Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Customer Journey as a variable in mediating Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk and Intention to reuse self-service Technology towards Bank Performance to private bank customers. The analysis method used to answer the research problem using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), where the data processing uses the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) 24 program. The number of samples in this study was 226 respondents who were private bank customers. The results of this study found that in the Perceived Ease of Use hypothesis, Intention to Reuse Self Service Technology supports Bank Performance , and in the Perceived Ease of Use hypothesis, Perceived Risk and Intention to Reuse Self Service Technology also support Customer Journey . However, there is a hypothesis that does not support Perceived Risk which does not support Bank Performance. The novelty of this study lies in the discovery of the Customer Journey variable as a mediator that supports the hypothesis of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Risk and Intention to Reuse Self Service Technology towards Customer Journey .

Abstract

The reading interest and ability to comprehend narrative texts among elementary school students in Indonesia are still relatively low. One strategic effort that can be done is through the use of local folklore as teaching materials packaged in the form of digital media. This study aims to develop and implement teaching materials on the folklore of the Saung Galah Kingdom in the form of educational videos through the YouTube platform, and measure its effectiveness in improving the reading comprehension skills of fifth-grade elementary school students. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, which involves learning observations, interviews, reading comprehension tests, and documentation. The results show that the use of local-based folklore videos can increase students' enthusiasm for learning and provide significant improvements in the aspect of reading comprehension, especially in understanding the plot, characters, and moral values in the story. In addition, this media also contributes to the preservation of local culture and strengthens students' identity with their regional cultural heritage. These findings indicate that a digital approach based on local culture is a relevant and effective strategy to address literacy challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Language use in public spaces not only reflects aspects of communication but also represents national identity, symbolic power, and the direction of state policy. In Indonesia, regulations on the use of Indonesian have been regulated through various legal instruments, such as Law Number 24 of 2009 and Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2019. However, implementation in the field still faces challenges, such as the dominance of foreign languages, weak law enforcement, and low social awareness. On the other hand, the preservation of regional languages through the practice of bilingual signage is a form of harmony between national and local languages. This article highlights the importance of language policies that are not only normative, but also strategic and inclusive, by proposing four main recommendations: language literacy campaigns, creative language design, proportional regulatory enforcement, and multi-sectoral collaboration. With a comprehensive approach, public spaces can become a vehicle for dignified representation of Indonesian while respecting national linguistic diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse legal certainty in the extension of land rights based on the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). The research method used is a literature review, examining various laws and regulations, scientific literature, and court decisions related to the extension of land rights. The analysis reveals that the UUPA has established a clear legal framework to provide protection and legal certainty for rights holders such as the Right to Use for Business (HGU), the Right to Build (HGB), and the Right to Use. However, implementation in the field still faces a number of challenges, such as the complexity of administrative procedures, overlapping land data, and coordination issues between institutions, which have the potential to cause legal uncertainty and disputes. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, modernise the land administration system, and enhance public literacy to ensure that legal certainty regarding the extension of land rights can be achieved optimally in accordance with the provisions of the UUPA.

Abstract

The advancement of financial technology has driven the banking sector to continuously innovate in providing digital services, one of which is the Wondr by BNI mobile banking application. This study aims to examine the effect of accounting information system quality, financial literacy, and perceived ease of use on the repeated use of the Wondr by BNI application. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 151 undergraduate students of the 2021 cohort in the Accounting Study Program at Udayana University. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS. The results reveal that accounting information system quality, financial literacy, and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the repeated use of the Wondr by BNI application. These findings provide valuable insights and support both the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in explaining the financial technology usage behavior among the younger generation, particularly university students.

Abstract

The persistent reliance on firewood as a primary source of household energy remains a pressing issue in many rural communities of Nigeria. Despite the availability of modern cooking alternatives, such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and kerosene, a significant proportion of households continue to depend heavily on firewood due to affordability, accessibility, and cultural preferences. This dependence contributes not only to environmental challenges such as deforestation, biodiversity loss, and land degradation but also to health risks from indoor air pollution, which disproportionately affect women and children. This study adopted a mixed-method design, integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches to enhance validity and reliability. Data collection involved focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and household surveys across six rural communities in Awka North LGA, Anambra State. A sample size of 400 was derived using Taro Yamane’s formula. The study area, characterized by tropical savanna climate, fertile plains, diverse relief, and rich vegetation, supports farming and small-scale industries. Instruments were validated by experts and reliability confirmed using Cronbach’s Alpha. Data were analyzed with SPSS v20, employing Principal Component Analysis, ANOVA, and Kruskal-Wallis tests to explore firewood usage and its impacts. The study identified ten factors influencing firewood use in Awka North LGA, including socioeconomic status, household size, cultural practices, education, climate, and geographic location. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) reduced these into three major components explaining 91.25% of the variance. Component I (60.17%) highlighted socioeconomic conditions, education, climate, and household size as the strongest determinants. Component II reflected cultural practices, while Component III captured environmental awareness and geographic accessibility. Regression analysis confirmed that socioeconomic status, household size, and cultural practices significantly predicted firewood usage, with R² of 0.975. This demonstrates that firewood dependence is shaped by interconnected social, economic, and environmental factors. The study concludes that firewood dependence in the area is shaped by a complex interplay of economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
