Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Marketing, Brand Image and Brand Trust on the purchase decision of Ades branded bottled drinking water in Samarinda City. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are Ades consumers in Sarinda City. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the F test and T test to determine the joint and partial effect using the SPSS ver 23 program. have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of statistical tests state that together Green marketing, Brand Image and Brand Trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Product Quality, Service Quality, Satisfaction, and Consumer Loyalty to Purchase Decisions at KFC Hasan Basri in Samarinda. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are consumers of KFC Hasan Basri in Samarinda. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Determination of the sample size in this study is to use the Slovin formula. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with T test and F test to determine the joint and partial effect using the SPSS ver 23 program. (Y) while the variables of Service Quality (X2) and Satisfaction (X3) have no significant effect on Consumer Decisions (Y).

Abstract

Purpose and objectives Review tourism destination objects in Bontang City that can be developed with the aim of destination objects that can be developed for the advancement of the tourism industry. With the starting methodology, the preparation consists of forming groups, selecting themes and locations, as well directives for implementing activities. Finally, preparation is the stage that is carried out after the Fact Report and Analysis has been completed. The contents of the Plan Report include several points, namely Background, Purpose, Objectives, Policy Review, Overview of Study Areas, Tourist Destinations, and Tourism Development Policies and Strategies. As a result, the Bontang Kuala Village also has a mangrove conservation area in the form of the Dutch River. Bontang Tourist destinations in the Bontang Kuala and Bontang Lestari Villages have natural and cultural tourism attractions. Cultural Tourism in Bontang Kuala is located in the Tourism Village: Kampung Laut Bontang Kuala. Meanwhile, nature tourism in Bontang Kuala can be found in Bontang Mangrove Park TNK (Kutai National Park), Sungai Netherlands, and Segajah Island. As for cultural tourism in the Bontang Lestari Village, there is the Nyerakat Kampung. Natural tourism can be found in the Green Sustainable Valley, Lallo' Beach, Tihi-Tihi Village, Kadere Bay, Selangan Island, Beras Basah Island, Mangrove Park, Segajah Island, and traditional ceremonial activities. Those that can continue to be strategically planned to be developed as tourist destinations that become superior so that they can become the engine of the economy apart from LNG and Fertilizers. to be developed in the City of Bontang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Elnusa Tbk for the 2019-2021 period in terms of financial ratios consisting of Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Activity Ratios, Profitability Ratios, and Market Ratios. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data used in this study are PT Elnusa Tbk's Financial Position Report and Profit and Loss Report for the 2019-2021 period. Based on the research results, it is known that the value of the Liquidity Ratio shows that the ratio results are above the industry average standard. Solvability ratios show results below the industry average standard. The activity ratio shows that the results are below the industry average standard. Profitability ratios show results below the industry average standard. Market Ratio shows results above the industry average standard.

Abstract

Nurul Asikin, Analisis Perilaku Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah di Samarinda, dengan Dosen Pembimbing I Bapak Dr. Suyanto, SE, M.Si dan Dosen Pembimbing II, Bapak Mardiono, SE, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perilaku Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah di Samarinda. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial faktor budaya, faktor sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan faktor pribadi, faktor psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan secara silmutan faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, faktor psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui serta membuktikan mengenai pengaruh perputaran persediaan dan return on invesment (ROI) terhadap market value (studi kasus pada food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 2018-2020, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26 untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan masing-masing variabel. Dari hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa nilai thitung Perputaran Persediaan (X1) adalah -0,063 dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,950 berada diatas 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, Perputaran Persediaan (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Market Value (Y). Dengan demikian, hipotesis pertama, ditolak. Nilai thitung Return On Investment (X2) adalah 5,081 dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 berada dibawah 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, Return On Investment (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Market Value (Y). Dengan demikian, hipotesis kedua, diterima. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 12,915 kemudian dibandingkan dengan Ftabel yaitu sebesar 3,18, sehingga dapat disimpulkan variabel independen secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen karena Fhitung > Ftabel. Dengan demikian, hipotesis ketiga, diterima.

Abstract

Abstract The goal of this study was to ascertain how JNE Customer Satisfaction in Samarinda City was affected by Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, Promotion, and Complaint Handling. A sample of 120 respondents was chosen using a quantitative technique and side randomization in this investigation. strategies for gathering data using a questionnaire with Likert scale ratings. The application SPSS version 22 is being used to do Regression Analysis utilizing the Causal Step approach. The study's findings show that Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, Relationship Marketing has a negligible impact, Promotion has a positive and significant impact, Complaint Handling has a positive and significant impact, and Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, Promotion, and Complaint Handling have a positive and significant effect simultaneously. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan metode random samping sebagai metode pemilihan sampel yang berjumlah 120 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi dengan metode Kausal Step menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Relationship Marketing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Penanganan Komplain berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Jasa, Relationship Marketing, Promosi dan Penanganan Komplain berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh leverage, pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas secara simultan dan persial perusahaan terhadap harga saham pada makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode ini bersifat Kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Samplig. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 12 Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS Ver 26 untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan masing-masing variabel.Hasil analisis penelitian bahwa secara Parsial Leverage, berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham, Pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan makanan dan manusia. Secara Simultan Leverage, Distribusi Penjualan dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham.

Si and Supervisor II, Mr. Akhmadi, SE., MM The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and relationship of leadership style, competence and organizational culture on employee performance PT. Buran Nusa Respati Samarinda. This research method uses statistical analysis tools with the help of the SPSS ver 10 computer program to determine the effect and relationship of each variable. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the values of leadership style, competence and organizational culture as well as the performance of each employee fluctuate according to the company's activities. The results of statistical tests stated that leadership style, competency, and organizational culture jointly affect employee performance by 45%. Thus the hypothesis proposed can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas Sebelum Dan Saat Adanya Pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis komparatif sebelum dan saat adanya pandemi Covid-19 dengan alat ukur gross profit margin, net profit margin, return on assets dan return on equity. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rasio profitabilitas sebelum dan saat adanya pandemi Covid-19 dengan alat ukur gross profit margin dan net profit margin berada diatas standar rata-rata industri menurut kasmir, sedangkan return on assets dan return on equity berada dibawah standar rata-rata industri menurut kasmir.
