Abstract

Instinctively, humans always try to base their desires for life on something that is considered to have absolute power. This can be seen in the history of human life, from classical times to contemporary conditions. The condition of the human soul which views that worldly life is only a medium for achieving true life, then utilizes worldly facilities effectively and efficiently in achieving happiness in life both in this world and the hereafter. Based on the explanation above, the author took the title Islamic Education from the Perspective of Syed M.Nuqib Al-Attas. Islamic Education from the Perspective of Syed M.Nuqib Al-Attas - The aim of Islamic education according to al-Attas' perspective is not only to train the mind, but also to train the entire potential of a human being. Islamic Education in the Perspective of Syed M.Nuqib Al-Attas - Functionally Islamic education is an effort by Muslim humans to form al-insan al-kamil. Al-Attas's opinion is that the structure of knowledge and the Islamic education curriculum should describe humans and their nature, which must be implemented first at the university level. The division of reason is theoretical reason (al 'aql al-nazhari), and practical reason (al-aql al-'amali).

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the development of Islamic religious education curriculum in madrasah. The research is a literature research, the analysis used is content analysis. The results of the study state that the educational process, the curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content and learning materials and methods used as guidelines for organising learning activities to achieve the desired educational goals. The development of the school/madrasa curriculum structure is a pattern and arrangement of subjects that must be taken by students in learning activities. The curriculum content in each subject in each education unit is outlined in the competencies that must be mastered by students in accordance with the lesson load listed in the curriculum structure. Effective and professional teaching and learning activities in educational units are supported by an efficient and quality curriculum, therefore curriculum development is highly recommended tailored to the interests and suitability of the times of course by deploying the current curriculum to the expected educational goals due to various positive influences that come from outside or from within itself, with the hope that students can face their future well.

Abstract

The problem of modern society is spiritual aridity in itself, confusion about the meaning of life. One solution is with Sufism education to treat inner problems. This research is a literature research, with the research method of documentation and the analysis used is content analysis. The results of the study state that Sufism offers advice on how to live a happy life as a solution to psychological problems. To be a happy person, you must have physical and mental health. If you do so, inner conflicts will never arise. This is due to the fact that the resulting happiness eliminates all inner thoughts.

Abstract

Every individual definitely wants to have a harmonious and happy family, where each family member respects each other. But in reality, in a household, individuals in the family often face a lot of conflict, starting from physical family conflict, lack of mental readiness, or conflict over psychosocial issues that exist for each individual family member. This research examines the Psychology of Marriage in Islam to Build a Harmonious Family. This research is library research, collecting data through documentation methods, namely collecting scientific works and journals related to titles, with an analysis method, namely content analysis. The results are that psychological readiness is very important for couples facing marriage. harmony in a harmonious and quality family household, namely a family that is harmonious, happy, orderly, disciplined, respects each other, full of forgiveness, helps each other in good manners, has a good work ethic, neighbors with mutual respect, obedient to worship, filial piety to elders, loves science and uses free time in positive ways and is able to fulfill the basics of the family, from the perspective of marriage psychology. Psychological readiness is very important for couples to prepare for marriage. Marital adjustment refers to the integrity of the couple with two different personalities combined in the marriage bond. Increasing the quality of marriage. The satisfaction of wives and husbands can be seen from the relationship they have in dividing roles and resolving conflicts. It not only has an impact on unhappiness, but also on the mental health of each individual.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the evaluation of education in the Qur'an and Hadith. The research is literature, the method of data collection is documentation and the analysis used is content analysis. The results of the study state that evaluation means assessment, assessment is done to measure the results of work. Performance appraisal is an evaluation of behaviour, work performance and potential development that has been done. Evaluation includes two activities, namely measurement and assessment. One thing that characterises evaluation is that the process ends with a decision. This decision concerns the worth and usefulness of the evaluation. In Islamic education, evaluation is one of the components of the Islamic education system that must be carried out systematically and planned as a tool to measure the success or targets to be achieved in the Islamic education process and the learning process. Evaluation of education in Islam can be limited as an activity to determine the progress of a job in the process of Islamic education. The term evaluation as long as traced in the Quran there are several terms that lead to the meaning of evaluation, these terms are al-balâ, al-hisâb, al-hukm, al-qadha, an-nazar, al-imtihân, fatannâ, wazana.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the management of education from an Islamic perspective, the research is library research, with the method of collecting data documentation. The analysis uses content analysis. The results of the study state that Islamic education management as a family of science certainly has specific characteristics regarding what (ontology), how (epsitemology), and for what (axiology) management knowledge respectively. Islamic education management is a process of structuring or managing Islamic education institutions involving Muslim human resources and mobilising them to achieve Islamic education goals effectively and efficiently. Islamic education management has two objects, namely material objects and formal objects. The material objects of Islamic education management science include the scriptures, the products of human reason, and the physical world. The ontological foundation of education management regulates all educational activities, namely, planning, organising, mobilising (motivation, leadership, decision-making, communication, coordination, and negotiation as well as organisational development) and controlling (including monitoring, assessment, and reporting). The epistemological basis is needed in educational management or educational science experts in order to develop their knowledge productively and responsibly. The principles of Islamic education management are the principle of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, the principle of upholding the truth, the principle of upholding justice, and the obligation to deliver a good message.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the concept of Arthur Schopenhauer's philosophy of education. The research is literature, the method of data collection is documentation and the analysis used is content analysis. The result of the research is that Arthur Schopenhauer, who was born in Danzig (now Gdansk) in 1788 and died in Frankfurt-am-Main in 1860, has always been a stranger among philosophers. He was considered too literary and rhetorical by analytical philosophers, too metaphysical by logical positivists and scientific naturalists, and too unhistorical and apolitical for Hegelians and phenomenologists. The school was pioneered by Arthur Schopenhauer (1768-1860), and is famous for its theory of talent. In essence, nativism stems from the Leibnitzian Tradition which emphasises the inner abilities of a child, therefore environmental factors including educational factors have less influence on the development of children. The results of development are determined by the innate and genetic characteristics of both parents. This school holds the view that individual development is determined by innate factors from birth. Environmental factors have less influence on education and child development. Therefore, the outcome of education is determined by the talent brought from birth.

