Abstract

Religious openness emerges as a beacon of hope and a vital call for unity in a world characterized by unprecedented diversity and interconnectedness. This abstract explores the profound importance of religious openness in fostering humane values and harmonious coexistence within multifaceted societies. Religious openness encapsulates embracing and respecting diverse religious beliefs, practices, and identities while upholding the principles of religious freedom and tolerance. It is a cornerstone of social cohesion and peace, particularly in regions like Indonesia, where religious diversity is a defining characteristic. This paper delves into the historical context of religious pluralism in Indonesia, highlighting the nation's rich tapestry of beliefs and practices while acknowledging the challenges of religious extremism. It underscores the pivotal role of education, youth engagement, and media literacy in shaping attitudes and fostering religious openness. Moreover, the abstract emphasizes the implications for policy and practice, advocating for educational reforms, interfaith dialogue, and international collaboration. It also underscores the need for further research to assess these initiatives' long-term impact and draw valuable lessons from comparative analyses with other nations facing similar challenges. In conclusion, this abstract underscores that religious openness is not a mere aspiration but a moral imperative in a multifaceted world. It calls upon individuals, communities, and nations to embrace religious diversity, promote humane values, and work towards unity, recognizing that a more inclusive and harmonious future is within reach through religious openness.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have changed the way political campaigns are conducted, enabling the use of big data and advanced analytics to understand and influence voters. The review in this research uses the literature method. The results show that the use of data and analytics can improve campaign efficiency and the effectiveness of political messages. However, there are also ethical challenges such as privacy concerns, the risk of manipulation, and the potential for increased political polarisation. In conclusion, although data and analytics provide great opportunities to improve campaign strategies, their use must be balanced with appropriate ethical and regulatory considerations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial education on improving the capabilities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the context of a dynamic global economy, MSMEs play a vital role in economic growth, job creation and innovation. However, MSMEs face various challenges including limited access to resources, managerial knowledge, and technology. Entrepreneurial education is positioned as an important tool to overcome these challenges and improve the capabilities of MSMEs. This research uses the literature study method by compiling and analysing data from various bibliographic sources related to the topic. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on improving the managerial, operational, financial and strategic capabilities of MSMEs. It provides new insights, expands networks, and facilitates the adoption of innovations and technologies. This research underscores the importance of policies and programmes that support the development of entrepreneurship education as a strategic measure to strengthen the MSME ecosystem. The practical implication of the findings is the need for interventions designed to provide entrepreneurial education and training inclusively to MSME owners and managers, so that they can contribute to the achievement of sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

The empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through digital marketing is becoming an increasingly relevant topic in the context of technological development and globalisation. The purpose of this literature review is to understand the impact and benefits offered by digital marketing for MSMEs. The literature analysed shows that digital marketing allows MSMEs to reach a wider market at a lower cost than traditional methods. In addition, digital marketing provides the ability to target audiences more specifically, as well as providing analytics tools to monitor marketing performance in a timely manner. Another advantage identified is the improvement of MSME entrepreneurs' skills and knowledge of digital technology, which in turn increases their capacity and competence in innovating and developing products. By utilising digital marketing, MSMEs can become more competitive and resilient in the face of fast-changing market dynamics. This digital transformation not only supports inclusive economic growth but also strengthens the overall MSME business ecosystem, positively contributing to their sustainability and future development.

Abstract

The application of restorative justice in health law misdemeanour cases presents a more humanist and recovery-oriented alternative approach to the traditional justice system. It emphasises dialogue and conflict resolution through cooperation between perpetrators, victims and communities, in order to reach mutually beneficial solutions. Restorative justice in the context of health law aims to repair relationships, increase understanding, and promote improvements in the quality of health services. While offering many potential benefits, the application of this concept faces significant challenges such as a lack of understanding and awareness and the need for clear regulations. Therefore, the successful implementation of restorative justice relies heavily on synergistic support from the government, health institutions, professional organisations, and the community in creating a conducive environment and providing adequate education and training.

Abstract

This research examines the perspective of religious moderation in a multicultural society and its impact on social harmony. Religious moderation, which emphasises the values of tolerance, mutual respect and interfaith dialogue, is considered an effective approach in dealing with potential conflicts arising from differences in religious beliefs and practices. Through inclusive education, the involvement of moderate religious leaders, and the support of government policies that favour pluralism, religious moderation can be strengthened and implemented more effectively. Despite challenges such as media influence and narrow religious interpretations, cooperation between various stakeholders was identified as a key factor in overcoming these obstacles. The results of this study show that a religious moderation perspective is not only essential in mitigating conflict, but also in building a peaceful and tolerant society amidst cultural and religious diversity.
