Abstract

The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination. Organizational characteristics have a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. The division of tasks has a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Employee behavior has a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Organizational Characteristics, Division of Tasks, Job Satisfaction and Employee Behavior together have a significant effect on the work performance of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of organizational development policies for the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service and to find out and analyze what factors are obstacles in the organizational development of the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service.. The results of this research can be explained, the implementation of organizational development policies for the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service, seen from the objectives, organizational structure, leadership, work procedures mechanisms, is in the good category. Meanwhile, organizational development is seen from the relationship management and reward system with not good category. There are several inhibiting factors in implementing organizational development policies for the Muara Enim Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Service, namely: Internal organizational factors, loss of orientation, lack of focus, unclear accountability and incompetence

Abstract

Rodateknindo Purajaya is a construction company in the implementation sector with the form of PT which has qualifications. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on employees’ work productivity at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya. This type of research is correlational, namely research to determine the influence and level of influence between two or more variables without any attempt to influence these variables. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled, amounting to 55 people. There is an influence of organizational commitment (X1) on work productivity (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu is 0.000, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X influences work productivity (Y). There is an influence of work motivation (X2) on work productivity (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu is 0.031, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X2influences work productivity (Y).

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how transparent the government is in managing Village Funds in Telaga Dalam Village, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency in 2022. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods because the topic in this research is a topic that needs to be explored. Based on the results of the interviews presented in table 1, the transparency stage has been fully implemented in Telaga Dalam Village, Pinang Raya sub-district, South Bengkulu district and there is a notice board regarding the activities that will be carried out. Realization reports and APBD implementation reports have been informed to the public verbally and in writing and there is also media. information that is easily accessible to the public, such as notice boards, this is shown by a total of 100% answering accordingly. Based on Christian indicators regulated in Law No. 14 of 2008 and government regulation No. 60 of 2014, the government of Telaga Dalam Village, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency is transparent and in accordance with the legislation which is carried out with transparency by involving the community.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the starting points for introducing products to customers and this will be very important because it will be related to the benefits that will be obtained by the business. This research aims to determine the effect of location, price, product and promotion on customer’s loyalty at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is correlational, namely research to determine the effect and level of effect between two or more variables without any attempt to influence these variables. The sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique, where the population was sampled at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency when researchers conducted research totaling 105 people. Based on the results of research on the effect of location, product, price and promotion on customer’s loyalty at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency, the results obtained are that the F sig. value is 0.006 < 0.05 and and Fcount> Ftable (8.028> 2.47), therefore it can be concluded that together The same location, product, price and promotion influenced the customer’s loyalty at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the calculation and effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee’s performance at Nippon Paint company branch in Bengkulu City. The analytical method used in the research is the quantitative method. Based on research results, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee’s Performance because tcount (2.753) is greater than ttable (1.674) with a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05. This illustrates that the better the transformational leadership at Nippon Paint company branch in Bengkulu City, the more employee’s performance will increase. Organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee’s performance because tcount (0.771) is smaller than ttable (1.674) with a significant value of 0.445 > 0.005. This illustrates that employees at Nippon Paint company branch in Bengkulu City. From the simultaneous test results we can see that there is a significant effect between transformational leadership and organizational culture on the employee’s performance at Nippon Paint company branch in Bengkulu City together because the value of Fcount > Ftable is 4.581 > 3.18 with a significance of 0.015 < 0, 05. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R square value is 0.155 or 15.5%. It can be concluded that there is a variable effect on employee’s performance of 15.5%. The remaining 84.5% is effected by variables outside this research.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki dampak cinta akan uang, Machiavellianisme, dan sensitivitas etis terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 150 mahasiswa akuntansi melalui purposive sampling. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dengan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa cinta akan uang secara signifikan memengaruhi persepsi etis mahasiswa akuntansi, sementara Machiavellianisme tidak. Namun, sensitivitas etis menunjukkan efek signifikan terhadap persepsi etis. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan dalam pemahaman tentang bagaimana karakteristik individu membentuk persepsi etis di kalangan mahasiswa akuntansi, dengan implikasi bagi dunia akademis dan praktik profesional dalam etika akuntansi.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki dampak gaya hidup hedonis, tingkat pendidikan, dan tingkat pendapatan terhadap adopsi Standar Indonesia Respons Cepat (QRIS), yang mengkonsolidasikan berbagai kode QR dari berbagai penyedia layanan pembayaran. Dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 152 pengguna QRIS, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dalam SPSS V.26. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gaya hidup hedonis, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan, dan keputusan untuk menggunakan QRIS. Penelitian ini mengatasi kesenjangan dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi QRIS, menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi dunia akademis dan industri dalam membentuk strategi dan kebijakan sistem pembayaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh preferensi risiko, kesadaran wajib pajak, dan sanksi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 100 responden melalui nonprobability sampling, metode kuantitatif, dan uji Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan SmartPLS 3.0, penelitian menemukan bahwa kesadaran wajib pajak dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Namun, preferensi risiko tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kesadaran wajib pajak dan kepatuhan, namun memoderasi hubungan antara sanksi perpajakan dan kepatuhan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kesadaran individu dan ancaman sanksi mempengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan, preferensi risiko pribadi memainkan peran yang berbeda dalam membentuk respons wajib pajak terhadap tindakan penegakan hukum. Temuan-temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi penegakan hukum yang disesuaikan dengan sikap wajib pajak dalam mendorong kepatuhan pajak sukarela.
