Abstract

The importance of analyzing the influence of Return on Equity (ROE) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in Bank Muamalat's financial statements. ROE and CAR are two vital financial performance indicators in evaluating the efficiency of capital use and bank capital adequacy. By understanding the relationship between ROE and CAR, it can help banks optimize financial performance and maintain financial stability. This research aims to analyze the influence of Return on Equity (ROE) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in Bank Muamalat's financial reports in the 2018-2022 period. . The method used is panel regression analysis using secondary data from Bank Muamalat's financial reports. The ROE variable is used as the independent variable while CAR is the dependent variable. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between ROE and CAR at Bank Muamalat during the period studied. The implications of this research provide a better understanding of the relationship between financial performance and the level of capital adequacy of Islamic banks, especially Bank Muamalat, which can be a basis for decision making for related parties in risk management and business strategy in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic business ethics on consumer satisfaction in the Mujur broiler chicken business. This research was carried out at the Mujur broiler chicken business in Sikara-Kara 1 Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method used is quantitative by describing the data using numbers. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research was 100 people using a quantitative approach. Data analysis using the t test obtained a calculated t result of 5.310 and a t table at the 5% significance level of 1.664, so t calculated > t table. This shows that there is an influence of Islamic business ethics on consumer satisfaction in the Mujur broiler business in Sikara-Kara 1 Village, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) to describe the management of the Kurirta Bulukumba service enterprise, (2) to analyze the internal and external environment of Kurirta bulukumba services company, (3) to define the formulation of the business development strategy used in Kurirta Bullukumba Service Company, and (4) to described the results of the analysis Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in Kurerta Bulukumbas service company. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The total sample in this study was 15 people from Kurirta Bulukumba's employees and partners. Data collection is done using observations, interviews, lifts and documentation. The data analysis was carried out using the SWOT Analysis method with the help of Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Strategic Faktor Analysis summary (EFAS). The results from IFAS, EFAS were 1.96 and 1.16 which indicated that the company was in the quarter I position (positive, positive) where the company is in a strong position and opportunity. So it can be formulated the strategy used for the company is an aggressive strategy or growth strategy that is the expansion of new territory using the extensive network and the experience of the area that Kurirta Bulukumba has.

Abstract

In the era of modern life, air transportation is very important because it allows people and goods to move to different places quickly and efficiently. Airports are the starting point of the air travel experience and the airport check-in process is one of the important stages of a passenger's journey. The traditional check-in process , which involves long lines at the check-in counter, document checking, ticket printing, and provision of boarding passes, is often time-consuming and inconvenient for passengers. One of the latest innovations introduced in the aviation industry is the automatic self check-in function at the airport, which allows passengers to complete the check-in process independently without direct intervention from airport staff. Airlines and airports around the world have adopted this technology as a solution to reduce long queues at check-in counters, reduce operational costs, and provide a more efficient passenger experience. This research process uses quantitative research methods and is carried out from August to September 2023. In addition, the researcher used a questionnaire as a data collection method and multiple regression analysis method. Passengers at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang are a sample of this study. Based on the T Test, the independent variables of Convenience (X1) and Safety (X2) have a significant influence on the dependent variable of passenger satisfaction (Y) with t calculated > t table (0.240). The F test proves that the variables of convenience (X1) and safety (X2) have a significant influence on passenger satisfaction (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the F value of the table (22.173 > 3.14). The Coefficient of Determination (????2) shows that convenience (X1) and safety (X2) affect passenger satisfaction (Y) simultaneously with an Adjusted R Squared value of 0.387 or 38.7% and the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other variable components that are not included or error values.

