JRTI (Jurnal Riset Tindakan Indonesia) ISSN: 2502-079X (Print), ISSN: 2503-1619 (Electronic) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes research and practice-based research across multidisciplinary fields of knowledge. The journal adopts an integrative and transdisciplinary perspective, welcoming scholarly works that employ systematic cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection to address real-world challenges and generate measurable improvements in diverse professional and community contexts. Teori Holland memandang kepribadian memiliki karakteristik yang unik, yang berkembang dari faktor genetik dan pengaruh lingkungan.Teori Holland memberikan perhatian pada tipe kepribadian sebagai penyebab utama dalam pilihan tipe lingkungan pekerjaan.Holland membagi enam tipe kepribadian dan enam tipe lingkungan pekerjaan. Adapun keenam tipe tersebut adalah realistik, investigatif, artistik, sosial enterprising, dan konvensional. Teori Holland sangatlah penting untuk membangun suatu keterkaitan atau kecocokan antara tipe kepribadian individu dan pemilihan karir tertentu. Pemilihan dan penyesuaian karir merupakan gambaran dari kepribadian seseorang. Melalui enam tipe kerpribadian mengemukakan bahwa kepuasan dan kecenderungan untuk meninggalkan satu posisi bergantung pada tingkat samapai mana individu secara berhasil mencocokkan kepribadiannya dengan suatu pekerjaan serta memiliki pekerjaan yang sepadan.

A conflict, defined as a clash of interest, derives from incompatible interactions whether individuals or groups in social entities, economic, political, and cultural activities, and in turns, conflict that arises create social instability. The current research objectives are to figure out the conflict that occurs in Tanjung Mas Village and to determine the right communication patterns in resolving existing matters. Conducted through qualitative case study, the chosen location was Tanjung Mas Village, Kampar Kiri Riau, the informants were the village head, the head of the Nias and the Batak tribes. The results obtained in this line of research demonstrated that the most common factors that lead to conflict are economic factor, the Nias people are generally stronger but receive cheaper salary than the Batak, thus an employer would prefer the Nias rather than the Batak, hence it gives way to conflict, another factor is also due to sport. In this regard, conflict resolution stages conducted by the head of the tribes is through mediation.

Kebijakan strategis untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19 bidang pendidikan adalah belajar dari rumah. PkM ini bertujuan menyosialisasikan bentuk program belajar dari rumah yang diperankan ibu. Melalui metode koordinasi dan sosialisasi, diperoleh data bahwa pemahaman maksud belajar dari rumah penting bagi para ibu karena mereka menjadi pelaku terdepan untuk kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini akan sukses jika dikoordinasikan dengan semua pihak yang berkepentingan untuk kelangsungan belajar siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Sembalun.

Perilaku agresif adalah perilaku yang bertujuan untuk mendominasi atau merusak benda ataupun orang secara fisik ataupun verbal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perilaku agresif remaja sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian deskriptif kuantatif dengan sampel penelitian 50 responden diperoleh dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan angket perilaku agresif menunjukkan setengah dari responden berada pada kategori perilaku agresif rendah. Tipe tertinggi perilaku agresif yaitu perilaku permusuhan dan tipe terendah perilaku agresif yaitu perilaku agresif fisik.

Panduan operasional penyelenggaraan bimbingan dan konseling merupakan serangkaian tahapan-tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru BK dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling agar lebih terarah dan dapat berjalan secara efektif.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penerapan POP BK dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling.I nstrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket penerapan POP BK dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan POP BK dalam layanan dan bimbingan konseling di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Aceh Tengah tahapan persiapan berada pada ketegori baik dengan persentase 53,3%, kemudian tahapan perancangan berada pada kategori sangat baik sebesar 53,3%, layanan langsung berada pada kategori baik sebesar 70%, selanjutnya layanan melalui media berada pada kategori baik sebesar 56,6%, layanan peminatan berada pada ketegori baik sebesar 60%, kegiatan administrasi berada pada kategori baik sebesar 73,3% serta kegiatan tambahan dan pengembangan keprofesian guru BK berada pada kategori baik sebesar 53,3%. Kesimpulannya, guru BK SMA Negeri Kabupaten Aceh Tengah sudah menerapkan POP BK dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

