Abstract

Javanese script or what is often called Hanacaraka is one of the regional cultural heritages that must be preserved. Various efforts have been made by the government, one of which is by including Javanese script material in Javanese Language Subjects starting at the elementary school level in Central Java. However, Javanese script is now starting to be reluctant to learn, considering that Javanese script is a difficult material for most students. The monotonous learning system with boring learning media is also the reason why Javanese script is starting to be reluctant to learn. By utilizing current developments in technology and information, the authors make educational games to increase student interest in learning. Games are very popular with various groups, including children. There have been many children who have and are proficient in using gadgets to play games, they even often spend time playing games that do not provide education. The role of parents is very important in this matter, but they sometimes forget to put limits on the use of gadgets for children. With this educational game, it is hoped that it will be the right choice to increase interest in learning Javanese script among students, not only at school but also at home. The data collection methods used in the making of this educational game are the observation method and the literature study method.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat kinerja pegawainya. Dua faktor penting yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tersebut adalah kecukupan fasilitas kerja serta pengelolaan beban kerja yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Sumbersari. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Sumbersari yang berjumlah 70 orang dijadikan responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang sebelumnya telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda setelah memenuhi persyaratan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh ketersediaan fasilitas kerja. Selain itu, beban kerja juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi nyata dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, upaya peningkatan kinerja dapat dilakukan melalui penyediaan sarana kerja yang memadai serta penataan beban kerja yang lebih seimbang dan proporsional.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine how service quality affects customer loyalty at Aida Laundry in Jember Regency. To maintain customer retention amid fierce competition in the laundry business, improving service quality is a strategy that must be implemented by business operators. This study applied a quantitative method designed in the form of explanatory research. The sample in this study involved 50 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Research data was obtained through the distribution of a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression methods. Based on the analysis results, service quality was proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, as indicated by a significance value of 0.021, which is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 10.6% indicates that variations in customer loyalty can be explained by service quality, while the rest is influenced by other variables that were not studied. The results of this study reinforce that customer loyalty can be built through improving service quality, which includes the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Thus, Aida Laundry is encouraged to continuously improve its service quality in order to maintain customer loyalty and strengthen its business competitiveness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kelayakan pendirian usaha Ardjuna Laundry di Padalarang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Studi ini mengevaluasi enam aspek utama: manajemen, pemasaran, produksi, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, serta aspek hukum dan lingkungan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kelayakan, melalui pengumpulan data survei, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Ardjuna Laundry memiliki potensi pasar yang tinggi, didukung oleh gaya hidup urban, adaptasi digital, serta meningkatnya kesadaran higienitas pasca-pandemi. Analisis keuangan menunjukkan investasi sebesar Rp 61.000.000 yang bersumber dari modal pribadi, dengan hasil NPV positif, ROI yang baik, serta payback period dalam 2 tahun sehingga dinyatakan layak secara finansial. Ardjuna Laundry juga memenuhi prinsip ramah lingkungan melalui penggunaan deterjen biodegradable dan mesin hemat energi. Dengan demikian, pendirian Ardjuna Laundry dinyatakan layak dan prospektif untuk dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Learning technology provides new opportunities to improve the effectiveness of learning, especially in early childhood Islamic religious education. In practice, the Al-Bayyinah Foundation still faces limitations in interactive learning media that are able to attract children's interest in the process of learning religious materials, including memorizing ablution and prayer recitations, so that learning still tends to be carried out conventionally. This study aims to create an innovation, namely designing and developing interactive learning media as a supporting medium for memorizing ablution and prayer recitations for children. The research methods used include the design stage, application development, and testing system functionality. The results of the study are in the form of the SARAMA application for interactive learning equipped with features for memorizing ablution materials, memorizing prayers, quizzes, as well as interesting visual and audio elements.

Abstract

Minimizing the use of cooling and heating devices in buildings can be attempted by considering the building materials used, so that the energy load that will be used can be calculated, as well as saving energy use. In this study, the author chose the XGBoost and linear regression methods to compare and determine the best methods in estimating the heating and cooling loads of \buildings. The author divided the dataset into training data and testing data, 75% as training data and 25% as testing data, using 10-Fold Cross-Validation on training data. In the data processing process, the author uses Jupyter Notebook with the Python programming language. The results of the study using the linear regression method on heating and cooling loads, the author obtained an RMSE value of 3, while the author obtained the smallest RMSE value using the XGBoost method of 1 on heating and cooling loads.
