Al-Islam teacher, and Kemuhammadiyahan teacher. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation, as for the data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. The results of the study include (a) quality management in the field of student implemented based on the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. (b) Islamic and Kemuhammdiyahan values are the quality standards of the student field.

Abstract

The success of extracurricular activities depends on quality or quality management or management processes. Therefore, this study aims to describe the application of quality management for extracurricular activities of teenage scientific papers including planning, implementation and evaluation activities in order to get customer satisfaction, be able to optimize aspects of everyone, carry out fact-based management and make continuous improvements. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman, which one of the visions is excellent academic quality. The application of extracurricular quality management of youth science consists of planning activities including customer involvement in the selection of supervisors to planning work programs that can be carried out and always carrying out joint evaluations, implementing activities including the involvement of each student in scientific competitions at regional, national and international levels, as well as evaluation activities. through discussion and project improvement and more intensive coaching. The application is adjusted to the quality management principle of Edward Sallis known as total quality management, namely customer satisfaction, aspects of everyone, management based on facts and continuous improvement which results in increased extracurricular achievements of scientific work in scientific competitions that are followed. The conclusion of this study is the application of extracurricular quality management of youth science consisting of planning, implementation and evaluation activities on the basis of quality management in the form of customer satisfaction, aspects of everyone, fact-based management and continuous improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Permendikbud No. 20 Article 8 Paragraph 4 in 2018 at SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balengbendo. The type of research below is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of the study were the elementary school teacher Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo. This research was conducted in April 2019. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data is the source triangulation.The results showed that the implementation of Permendikbud No. 20 Article 8 Paragraph 4 in 2018 at SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balengbendo related duties and responsibilities that act as Educator, protective, facilitators and catalysts are as follows: (1) its role as a connecting learning resources teachers have done their responsibilities in carrying out the learning process. (2) In their role as protectors of all teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balengbendo, they always provide supervision to all their students, which are carried out from the beginning to the end of coming home with the aim of filtering out positive or negative things that students will receive. (3) its role as facilitator the teacher always opens space for students to establish an intimacy so that they feel close to us. (4) its role as a teacher catalyst helps students explore and optimize the potential possessed by each students to be directed in all activities that exist in school and outside of school. “
