Abstract

Competition in goods delivery service companies is currently developing very rapidly. For this reason, every company owner must be able to create quality service that can increase consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sample in this study was 80 consumers who came to send packages and received packages at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were simple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of simple linear regression analysis show Y = 22.392 + 0.307X. This illustrates a significant regression direction, meaning that there is a significant influence between Service Quality (X) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This means that if the service quality variable increases, it will increase consumer satisfaction. The results of the t test at the level of α= 0.05 explain that the service quality variable has a significant influence on the consumer satisfaction variable at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.222. This means that Service Quality (X) influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y) by 22.2% while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the application of the accounting information system that has been implemented in managing drug supplies is running in accordance with PSAP Number 5 and meets the needs at Mentiring Health Center. The type of data used in this research is qualitative comparative data, which is research carried out by comparing a variable in different samples to get answers or facts about whether there is a comparison or not from the research. Data was obtained from field studies through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research carried out show that the procedures for implementing the drug inventory accounting system at Mentiring Health Center, the implementation of the drug supply accounting system uses a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system, first-in, first-out and first expired first out (FEFO), but the accounting system and procedures implemented are not yet effective and efficient. This happens because the records used are still manual records so that physical drug inventory data has a very large risk of data damage. Manual records are still carried out because community health center staff are not yet proficient in using computer-based records and are also hampered by the internet network which is difficult to access.

Abstract

Factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions are product quality, price, location and service quality. Consumers will tend to choose outlets that have excellent service. The research aims to determine product quality, price, location and dominant place/location influencing purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 70 customers of Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. Data collection uses instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained are as follows: Y= 9.747 + 0.897 X1 + 0.832 X2 + 0.829 X3 + 0.802 Product Variable (X1), shows t count of 2.954 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the Product variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price influences purchasing decisions. The price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.525 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.014 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The location variable (X3), shows t count of 2,800 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The place/location variable (X4), shows t count of 2.125 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

However, with the right product innovation, Sharia banking can remain competitive and even lead in the banking industry. By focusing on product diversification, Sharia-based technology, financial inclusivity and education, Sharia banking can continue to respond to global market challenges and serve society better. Product innovation is key to achieving goals and ensuring sustainable growth of Sharia banking in the future. The Sharia banking market is facing increasingly tight competition with conventional banks. Conventional banks are increasingly adopting Sharia banking principles in their products, thereby increasing competition in the market. Changes in sharia banking regulations continue to develop in Jayapura, and these changes can affect Sharia banking operations and products.

Abstract

When buying an item, a consumer often assesses whether the item is suitable for them or not, whether it is suitable for them or not, therefore consumers prioritize choosing by looking at the brand image, product quality and price to fulfill their desires or needs in purchasing goods. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image, product quality and price on brand switching of Wardah makeup products in Bengkulu City. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of multiple linear regression have the equation Y = 54, 534 - 0.395(X1) - 0.007(X2) - 0.404(X3) + 3.602 because the direction of the regression is positive, it can be interpreted that if brand image, product quality and price increase, then interest in buying Wardah's makeup product in Bengkulu City will also increase. Brand image does not have a significant effect on interest in buying Wardah makeup products in Bengkulu City, this is proven by the value of t count is smaller than t table (-5, 324 < 1.659) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Product quality has a significant effect on interest in buying Wardah makeup products in Bengkulu City, this is proven by the value of t count is greater than t table (-0.065 < 1.659) with a significant value of 0.984 > 0.05 meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price has a significant effect on interest in buying Wardah makeup products in Bengkulu City, this is proven by the value of t count is greater than t table (-6,200 < 1.659) with a significant value of 0.000 - 0.05 meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Brand image (X1), product quality (X2), and price (X3) together have a significant effect on brand switching (Y) of Wardah makeup products in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Competition in the context of marketing products and services will certainly show their respective advantages. For this reason, every company must be able to realize quality that can increase customer satisfaction. This research aims to test whether there is an effect of service quality and price on consumer’s satisfaction at Agas Mart Store. In this research, the data analysis methods used were validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (T test) and simultaneous test (F test). And determine data collection using the questionnaire method on a sample size of 75 customer respondents who came to buy basic food ingredients at Agas Mart Store. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling (sample by chance). The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant effect between Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y) with a value (R) obtained by an R2 (R Square) value of 0.396 or (39%) which shows that the service quality (X1) and price (X2) variables have a positive and significant influence on the consumer’s satisfaction variable (Y). Thus, the hypothesis is accepted. Based on partial testing (T test), the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at a significance value of less than 0.05. Meanwhile, price does not have a positive and significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable at a significance value greater than 0.05. Based on simultaneous testing (F test) on the variables service quality (X1) and price (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y) has a positive and significant effect because the F value is 23.598 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of SAK ETAP No.05 of 2009 concerning profit and loss reports at the Princess Bengkulu Hotel. The aim of this research is to determine the suitability of implementing SAK ETAP No. 05 of 2009 concerning profit and loss reports at the Princess Benkulu Hotel. The data analysis used is comparative descriptive, namely a research method that compares a valid theory with events that occur in the field. The results of this research indicate that the Princess Bengkulu Hotel specifically has not prepared a profit and loss report in accordance with SAK ETAP No. 05 of 2009, but in the profit and loss report of the Hotel Princess Bengkulu, 80% of the components are in accordance with SAK ETAP No. 05 of 2009 which applies. These components include income, expenses, profit or loss, tax expense, net profit or loss.

This research aims to analyze the level of efficiency and effectiveness of village fund budget management in Temiang village, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency, whether it is used efficiently in Temiang village and whether it is effective, and to find out what the level of efficiency and effectiveness of village fund budget management is.The results of the research show that budget and village management in Temiang Village, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency is less efficient and less effective.

Abstract

Raffa's Fruit Shop Business is a shop that distributes merchandise which operates in the fruit sector. Among the various methods available, the methods used are the EOQ, ROP, and Safety Stock methods. This research aims to analyze fruit inventory control using the EOQ, ROP, SS method at the Raffa Fruit Shop, Bengkulu City. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method to determine variable values ​​without making comparisons. The results of this research show that the required quantity of merchandise for 1 period is 671,159 Kg, the economical purchase amount or EOQ is 24,291 Kg, the Purchase Frequency is 28 orders. Reorder Point or reorder point is 40,197 Kg, and Safety Stock or safety stock is 392.81 Kg.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work attitude, emotional intelligence, work productivity and work motivation on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim Regional Revenue Agency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that work attitude has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Work productivity has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of Muara Enim Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Work motivation has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Muara Enim District Revenue Agency.
