Abstract

Penelitian ini merujuk pada penelitian terhadap prokrastinasi akademik yang dialami oleh mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu systematic Literatur Review (SLR) dengan mengumpulkan referensi dari berbagai jurnal dalam rentang waktu dari 2017-2021. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode meta sintesis, yaitu metode yang berupaya mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan menginterpretasi keseluruhan hasil penelitian sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian, topik, ataupun fenomena yang menjadi kajian. Hasil temuan penelitian ini yaitu tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prokrastinasi adalah faktor internal yang meliputi kondisi fisik, kondisi psikologis, tidak percaya diri, kecemasan, dan sulit mengatur waktu. Faktor eksternal meliputi gaya pengasuhan orangtua, kondisi lingkungan, karakteristik tugas, dukungan sosial dan hostility with other. Dengan beberapa upaya penanganan yang dapat diterapkan dan dikembangkan dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik siswa maupun mahasiswa yang beragam diantaranya; medical role of academic, self efficacy, self management, perfoctionism, risk talking behavior, locus of control, self control, self regulated learning, konseling ringkas berfokus solusi, lego sebagai permainan tradisional, konseling kelompok teknik problem solving, konseling kelompok behavioral teknik self management and reinforcement

Abstract

Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan diri dalam menyelesaikan tugas, berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat self-efficacy siswa SMA berdasarkan gender dan fase capaian pembelajaran populasi siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Demak, yang melibatkan 635 siswa sebagai sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Two-Way ANOVA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam tingkat self-efficacy antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan di mana siswa laki-laki memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa perempuan. (2) tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan dalam self-efficacy berdasarkan fase capaian pembelajaran dan (3) tidak ada interaksi signifikan antara gender dan fase capaian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya self-efficacy dalam konteks pendidikan, serta menunjukkan bahwa gender dapat mempengaruhi keyakinan diri siswa dalam belajar, meskipun fase capaian pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) berperan penting dalam pengembangan karir siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi implementasi manajemen BK di SMK 1 GP, mengidentifikasi kendala, dan merumuskan strategi optimalisasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan triangulasi data dari wawancara, observasi, analisis dokumen, dan survei terhadap 100 siswa. Hasil survei menunjukkan rata-rata skor persepsi siswa pada indikator kepuasan, relevansi informasi karir, dan keterlibatan dalam program masing-masing sebesar 35.34, 34.14, dan 34.61. Program BK mencakup bimbingan individu, kelompok, dan pelatihan keterampilan kerja, namun terdapat kendala seperti rasio guru BK yang tidak ideal, minimnya pelatihan teknologi digital, serta lemahnya kolaborasi dengan dunia industri. Optimalisasi dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan guru BK, integrasi teknologi digital, dan penguatan kemitraan dengan industri. Teori Holland direkomendasikan dalam asesmen kepribadian untuk membantu siswa memilih jalur karir sesuai potensi. Layanan BK di SMK 1 GP berkontribusi positif, tetapi perlu penguatan lebih lanjut guna mencapai layanan yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Dukungan Teman Sebaya dan Orientasi Tujuan terhadap Motivasi Belajar siswa kelas VIII-A di SMP AS-SYARIFAH JONGGOL. Menggunakan desain kuantitatif eks post facto, penelitian ini melibatkan 33 siswa sebagai sampel yang diambil melalui teknik Consecutive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang mengukur variabel dukungan teman sebaya, orientasi tujuan, dan motivasi belajar. Uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa baik Dukungan Teman Sebaya maupun Orientasi Tujuan secara signifikan mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kedua faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa harus mempertimbangkan pengembangan orientasi tujuan yang jelas dan menciptakan lingkungan dukungan sosial yang positif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk pengembangan program pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi holistik dalam bimbingan konseling karier yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan penilaian potensi dan pengembangan kemampuan, dengan fokus pada penempatan dan penyaluran optimal dalam karier. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis literatur akademik yang relevan dalam bidang bimbingan karier, dengan meninjau berbagai studi empiris, teoritis, dan tinjauan literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendekatan penilaian potensi, yang mencakup evaluasi komprehensif terhadap kebutuhan, minat, nilai-nilai, serta keahlian dan keterampilan individu, dan pengembangan kemampuan yang sesuai, memungkinkan praktisi bimbingan karier untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih terarah dan bermakna bagi individu. Strategi holistik ini memungkinkan individu untuk mengidentifikasi jalur karier yang sesuai dengan potensi dan kebutuhan mereka, sambil mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang mungkin muncul dalam perjalanan karier mereka. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini termasuk pentingnya pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan praktisi dalam memahami kompleksitas individu dan konteks kehidupan mereka, serta kolaborasi antara praktisi, peneliti, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mempromosikan pendekatan holistik dalam bimbingan karier.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of parents' authoritarian parenting styles on students' moral and ethical development at school through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data was collected from Google Scholar with the keywords parenting style, authoritarian, morals, ethics, students so that 5,000 articles were obtained. The 2021–2025 inclusion selection produced 2,790 articles, then focused on additional keywords school and quantity until 1,580 articles remained. After final filtering based on the relevance of variables and methods, 23 articles were obtained which were analyzed using the PRISMA method. The results of the analysis show that authoritarian parenting has a negative effect on students' morals and ethics. Children are more likely to obey because of fear, not moral awareness, so they are less able to internalize the values ​​of honesty, discipline and responsibility. These findings confirm that authoritarian parenting styles hinder the formation of positive morals and ethics in schools.

