Abstract

Purpose This research discusses special buying and selling that is prohibited in the perspective of fiqh muamalah. Basically, Islam itself allows buying and selling anything as long as it does not conflict with shara' law. But the fact is that there are still many people who do not know the special buying and selling that is prohibited in Islam. this research uses qualitative methods because this type of research is in the form of literature, related journals and reading books. Then the search results are analyzed qualitatively and described with the intention of obtaining an explanation as intended in the discussion. Based on the study obtained are: 1) special buying and selling, among others; bai' wafa, bai taqsith (buying and selling), bay istighlal, bay'tawarruq, bay muallaq, bay urbun, bay mua'tah. 2) Prohibited trades include; bai'al 'inah, gharar trade, najasy trade, fudhuli trade, munazabah trade, mulamasah trade, hashah trade, habalul hablah trade, bay'ah fi bai'atain, bay dayn bi al-dayn, ihtikar, talaqqi rukban, hadhir libad, ghabn in price.

Abstract

The industrial sector has a close relationship with production activities, so that building a good industrial situation requires continuous planning and supervision. By paying attention to the determining factors that influence the production process, it will make running an industry easier. The aim of this research is to analyze working capital, labor and technology on the production value of the woven craft industry in Gianyar Regency. This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach obtained from interviews. The population in this study was 65 woven craft industry business units using the entire population as a sample. The sample collection method used was a saturated sample. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, double log regression analysis, Cobb-Douglas production function equation. The results of this research show 1) working capital and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on the production value of the woven craft industry in Gianyar Regency. 2) working capital and labor partially have a positive and significant effect on the production value of the woven craft industry in Gianyar Regency. 3) there is a technological mix of capital and labor on the production value of the woven craft industry in Gianyar Regency. The implication of this research is that the efficiency of production factors plays an important role in an industry, where an industry expects the maximum possible production by spending or using the minimum possible production costs.

Abstract

The existence of an airport that serves the need for air transportation modes will have a further effect on the airport as an economic driver and driver, so that the airport is now placed as one of the important parts in the development of an area. Based on a survey of the quality of Kualanamu airport in 2022, unsatisfactory results were obtained for Kualanamu airport. The final score is 4.30 with a standard value of 4.60 where there are low values on several indicators including 3.83 for the free wifi or internet variable, as well as a value of 3.99 for the value of the waiting room air conditioning variable. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of ability of capital expenditure, operational expenditure and the role of expertise to get the performance of technical and engineering facilities and equipment at Kualanamu airport. This research is a type of quantitative research where quantitative research has the aim of generalizing research findings so that they can be used to predict the same situation in other populations. The instrument used is by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents and processing data with the SPSS program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage the inventory of soybean raw materials using the economic order quantity method at the Tofu Shell factory, Agam Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. There were 4 informants for this research including factory owners, managers and 2 other employees in each production. Data collection techniques by conducting in-depth interviews, observations are then analyzed in the form of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification / drawing conclusions. From the results of research conducted at the Tofu Cangkiang Factory, Agam Regency shows that the Tofu Cangkiang factory still uses the method of thinking in purchasing raw materials, the Tofu Shell factory is good at using the EOQ (economic order quantity) method so that the Tofu Shell factory can find out the optimal inventory of raw materials and can save costs incurred when purchasing raw materials. The Tofu Shell factory has implemented sharia business principles, namely by maintaining consumer satisfaction by increasing trust and honesty, transparency in explaining product quality and prices to consumers, competing fairly and being fair to its employees.

