Abstract

A mother who has a child with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) has a heavier responsibility in terms of parenting and will go through a certain process. Handle these conditions, conditions are needed to be able to accept the conditions is resilience. This study aims to determine the description of resilience and the factors that influence resilience in working mothers who have children with ASD. Using qualitative method with a phenomenological type, determining the subject using a purposive sampling technique using 3 subjects working mothers who have children with ASD. Data collection methods in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the third study show that there is a picture of resilience in the three subjects who are able to accept their child's condition and rise from their previous condition to be better. That not all subjects have the seven aspects of resilience, each subject has a different dominance. Highlights: Resilience in parenting: The study explores the resilience of working mothers raising children with ASD, emphasizing their ability to accept their child's condition and adapt to the challenges they face. Influential factors: The research aims to identify the factors that influence the resilience of these mothers, considering individual differences and unique experiences that shape their responses to the situation. Diverse resilience aspects: The findings reveal that while all subjects displayed resilience, the aspects of resilience varied among them, highlighting that resilience is a multidimensional construct with different dominant factors for each individual. Abstract

This pre-experimental quantitative study aimed to investigate the impact of a POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) learning model based on a simple tool practicum on student learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Gedangan, with one experimental class and two replication classes. Non-probability random sampling was employed to select the participants. The assessment instrument consisted of multiple-choice questions to measure learning outcomes. Data analysis included the N-Gain test and paired sample t-test. The findings revealed that the N-Gain scores for all three classes were in the moderate category, and the paired sample t-test showed a significant increase in learning outcomes (p < 0.05) in each class. The results suggest that implementing the simple tool practicum-based POE learning model positively influences student learning outcomes. This study contributes to the field of education by highlighting an effective approach to enhance student learning through hands-on experiences and the application of the POE model. Highlights: The study focuses on enhancing student learning outcomes through a POE learning model and a simple tool practicum. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing the N-Gain test to assess the effectiveness of the intervention. The findings demonstrate a significant improvement in student learning outcomes, highlighting the potential of the simple tool practicum-based POE learning model. Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation, and the work environment on the performance of production employees. The research is motivated by the persistently high absenteeism rate among production staff. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study encompasses a population of 108 production employees. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 18.0. The results indicate that motivation, compensation, and the work environment individually have a partial impact on employee performance. Moreover, when considered together, motivation, compensation, and the work environment significantly affect employee performance. Notably, among these factors, the work environment emerges as the most influential contributor to the performance of production employees. This study underscores the importance of fostering a conducive work environment to enhance employee performance in similar contexts.Highlights : This study examines the impact of motivation, compensation, and the work environment on production employee performance. Abstract

This quantitative research aimed to investigate the impact of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual) learning model on the cognitive learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in science at Ash-Shiddiqiyah Elementary School. The study employed an experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach. The results revealed a significant improvement in students' cognitive learning outcomes, as evidenced by a t-test value of 18.589, surpassing the critical t-value of 2.131. The calculated effect size (eta squared) of 0.95 indicated a substantial influence of the SAVI learning model on the students' science learning outcomes. These findings have important implications for educators and policymakers, highlighting the potential of innovative teaching methodologies to enhance students' academic achievements in science education. Highlights: The study examines the impact of the SAVI learning model on cognitive learning outcomes in Grade IV Science. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between students' perceptions of parental roles, their learning interests, and mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools. Non-experimental quantitative research methods with a correlational design were employed. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using SPSS with multiple correlation and regression tests. The results of the multiple correlation test indicated a non-significant correlation (Sig. F change = 0.705 > 0.05), suggesting no relationship between the variables. Similarly, the multiple regression test revealed that neither the perceived parental role (X1) nor learning interest (X2) had a significant correlation with mathematics learning outcomes (Y), as the t-values (0.710 and 0.430) were smaller than the critical t-value (2.086). The obtained value of R (0.185) fell within the uncorrelated category according to established guidelines. Consequently, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between students' perceptions of parental roles and learning interests on mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools. These findings emphasize the need to explore additional factors that may influence students' academic achievements and to develop targeted interventions to enhance mathematics learning outcomes. Highlights: Study investigated the relationship between parental roles, student interests, and math learning outcomes. Non-experimental quantitative methods were used with correlational design. No significant correlation found between parental roles, student interests, and math learning outcomes in elementary schools. Keywords: Parental Role, Student Interests, Math Learning Outcomes, Elementary Schools, Correlation.