Abstract

Korupsi adalah salah satu permasalahan yang sangat serius dan kejahatan luar biasa (extraordinary crime) yangmenimbulkan dampak multidimensional terhadap pembanguanan dan merusak tatanan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di Indonesia. Untuk mencegah terjadinya korupsi, dibentuklah Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sebagai lembaga negara independen yang memiliki tugas khusus untuk memberantas tindak pidana korupsi. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran strategis Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dalam mengintregrasikan pendekatan preventif dan represif secara simultan untuk memperkuat pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia. Pendekatan preventif difokuskan pada reformasi tata kelola, peningkatan transparasi, edukasi antikorupsi, serta penguatan sistem pengawasan publik. Sementara itu, pendekatan reprensif dilaksanakan elalui penyelidikan, penyidikan, penuntutan, penyitaan asset, serta oprasi tangkap tangan (OTT) terhadap pelaku tindak pidana korupsi. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian pustaka (lybrary research). Penelitian library research atau penelitian kepustakaan adalah salah satu jenis penelitian yang menggunakan sumber data dari literatur atau bahan-bahan tertulis yang ada di perpustakaan atau database online. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa sinergi antara pencegahan dan penindakan mampu menciptakan efek jera sekaligus menutup celah terjadinya korupsi. Namun efektivitas integrasi tersebut masih dihadapkan pada tantangansignifikan seperti revisi regulasi, tekanan politik, keterbatasan anggaran, serta kriminalisasi pegawai KPK. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan independensi KPK, peningkatan dukungan public, dan optimalisasi teknologi forensikdigital untuk membangun sistem pemberantasan korupsi yang berkelanjutan dan efektif. Abstract

Polygamy constitutes a legal institution in Islam whose permissibility is normatively accompanied by the requirement of justice. However, the concept of justice in polygamy has not been uniformly understood by Muslim scholars, resulting in divergent interpretations within the practice of Islamic family law. This article aims to analyze the concept of justice as a condition for polygamy according to Imam al-Shafi‘i by examining its normative foundations in the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the views of Shafi‘i jurists. This study employs library research using a normative–doctrinal approach. The data are derived from primary sources, including the Qur’an, hadith, and classical fiqh texts of the Shafi‘i school, as well as secondary sources in the form of relevant scholarly literature. The findings indicate that, according to Imam al-Shafi‘i, justice in polygamy is positioned as a religious obligation rather than a condition for the legal validity of marriage. The required justice is limited to outward and measurable aspects, such as financial maintenance, residence, and the equitable distribution of time, whereas inner justice related to emotional inclination is not stipulated as a condition, as it lies beyond human capacity. This concept reflects Imam al-Shafi‘i’s moderate approach in balancing the normative demands of Islamic law with human realities and demonstrates its relevance for the development of contemporary Islamic family law.