Abstract

Interpersonal conflicts that occur among students at the high school/vocational high school/Islamic junior high school (SMP) and junior high school levels are difficult to avoid. Guidance and counseling teachers can utilize mediation services, which are expected to enable students to resolve interpersonal conflicts positively. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mediation services in resolving student interpersonal conflicts through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Data were obtained from 172 articles published between 2015 and 2025 using Google Scholar, DOAJ, and other sources. After selecting articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 articles were obtained and analyzed using the Prisma method. The results of the analysis indicate that mediation services can effectively address problems that occur between students by fostering empathy, effective communication, and the ability to find solutions together. These findings indicate that mediation services can be an important guidance strategy for guidance and counseling teachers in creating a harmonious, safe, and comfortable school atmosphere for students' social-emotional development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between students’ perceptions of guidance and counseling (GC) teachers and their interest in participating in counseling services. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consisted of 1,148 students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal, from which 260 students were selected as the research sample. The research instrument was developed through several stages: constructing the instrument blueprint, designing the items, conducting a try-out, and revising invalid items. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product–moment correlation. The descriptive results indicate that students’ counseling interest is categorized as high (M = 63.7; SD = 8.73), as is their perception of GC teachers (M = 74.7; SD = 9.68). The correlation analysis shows a strong and significant relationship between students’ perceptions of GC teachers and their counseling interest (r = 0.771; p < 0.05). These findings suggest that the more positive students’ perceptions are of their GC teachers, the higher their interest in engaging in counseling services.

Abstract

Learning Learning motivation is one of the important factors that determine students' success in achieving academic achievement. However, in practice, there are still many students who show low levels of learning motivation, so appropriate intervention efforts are needed to increase their enthusiasm and involvement in the learning process at school. This study aims to describe the level of learning motivation among Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu and to test the effectiveness of classical guidance services assisted by PowerPoint media in increasing it. The approach used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method through a one-group pretest-posttest design, allowing for a comparison of students' conditions before and after the treatment. The research subjects consisted of 29 students in class XI IPS 3 who were selected randomly using random sampling techniques. A validated Likert scale questionnaire was used to measure learning motivation, while data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in learning motivation after students participated in classical guidance services assisted by PowerPoint media. Thus, the treatment provided proved to be effective in increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of academic anxiety among vocational high school (SMK) students prior to receiving intervention, describe the implementation of multicultural counseling, and examine its effectiveness in reducing academic anxiety. The research is grounded in the significant shift in learning culture from junior high school to vocational education, where students are required to adapt to competency-based learning and intensive practical activities. This study employed a case study method with participants selected based on high levels of academic anxiety. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed qualitatively. The findings indicate that prior to the intervention, students experienced moderate to high levels of academic anxiety, reflected in cognitive, affective, and somatic symptoms. The multicultural counseling process proved effective through the application of cultural understanding, empathic communication, and culturally responsive counseling techniques. The implementation of multicultural counseling combined with the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) approach successfully reduced students' academic anxiety, increased their self-confidence, and enhanced their adaptability to practical learning demands. In conclusion, multicultural counseling is a relevant, responsive, and effective approach for helping SMK students manage academic anxiety arising from their transition to a new learning culture.