Private Network Internet Protocol adalah layanan komunikasi data internal any-to-anyconnection, yang berbasis Internet Protocol Multi Protocol Label Switching, Yang dapat melayani informasi berupa Data, Voice dan Video dan support banyak aplikasi bisnis. Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management dan Multi Protocol Label Switching adalah suatu metode forwarding meneruskan data/paket melalui suatu jaringan dengan menggunakan informasi label yang dilekatkan pada internet protocol. Sehingga memungkinkan suatu router akan meneruskan suatu paket dengan hanya melihat label yang melekat pada paket tersebut, sehingga tidak perlu lagi melihat alamat internet protocol tujuan, Multi Protocol Label Switching adalah suatu teknologi yang hadir dari penggabungan dua teknologi yaitu Frame Relay atau Automatic teller machine, Jika menggunakan Router Cisco membutuhkan biaya keluar yang lebih untuk mendapatkan router dan router mikrotik ini bisa saja disalah satu metoda kita untuk mengoptimalisasikan jaringannya dan meminimalisir biaya keluar, Jadi dengan adanya system Multi Protocol Label Switching ini yang ditanamkan ke dalam mikrotik, dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan Virtual Private Network Internet Protocol membuat transmisi datanya semakin cepat dan efisien dan mencakup aplikasi Video Conference dan Voip juga, Dengan menggunakan teknologi Multi Protocol Label Switching ini bisa mempermudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dan meningkatkan kualitas jaringan yang ada.

Aggressiveness among adolescents in Vocational High Schools has increased significantly. Group counseling services in schools are rarely used to prevent drug abuse. Most group counseling is used to solve several problems, such as learning, personal, social, and career problems. This study aims to produce simple, valid, and effective guidelines for guidance and counseling teachers / counselors to reduce student aggressiveness. This research is a development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were students and supervisors at the Vocational High School in the city of Padang. The validity of this study was carried out by six experts associated with this study and the appearance of guidelines. The usability test was carried out by three supervisors. Data analysis is descriptive and inferential analysis with the Kendals coefficient statistical test. The results showed that: (1) The level of material suitability was very acceptable with a percentage of 93 percent and the appearance of the guidelines was also in the proper category with a percentage of 90.4 percent, (2) The use of group guidance guides using the gestalt counseling approach to reduce student aggressiveness was included in the category. The best with a percentage of 87. It can be concluded that this guideline is appropriate for use by supervisors / counselors as an effort to reduce student aggressiveness in vocational high schools in Padang city

This study aims to determine the effect of outdoor learning models and naturalist intelligence on student learning outcomes in science subjects. The research data were obtained through quantitative data in the form of science test results and a Likert scale from a naturalist intelligence questionnaire. Indoor learning treatment was carried out on 20 grade V elementary school students, for outdoor learning treatment was carried out on 20 students with the same level with different schools. The research method used in this research is experimental design. The data used in the study were the results of observations and students' formative test scores. The results of this study indicate that Science learning achievement of students using the outdoor learning model and students using indoor learning models who have high naturalist intelligence supported by statistical hypothesis testing, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001 <α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that, there is a significant difference in science learning achievement between groups of students using outdoor learning models and groups of students using indoor learning models.

Innovation is one of the basic assets needed for organizations to survive in a competitive environment. Organizations such as higher education also need strong innovation in order to continue to compete and produce high-quality graduates. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the innovative behavior of lecturers, especially based on organizational learning and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at STIK-PTIK with a sample of 108 lecturers who were taken randomly. Data collection using a questionnaire with Likert scale 1-5 and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that organizational learning and organizational commitment had a positive direct influence on the innovative behavior of lecturers. Organizational learning is also known to have a positive direct influence on the organizational commitment of lecturers. Other findings indicate that organizational commitment plays a role in the influence of organizational learning on innovative behavior. Based on these results, then factors organizational learning and organizational commitment need to be improved in order to increase the innovative behavior of lecturers.
