Abstract

Official travel is a trip made by the State Civil Apparatus from the place of duty to the destination with the  aim  of  carrying  out  work  that  must  be  carried  out  at  different  locations.  In  practice,  the  administration  of official  travel  is  often  not  well  organized  so  that  there  are  often  overlapping  trips  made  by  an  employee.  Not infrequently in the examination by the Examining authority, there are incidents of someone traveling in the same period  in  two  different  places.  And  what  often  happens  is  that  accountability  often  goes  unnoticed,  especially what  has  passed,  because  everything is  done  manually,  so  it  is  difficult  to find  out  who  has  taken  official  trips and  what  responsibilities  are,  both  financially  and  technically,  what  results  are  obtained.  has  been  obtained, whether it can be used by the Agency in order to strengthen the competence of the Agency that assigns the trip in question. What often happens is that there are also official trips that have been administratively legalized but in practice, for some reason or other, the person concerned is not actually on an official trip. To avoid things due to  manual  administrative  weaknesses  as  mentioned  above,  the  department  that  manages  official  travel  needs  to be assisted with an automation system that can record, record and analyze as well as provide all the necessary reports needed both in aggregate and in detail from each trip. which is conducted.

Abstract

Fire  safety  is  an  important  aspect  that  must  be  considered  when  in  a  building.  A lightweight  fire  extinguisher (APAR)  is  a  piece  of  mandatory  standard  equipment  for  building  safety.  Therefore,  it  requires  maintenance operations  to  ensure  the  fire  extinguisher  is  functioning  properly  whenever  needed.  This  monitoring  activity  is still done manually with human power. Moreover, these standard controls and checks are often neglected. In this study,  we  propose  a  prototype  of  the  gas  availability  monitoring  system  for  CO2-type  fire  extinguishers.  We adopt  NodeMCU  esp8266  as  processor,  gas  sensor  as  CO2  reader  and  buzzer  as  output.  This  design  serves  to detect  the  level  of  CO2  concentration  around  the  location  of  the  extinguisher  tube  placement.  The  system  will also sound a buzzer and send a notification via telegram when the CO2 concentration reading is not within the normal range, which means a gas leak has occurred. Features and services have been validated through two test scenarios

Abstract

The potential of marine energy to generate electricity is one of the potentials that is not widely known to the  general  public.  One  of the  natural  phenomena that  can be  used  as  a  power  plant  is the tides  of  sea  water. Tidal Power Plant is a power plant using sea water when it is high tide and using estuary water power when the sea  water  is  receding.  Tidal  Power  Plants  are  generally  built  permanently  using  dams,  then  a  Portable  Tidal Power Plant is developed that can be placed on the beach when the tide is high and in the estuary when the sea water  is  receding. The  method  used  in  this  research  is  the  experiment  method  on  Portable  Tidal  Power  Plant. The Portable Tidal Power Plant uses seawater and estuary water to turn the mill, then the windmill will produce mechanical energy, and the generator will convert the mechanical energy from the wheel into electrical energy. The Portable Tidal Power Plant was tested on the beach when the sea water is high, the highest voltage is 3.3 V and the highest RPM is 413 RPM. When tested on the estuary when the sea water is receding, the highest voltage is 2.6 V and the highest RPM is 284.4 RPM

Abstract

Verification of Computed Tomography Dose Index (CTDI)-based dose output is essential for ensuring the accuracy of radiation delivery and supporting quality assurance in Computed Tomography (CT). This study aimed to verify the radiation dose output of a 128-slice CT scanner at the Radiology Department of RS Jiwa Menur Surabaya using CTDI measurements with standard PMMA head (16 cm) and body (32 cm) phantoms. Dose measurements were performed using a 100 mm pencil ionization chamber under standardized exposure parameters of 120 kV and 200 mA. CTDI100 values were measured at the center and peripheral positions of each phantom and subsequently used to calculate CTDIw and CTDIvol. The measured CTDI values were compared with the corresponding dose indices displayed by the CT scanner to determine the percentage deviation. The measured CTDIvol showed a deviation of 10.65% from the displayed value, while the body phantom exhibited a deviation of 10.16%. Although the measured CTDI values were consistently higher in the head phantom than in the body phantom due to differences in attenuation characteristics and phantom geometry, all deviations remained within the ±20% tolerance limit specified by BAPETEN regulations. These findings indicate that the CT scanner's dose output performance is consistent with the applicable regulatory acceptance criteria. Periodic CTDI-based verification is recommended to support ongoing quality assurance, maintain dosimetric accuracy, and optimize radiation protection practices in accordance with the ALARA principle.

Abstract

The management of public health data at the district level still faces significant challenges, including manual reporting processes, data redundancy, and delayed information aggregation. These issues are also observed in the North Lampung District Health Office, where monthly health reports are still processed using fragmented and unintegrated systems. This study aims to design and implement a web-based monthly health reporting information system to improve data accuracy, integration, and reporting efficiency. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes iterative development and active user involvement. The system integrates health center data, disease classification (ICD-10), and LB1 morbidity reporting into a centralized platform equipped with real-time dashboards. Software evaluation was conducted using black-box testing and white-box testing, including cyclomatic complexity and code coverage analysis. The results indicate that all functional modules operate correctly, with code coverage exceeding 87% across all components. The system successfully reduces reporting time, improves data consistency, and enhances decision-making support for health authorities. Therefore, the proposed system provides an effective and reliable solution for digital transformation in regional health reporting systems.
