Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and organisational culture on employee retention at SPD Communication. The high employee turnover rate has become a serious problem for many companies, including SPD Communication, which has an impact on productivity and operational costs. The purpose of this study is to analyse the extent to which these factors influence employees' desire to stay with the company. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 51 employees of SPD Communication. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee retention, with t-count values of 7.768 and 2.934, respectively, which are greater than the t-table (2.01174) and significance less than 0.05. In contrast, organisational culture negatively affects employee retention. In contrast, organisational culture negatively affects employee retention with a t-count value of -2.459 and a significance of 0.018. ANOVA analysis shows that the three variables together can explain 63.6% of the variation in employee retention, with an F-value of 27.423 and significance <0.001.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a positive feeling or attitude that a person has towards their job. Job satisfaction not only impacts individual employees but also improves overall organisational performance. This study examines the relationship between leadership style, work motivation, and employee job satisfaction at CV Deli Motor. With increasing competition in the automotive industry, companies need to pay attention to factors that affect employee job satisfaction to increase productivity and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 36 employees of CV Deli Motor. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the variables of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is 34.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Meningkatnya pola konsumsi masyarakat terhadap makanan instan atau makanan cepat saji membuktikan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia saat ini dapat digolongkan sebagai masyarakat yang konsumtif. Tingkat konsumsi makanan cepat saji ini juga didukung dengan banyaknya bermunculan restoran cepat saji di Indonesia, tercatat restoran cepat saji ternama mampu mendirikan ribuan hingga puluhan ribu gerai yang masuk ke pasar Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan di KFC Plaza Lawu Madiun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di KFC Plaza Lawu Madiun lebih dari 1 kali dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 160 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menghasilkan uji parsial (t) sebagai berikut kepuasan pelanggan (X1) = 0,000, kualitas produk.

Abstract

Salad Buah Kembar is a small and medium enterprise (MSME) food product with great potential to be developed in the market and in Go-food. However, sales of Salad Buah Kembar are still not optimal due to the lack of an effective marketing strategy. This research aims to develop a marketing strategy that can increase sales of Salad Buah Kembar in small and medium businesses. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that an effective marketing strategy to increase sales of Salad Buah Kembar is to use the go food app, and develop innovative and high-quality products. In addition, this study also found that the factors that affect the sales of Salad Buah Kembar are product quality, price, and promotion. This research is expected to contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies to increase sales of Salad Buah Kembar in Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

Dalam era digital, strategi pemasaran melalui influencer dan electronic word ou mouth menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaaruhi keputusan konsumen, terutama dalam industri kecantikan. Inovasi produk juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap suatu merek. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Influencer Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, dan Inovasi Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Skincare Skintific. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan Skintific di seluruh Indonesia. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian, sementara survei adalah metode pengumpulan data. Temuan dari uji instrumen menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas data penelitian ini. Berdasarkan uji asumsi tradisional, model regresi penelitian ini bebas dari heteroskedasitas dan multikolinearitas serta terdistribusi secara normal. Temuan menunjukkan: (1) Influencer marketing secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk perawatan kulit skintific; (2) Electronic Word Of Mouth tidak berdampak yang nyata terhadap keputusan ini; dan (3) Inovasi produk secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi keputusan ini.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine whether financial literacy and risk tolerance influence investment decisions at the Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang. This research employs a quantitative approach, with the study's subjects being members of GIBEI FEB UNP from the 2021–2023 cohorts, totaling 38 individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to GIBEI FEB UNP members. Data processing was conducted using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, whereas risk tolerance does not affect investment decisions.

Abstract

Original Local Revenue (PAD) represents financial resources generated and administered by local governments, based on endogenous regional capacities including natural, human, and artificial resources. The economic growth of Purwakarta Regency has shown relatively stable development. However, there is a gap between positive economic growth and the realization of Original Local Revenue (PAD) which has never been achieved from 2019 to 2023 This research investigates the influence of BPHTB, MBLB Tax, and the Entertainment Tax on the Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) in Purwakarta Regency during the 2019–2023 period. A quantitative method was utilized, employing multiple linear regression as the analytical tool. The data used are secondary data from the budget reports and PAD realization of Purwakarta Regency for the period 2019 to 2023. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample of the entire population, consisting of 60 data points obtained from monthly data over 5 years. The results indicate that simultaneously, BPHTB, MBLB, and Entertainment Tax have a significant effect on Original Local Revenue. However, partially, BPHTB and MBLB have a significant effect on PAD, while the Entertainment Tax does not show a significant effect. This study concludes that there is a need for evaluation and improvement of tax management strategies to enhance the effectiveness of PAD collection and support regional economic growth more optimally.

Abstract

Global climate change and increasing awareness of sustainability have encouraged organizations in Jakarta to adopt more environmentally friendly business practices, one of which is through the implementation of Employee Green Behaviors (EGB). However, encouraging employees to engage in green behavior is not easy, especially in industrial sectors that often focus on productivity and profitability. In this context, this research explores the role of leaders' ethical behavior, workplace gratitude, and employee well-being in fostering EGB. Leaders who demonstrate ethical behavior play an important role in creating a work climate that supports green behavior, while gratitude in the workplace can increase employee engagement in prosocial behavior. In addition, employee well-being, which includes physical, mental and social aspects, has been proven to mediate the relationship between leader ethical behavior, gratitude and EGB. This research focuses on industry in Jakarta, with the aim of filling the knowledge gap regarding the relationship between these three variables in the context of developing countries, especially Indonesia, which has unique challenges and opportunities in implementing sustainability policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja sektor publik di Kabupaten Dairi dengan menggunakan metode value of money. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dimana data tersebut diperoleh dari artikel, dokumen dan jurnal terkait. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis kriteria ekonomi tahun 2023 termasuk dalam kriteria ekonomis karena rasio yang diperoleh lebih dari 100% sedangkan tahun 2024 termasuk dalam kriteria tidak ekonomis karena hasil rasionya kurang dari 100%, efisiensi tahun 2023 termasuk dalam kriteria tidak efisien karena rasio yang diperoleh lebih dari 100% sedangkan tahun 2024 termasuk dalam kriteria efisien karena rasio yang diperoleh kurang dari 100%, dan kriteria tahun 2023 dan 2024 termasuk dalam kriteria yang sama yaitu efektif karena rasio yang diperoleh keduanya kurang dari 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality, service, time, and price factors on customer satisfaction in the welding and construction services industry at LALA Modern Workshop, Ruteng, Flores, NTT. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of increasing public needs for infrastructure and property, as well as high customer expectations for service quality, punctuality, and transparent prices. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS, to identify the direct relationship between independent variables (quality, service, time, and price) and dependent variables (customer satisfaction). The results show that quality, service, time, and price significantly affect customer satisfaction, with quality and service as the dominant variables. In addition, this study also shows that punctuality and appropriate pricing make an important contribution in shaping a positive customer experience. This research provides theoretical benefits in the development of academic literature related to customer satisfaction in the construction and welding services sector, as well as practical benefits in the form of strategic recommendations for LALA Modern Workshop to improve their business performance. Thus, the results of the research are expected to be the foundation for companies in developing more effective strategies and increasing their competitiveness in a competitive market.