Abstract

This study is driven by various phenomena observed in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in Manggis Gantiang Village, Bukittinggi City. One such phenomenon is the limited comprehension among MSME actors regarding the existence of digital literacy within their enterprises. Initially, it was anticipated that digital literacy would augment the income of MSME actors; however, this did not transpire in an optimal manner, thereby hindering its effectiveness. Achieving the intended outcome was not possible. This study employs a qualitative methodology, gathering data through the utilisation of observational methods and interviews. Data analysis, meanwhile, employs the Miles and Huberman model. More specifically, conclusions, data reduction, and data presentation. Miles and Huberman's data analysis comprises the following stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. These stages are executed in an interactive manner and persist until completion, at which point the data becomes saturated. This study aims to determine, from an Islamic economic standpoint, the effect of digital literacy on the income of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Manggis Gantiang Village, Bukittinggi City. This study's findings demonstrate that digital literacy in Islamic economics does not increase the income of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Manggis Gantiang Village, Bukittinggi City. Specifically, nine out of fifteen merchants surveyed stated that digital literacy did not result in an increase in income. While there is an expectation that a rise in revenue will enable MSME participants to fulfil their operational obligations and subsequently assist others through the allocation of funds in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of social media promotion and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions in the Noemie district of Mamuju business. The study adopted a quantitative method with a population consisting of customers of Noemie's grocery store, and samples of 60 customers were selected using non probability sampling. Data collection and analysis is done using IBM SPSS 24 with double linear analysis techniques. The results of this study show that: R2 determination test results showed 85.3% of independent variables have a significant impact on income. The results of the research on the T test showed that social media promotion and word of mouth had a positive influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Early Warning System (EWS) ratios on the stock prices of insurance companies. The population in this study consists of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, resulting in 15 insurance companies as samples. This study is associative in nature with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method employs multiple linear regression with the aid of the SPSS 29 software. The EWS ratios used in this study include Solvency Ratio, Claims Expense Ratio, Investment Return Ratio, Liquidity Ratio, Premium Growth Ratio, and Underwriting Ratio. The results of the study indicate that the Solvency Ratio, Investment Return Ratio, and Liquidity Ratio positively affect the stock prices of insurance companies, whereas the Claims Expense Ratio, Premium Growth Ratio, and Underwriting Ratio negatively affect the stock prices of insurance companies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and atmosphere on customer satisfaction at J.Sparrow, a well-known restaurant. Data was collected through a survey involving 132 respondents who were J.Sparrow customers. The data analysis method uses SPSS version 26 with multiple linear regression techniques to test the research hypothesis. The research results show that product quality, service quality, and atmosphere simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has the most dominant influence compared to other variables. These findings indicate that improvements in product quality, friendly and efficient service, and a comfortable and attractive atmosphere can increase customer satisfaction levels. The implication of this research is that it is important for J.Sparrow management to continue to improve these three aspects in order to maintain and increase customer loyalty. This research also makes an academic contribution by enriching the literature on factors that influence customer satisfaction in the restaurant industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ga, dari Instagram Advertising, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan         Pembelian Produk Makanan Kucing Bolt Di Juan Petshop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil responden di Juan Petshop. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 150 responden. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji Hal ini terlihat dari nilai t hitung yang mempunyai tingkat signifikansi (kurang dari 0,05) lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t tabel. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh. hasil pengujian Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Produk Bolt di Juan Petshop. Fakta bahwa lebih besar dari tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi (sedikit di bawah 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjuka bahwa: (1) Instagram advertising berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) instagram advertising, persepsi harga, kualitas  pelayanan  secara  simultan  berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The growth of saving customers from year to year fluctuates, the increase in the number of customers at BPR Syariah Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh from year to year sometimes increases, sometimes decreases. Competition between BPRS Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh with other BPRS and with Sharia Commercial Banks which are required to provide the best service in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as improve the company's image. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence and how much influence service excellence has on customer satisfaction of savers at BPR Syariah Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh. The method used in this research is quantitative with data collection techniques, namely observation and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, namely Y a + bx, t-test and determinant test (R2) to see the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable. From the research data obtained through simple linear regression, it was obtained that Y 12.319 + 0.358 (X) this figure shows a positive value so it is concluded that variable X has an influence on variable Y at BPR Syariah Haji Miskin Cabang Payakumbuh. The coefficient of determination (R2) value was 0.270. This means that there is an influence between variable X on variable Y of 27%. The results of this research show that the service excellence variable (X) has a positive influence on the customer satisfaction variable (Y), although the influence is weak with a small contribution, from this research the service excellence variable can be said to contribute and have a positive influence on customer satisfaction because it obtains good results. Significant.