Abstract

Many people have implemented waste management through the green economy model, yielding beneficial results, particularly for environmental conservation plans. Islamic boarding schools make it possible to produce quite a lot of waste from the students' daily needs. We conducted this study at the Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang. The Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang implements a waste management program that utilizes waste for economically valuable purposes, specifically the production of processed products, where waste processing is a key production factor. This research focuses on green economy-based waste processing processes and explores their potential to enhance the economy at the Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang. This research aims to create a manageable green economy model for Islamic boarding schools, offering economic value and potential. We used qualitative research and a case study approach to explore waste management practices within a green economy model, which significantly and massively improves the Islamic boarding school economy. We collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the green economy model at the Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang uses three steps, namely, reduce, reuse, and recycle. The Darun Najah Islamic College in Lumajang has a significant potential for waste management to become a new product. This study concludes that environmentally friendly Islamic College not only require technological adaptation and management but also require a deep understanding and commitment to religious values that support environmental sustainability. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of sustainable business models in Islamic College, as well as enriching the literature regarding the integration of religious teachings and modern economic practices.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is an act of reducing company tax which is legal if it follows the applicable tax provisions. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of profitability, liquidity and capital intensity on tax avoidance in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is a quantitative method, using secondary data in the form of company financial reports. Using a purposive sampling method, 19 financial reports from the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange were selected in the 2019-2021 observation year. The analysis was carried out using the SPSS for Windows version 25 program, through a set of multiple linear regression analysis tests and partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. The results in this research show that partially the profitability variable and liquidity variable have no effect on tax avoidance, and only the capital intensity variable has an effect on tax avoidance. Simultaneously, the variables profitability, liquidity and capital intensity influence tax avoidance in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of sharia management functions in managing business in Tabek Mandi Sikabu and to find out the supporting factors and become obstacles to the implementation of sharia management functions in managing business in Tabek Mandi Sikabu The type of research is descriptive qualitative, using methods, observational interviews and documentation with the manager of Tabek Mandi Sikabu Balingka Agam Regency to obtain accurate data, real and precise. From the results of this study, the application of sharia management functions in managing business in Tabek Mandi Sikabu was carried out. The planning process is carried out by establishing work programs for the long, medium and short term. The organizing process is carried out by distributing jobdesks, employee recruitment, and training for employees. Then the actuating process is carried out by guiding, motivating to equalize the expected goals. Finally, the controlling process is carried out by supervising oneself by receiving input from others, checking employee performance in the field and supervised by the tourism office. For inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of sharia management functions in Tabek Mandi Sikabu, namely the absence of a written vision and mission, the absence of a complete organizational structure, the absence of swimming pool facilities in accordance with sharia. For supporting factors, there is also support from visitors for the provision of sharia bathing facilities.

Abstract

International trade has a close relationship with imports. In carrying out import activities there are price, production, consumption and exchange rate factors in a country. Apart from that, trade integration also has harmony in the occurrence of import activities by a country, especially in Indonesia, which is part of the ASEAN agreementTrade in Goods Agreement(ATIGA). By paying attention to the determining factors that influence imports, it will have an impact on a country's economic balance. The aim of this research isanalyze the factors influencing Indonesian sugar imports from Thailand before and after the ATIGA was agreed. This research was conducted in Indonesia with 28 years of observations in the period 1995-2022. The dependent variable in this research is Indonesian sugar imports from Thailand, while the independent variables consist of domestic sugar prices, domestic sugar production, domestic sugar consumption, the rupiah exchange rate against the USD, and the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) as a dummy variable. The data used is secondary data with a data collection method, namely non-behavioral observation. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that domestic sugar prices, domestic sugar production, domestic sugar consumption, the rupiah exchange rate against the USD, and the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) simultaneously have a significant influence on Indonesian sugar imports from Thailand. Domestic sugar prices and the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) partially have a positive and significant effect, domestic sugar production partially has a negative and significant effect, domestic sugar consumption partially has a positive and insignificant effect, and the rupiah exchange rate against the USD partially negative and insignificant effect on Indonesian sugar imports from Thailand. The implication of this research is that the factors that influence imports are very important to pay attention to, because these factors are related to each other which will increase or decrease the value of imports themselves.

Abstract

This research aims to create a business development strategy by transforming the NH Studio business model in Sinjai Regency using the Business Model Canvas approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using data collection methods through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of a research object. Through interviews with stakeholders at NH Studio, conclusions were drawn based on several key aspects. The result of NH Studio's business development strategy is an increase in value in the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas resulting in new strategies ranging from Customer Segment to Cost Structure. Diversification of services is also recommended so that NH Studio is able to compete and overcome existing problems

Abstract

Customer loyalty is essential for a company as a form of success. Customer loyalty arises from customer satisfaction with service quality. This research intends to dissect the impact of customer satisfaction when mediating service quality on customer loyalty. The location of this research is Denpasar City, with a sample of 110 respondents who have used the Agoda online travel application at least a couple of times utilizing purposive sampling methodology, and conveyed utilizing a Google Form questionnaire, measuring 11 indicators using a Likert Scale. Data analysis technique applied is outer model analysis, inner model and hypothesis testing. The aftereffects of this exploration show that all hypotheses are accepted. Service quality affects customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer loyalty, customer satisfaction meaningfully affects customer loyalty, service quality affects customer loyalty with the intervention of customer satisfaction, and from the results of this research it can be understood that customer satisfaction is mediating variable for the influence of service quality on customer loyalty. In order to increase customer loyalty, this can be done by improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
