Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of leadership and motivation on work engagement with competence as an intervention variable (a case study of a teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat). This research method uses a quantitative approach. The research respondents were honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat as many as 39 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire on honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. The results of the study showed that leadership has a significant effect on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Motivation has a significant influence on the work engagement of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Competence has a significant influence on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Leadership, Motivation, and Competence have a significant influence jointly on honorary teachers' Work Engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether the use of information technology affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency and to find out and analyze whether the competence of human resources affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach using SEM analysis, namely Lisrel, data collection through questionnaires, interviews to confirm research results, and documentation and data analysis. 1) The results show that the effect of Information Technology Utilization on the quality of Financial Reports is significant, and has a positive influence on the quality of Financial Reports, this means that the higher the Utilization of Information Technology, the higher the quality of Financial Reports, 2) The results show that Competence Human Resources has a significant effect on the quality of Financial Statements, this means that the research hypothesis which states that the higher the Competence of Human Resources, the higher the quality of the Financial Statements is accepted.

Abstract

Research with the aim to determine and analyze the effect of work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and compensation system partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that work ability has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office. Work motivation has a significant effect on work performance. Work situation has a significant effect on work performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on work performance. The compensation system has a significant effect on work performance. Work ability, work motivation, work situation, job satisfaction and the compensation system have a jointly significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim District Transportation Office.

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of education level, learning supervision, work climate, work enthusiasm, managerial ability of the principal and work ethic individually and collectively on the work performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Muara Enim. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the level of education had a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 teachers. Learning Supervision has a significant effect on achievement. Work climate has a significant effect on work performance. Morale has a significant effect on work performance. The Principal's Managerial Ability has a significant effect on work performance. Work Ethics has a significant effect on work performance. Level of education, supervision of learning, work climate, morale, managerial ability of the principal and work ethic have a significant effect on the work performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Muara Enim teachers.

Abstract

Performance is a benchmark for employees in carrying out targeted tasks to be completed. Efforts to conduct performance appraisals are important by knowing the right performance measurements. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu.The sample in this study was 60 employees of PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression value showed a positive influence between Reward and Punishment on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu because the direction of the regression has a positive direction, namely Y = 9.920 + 0.316X1 + 0.455X2 + e. Reward has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu, because the significant value of 0.007 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the increasing attention to employee rewards will increase the performance of employees of PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. Punishment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that the more the employee's Punishment is improved, the performance will also increase. Reward and Punishment have a significant effect together on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between Reward and Punishment on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 49.8% while the rest (100-49.8% = 50.2%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study obtained that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction in the people of South Tanjung Enim Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency. Service facilities have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Discipline of service personnel has a significant effect on community satisfaction. Service procedures have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a significant effect on community satisfaction. The ability of service officers has a significant effect on community satisfaction. Service quality, service facilities, discipline of service personnel, service procedures, interpersonal communication and the ability of service personnel have a significant effect on satisfaction of the people of Tanjung Enim Selatan Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of human resources, supervision and career development on the work performance of employees of the West Merapi sub-district office, Lahat district. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data in this study used primary data using research data collection techniques and questionnaires. The research used a survey method, the research respondents were some 35 employees. Questionnaire instruments regarding Work Performance as related variables, Human Resources, Supervision and Career Development as independent variables and analysis tools using multiple linear regression. From the results of the study it was found that 1. The Human Resources Variable partially has a significant effect on Work Performance 2. The Supervisory Variable partially has a significant effect on Work Achievement 3. Career Development Variable partially has a significant effect on Job Performance at West Merapi District Office Employees Lahat District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement, career development, and coordination individually and together on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Health Office. The research method used in this research is quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity test, reliability test. The data analysis technique used is Structural Modeling Equation (SEM) from the AMOS statistical software package used in hypothesis testing. The results of descriptive research to describe the perceptions of respondents on each variable can be concluded that: Respondents' perceptions of the employee Job Placement variable at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Respondents' perceptions of employee career development variables at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Respondents' perceptions of employee coordination variables at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Respondents' perceptions of employee Work Achievement variables at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Factors that affect employee work performance at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are job placement and coordination, while career development has no direct effect on work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of religious values and work culture as well as strategies for implementing religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. Types of qualitative research. Analytical descriptive, data collection through documentation, observation and interviews with 10 key informants, namely civil servants who understand and master what will be studied, are easy to find and are willing to share information. Data analysis techniques use the stages of condensing data, presenting data, making and verifying conclusions. To obtain in-depth information and get a complete picture of religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, 8W+ 1H+1I analysis was also used; Input-Process-Output-Outcome-Benefit and SWOT Analysis The research results obtained 1. The implementation of religious values at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not been implemented optimally from the aspects of work discipline, cooperation, the principle of division of tasks and ukhuwah Islamiyah. 2. The implementation of work culture at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not been carried out optimally from the aspects of integrity, professionalism, responsibility and exemplary. 3. The strategy for implementing religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency is using the SO strategy in which researchers combine various strengths with opportunities owned by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency

Abstract

The author conducted research with the aim of knowing and analyzing how the role of coaching in improving employee performance performance of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Education and Culture Office. Discipline training for employees of the Muara Enim District Education and Culture Office in working such as time attendance and going home from work according to schedule has often been carried out. Guidance on the personality development of employees is rarely carried out, in which case there are still employees with personalities who are not good. Coaching in managing employee conflict and competition has been carried out on an ongoing basis, but there are still employees who are unable to solve problems at work even though problems with co-workers often occur. Employees at work with mutual respect and employees have tolerance towards colleagues and employees have the awareness that mutual respect is very important to apply. Every employee has the opportunity for promotion and self-development. Employees have the opportunity to develop their potential, talent, attitude, behavior and personality through learning and experience.
