Abstract

Tax consultant helps the taxpayers taxation. Taxpayer requesting tax consultant do tax planning towards illegal. Tax consultant must adhere to the rules. This poses dilemma. This study was conducted to determine and observe how the tax consulting experience in facing dilemma when making tax planning using the approach of transcendental phenomenology. The results of this study have some form of dilemma is a dilemma due to unclear regulations and sympathy to the client. Through the experience of a tax consultant, this dilemma can be overcome with some consideration is to deepen awareness of rules and build awareness of the taxpayer.

Abstract

People Centered Development are the determinants of successful development that welfare improvement, community trust, social justice, and public participation. This research using dynamic system for analysis of result. The success of development is supported by the leverage factors among others human development capacity, infrastructure development, and public welfare. Then, there are obstacles for improving human development capacity in Malang city is still that a gap, both in the form of gaps in income and opportunities. There were 4 (four) improving the human development capacity among others increased productivity the community, even distribution of opportunities and access to economy sources, the sustainability, and community empowerment.

Abstract

This paper described explanation about innovation of waste management reflected in Waste Bank in Indonesia. Malang district was the suitable place due to the success of Malang Waste Bank (MWB) in initiating waste management innovation. Qualitative method was used in order to give clear understanding. The result showed that there are some innovations was created by waste bank like waste saving that can be used to finance daily needs such as education, groceries, health, and social activities. The bank also used information technology to record and report on customer savings. In order to maintain the sustainability, the waste bank cooperated with some stakeholders such as local government, National Electric Company, and some local waste businessman. There are several factors influencing the success of waste bank in managing waste, including: understanding of waste business networks and the ability to position itself in the business networks, supporting from local government and other agencies to conduct waste business, and involving environmental activists in the wastemanagement.

Abstract

The focus of this research is evaluating the mine land reclamation policy in East Kalimantan based on framework developed by Europe Environmental Agency (EEA). Using the reclamation rate as main indicator, the results show that there was no significant increase in reclamation rate after the regulation was issued (2017) compared to the pre-regulation era (2013). In fact the reclamation ratio of disturbed land actually decreased from 67.91% to 62.98% while the revegetation ratio to disturbed land increased slightly from 42.55% to 43.29%, showing that further research and an action plan is needed.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the existence of preserved forest is threatened by the high rate of deforestation associated with poor quality of governance. This study aims to evaluate the applying of good governance principles in preserved forest at South Sumatera and its effect on deforestation. This study is a qualitative research. Good governance principles refer to Lockwood (2009) which consists of seven principles. This study reveals that SBFM is better than CBFM in applying good governance principles by earning the higher appraisal results compared to CBFM for all principles. Furthermore, applying good governance principles did not lead directly to lower deforestation rate.

Abstract

This study frames two research questions. Firstly, what is the present status of the implementation of the KUBE program in Wirobrajan, Yogyakarta. Secondly, what are the constraining factors on implementing the KUBE program? Result shows that the implementation of Joint Business Group (KUBE) Program in Wirobrajan Sub-District, Yogyakarta Municipality has not been well implemented. There are six constraint factors to contribute to the failure of the KUBE implementation in reducing the urban povertion in Yogyakarta City. Likewise, Of the 31 groups formed, only 17 active groups remain while 14 other groups are inactive or dispersed. This study suggests that in the selection of business types, they should be in accordance with the skills and abilities of the KUBE member and adjust those needs with the surrounding community’s needs.

Abstract

Hajj is an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, the holiest city for Moslems. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between service quality and Hajj applicant’s satisfaction. The research shows that service quality have a positive influence with the satisfaction. Applicant believes that among the five factors in service quality, namely tangible, reliability, empathy, and assurance (the highest) have good results while responsiveness requires to be improved. Consumers hope that the government will improve the service on Hajj application and its introduce a new, as least method to increase satisfaction.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of e-complaint implementation, and to find out the constraints faced in the implementation. The theory used is the theory of public service. This research was designed with qualitative descriptive method, data collected through interview, documentation and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that: first, the implementation of e-complaint UB as a whole has been running well, both in terms of input, output and productivity. Although in terms of process is still not optimal. Second, there are some obstacles faced in the implementation of ecomplaint. Which is divided into two, internal and external. Internal obstacles include: human resources, internet network, and e-complaint application maintenance costs. External constraints include: the lack of feedback from service users and the mindset of service provider and service user who do not consider the importance of e-complaint.

Abstract

There is partial mindset among the planners and scientist about village economic welfare problems. Development programs have not achieved the goal and many studies have not been able to analyze the welfare structure of the village community comprehensively. This research using system thinking approach to seek the complexity of village community welfare problem comprehensively and completely. This research was conducted in Kucur village. A village directly adjacent to the city of Malang. The welfare system of the Kucur community consists of four subsystems, namely: skill, education level, business turnover and health level. The sensitivity test shows that the elements that most influence the welfare system of village communitiy of Kucur in sequence are: loan, transportation access, savings, communications access, spacious house, pets and business turnover.

Abstract

Tourism is the main sector to replace oil and gas from the Republic of Indonesia, therefore the government is focusing on managing tourism with a communitybased system and management. The Community Based Tourism (CBT) system is one of the tourism management solution systems that are expected to be able to develop the tourism potential of each region. In the CBT system, communities around tourist attractions are the determinants of the success of tourism development itself, because the community will be fully involved in planning, management and development. In Carang Wulung Village, Wonosalam Subdistrict, Jombang District, the application of CBT system has not been optimally implemented because the skills of the people in tourism management are still minimal, and government support is not optimal.
