Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal framework and challenges in copyright protection in the digital era, where the dissemination and duplication of creative works occur rapidly and often without proper authorization. The main issue addressed is the increasing incidence of digital copyright infringement due to easy access and technological advancements, which ultimately harm content creators and weaken the authority of legal institutions. This research employs a qualitative method with a normative legal approach, through literature analysis, expert interviews, and the review of legal documents and digital regulations in Indonesia. Data were collected from academic publications, legal documents, and government reports, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that Indonesia's legal framework, although governed by Law No. 28 of 2014, is still insufficient to address the complexities of digital copyright violations. A future-oriented legal strategy needs to integrate Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology, blockchain-based verification, and educational programs to enhance legal literacy. Strengthening copyright protection not only preserves the integrity of creative works but also supports the sustainability of Islamic education in the digital age.

Abstract

Floating Solar Power Plants (FSPP) are a potential renewable energy solution, but their power output is highly influenced by fluctuating solar intensity. This research aims to analyze the optimization of power output in a floating solar power plant with the addition of mirror reflectors. The research method used is experimental, comparing the performance of series-connected solar panels, both without reflectors and with the addition of reflectors at various angles of 30°, 45°, and 60°. Data was collected over four days from 09:00 to 15:00 WIB, including measurements of light intensity, current, and voltage. The results show that the use of mirror reflectors significantly increases power output. The 60° reflector angle yielded the most optimal performance, with the highest light intensity reaching 1210 W/m², a current of 3.90 A, a voltage of 14.22 V, and an input power (Pin) of 349.20 Watts. Although the highest peak output power (Pout) was recorded at the 45° angle (51.76 Watts), the highest average Pout (29.76 Watts) and the highest peak efficiency (23.39%) were achieved with the 60° angle. It is concluded that the addition of a mirror reflector at a 60° angle is the most effective method for optimizing power harvesting in floating solar power plants.

Abstract

The phenomenon of premature deindustrialization is increasingly prevalent in developing countries, where the manufacturing sector experiences a decline in its contribution to GDP before reaching the stage of industrial maturity. Indonesia, India, Colombia, and South Africa are examples of countries that have shown this tendency in recent decades. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita, exchange rate, and trade openness on deindustrialization in these four countries during the period 1995–2023. This research utilizes secondary data obtained from the World Bank and applies panel data regression analysis. The Chow and Hausman tests indicate that the most appropriate model to use is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results reveal that, simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the contribution of the manufacturing sector. Partially, GDP per capita and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect, while trade openness has a positive and significant effect on the contribution of the manufacturing sector. These findings highlight the need for adaptive industrial development policies, particularly in maintaining exchange rate stability and promoting open trade that can enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector in these four countries.

Abstract

Quality control in triglyceride tests is carried out to improve the quality of test results and prevent irregularities, so that the accuracy and accuracy of test results can be guaranteed and trusted. Accuracy and accuracy are shown by the coefficient of variation and bias. Sigma matrix is a method to measure the performance of a process by analyzing the root of the problem and showing the number of error factors that occur. This study aims to analyze the results of triglyceride examination control using the sigma matrix method at the Diagram Heart Hospital Laboratory. The research methodology in this study is quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional design using a sample of triglyceride quality control data for the period March to May 2023 with 2 levels of control, namely normal and pathogenic. Sigma matrix analysis involves coefficient of variation (CV), bias and Total Allowable Error (TEa). In this study, the lowest sigma value was in April 2023 level 1 of 4.95 in the good category and the highest sigma value was in March level 1 of 11.73 which was included in the worldclass category, so there was no need to do QGI. The triglyceride control value in this study did not show any deviation at the level of the sigma and QGI matrix, so that the precision and accuracy of the triglyceride test results can be guaranteed in quality.

Abstract

This study explores the role of collaborative governance in enhancing disaster response effectiveness, particularly within the context of transnational emergency management. As disasters increasingly transcend borders due to globalization and climate change, conventional state-centric approaches often fall short in addressing complex, multi-jurisdictional crises. Drawing upon a comprehensive literature review, this research synthesizes key theoretical perspectives and empirical findings on collaborative governance mechanisms, including public-private partnerships, intergovernmental coordination, and cross-sectoral stakeholder engagement. The study highlights how trust-building, joint decision-making, and institutional flexibility contribute to improved coordination, resource sharing, and resilience in transboundary disaster contexts. Moreover, it identifies challenges such as power asymmetries, institutional fragmentation, and cultural differences that may hinder collaboration. The findings offer insights for policymakers and emergency managers seeking to build more adaptive and inclusive disaster governance frameworks. The study concludes that collaborative governance is not merely a normative ideal but a practical necessity in managing transnational disasters effectively.

Abstract

The selection of suppliers is a critical strategic decision in supply chain management that directly influences organizational efficiency and competitiveness. In recent years, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods have been extensively employed to support this complex decision-making process. This literature-based study aims to explore and conceptualize the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) for supplier selection by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Through a systematic review of existing academic literature, this research identifies key criteria commonly used in supplier evaluation, assesses the methodological strengths of AHP and TOPSIS, and proposes a structured framework for their integration in a DSS environment. The findings suggest that the AHP-TOPSIS model offers a balanced combination of qualitative judgment and quantitative analysis, enhancing decision consistency and accuracy. This integrated approach is particularly suitable for dynamic procurement environments requiring robust, transparent, and scalable decision support mechanisms. The study contributes to the theoretical foundation of MCDM applications in supply chain management and provides guidance for practitioners in designing intelligent, criteria-sensitive DSS for supplier selection.
