Abstract

This research discusses the protection of the Financial Services Authority against shareholders of listed companies due to delisting by the Indonesia Stock Exchange where when a listed company or issuer experiences conditions that significantly affect the price of a share, the issuer will be given sanctions in the form of a suspension so that the issuer can improve company performance, but if the suspension is more than 24 months then the issuer will be delisted by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. As a legal consequence of delisting, investors are also harmed because the shares owned will lose value. Meanwhile, from a sharia perspective, the protection of shareholders due to delisting must be in accordance with maqāsid ash-shari'ah (sharia objectives). The principles of benefit in Islamic law must also be fulfilled, including the benefit of many people, realizing social justice, not burdensome and a little burden. Therefore, it is necessary to protect investors by authorized institutions, namely the Financial Services Authority, which is clear and can facilitate all related parties so that no party gets the biggest loss. The purpose of this study is to examine how the implementation of OJK protection against investors as the injured party due to delisting of the issuer's shares. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection techniques used are through documentation and analysis of delisting cases. Documentation data is obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange while regulations as investor protection are obtained from applicable laws such as the Law, POJK and provisions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Technological and scientific advances have had a significant impact on many aspects of life, including transport. Air transport is growing with fierce competition between airlines especially Garuda Indonesia airlines regarding service, prices, and consumer interests given, as well as there are cases of incidents that make passengers judge poorly the quality of service provided. Some of the cases occurred were flight delays, damage to luggage, and undue food on Garuda Indonesia airlines. Garuda Indonesian airlines also failed to respond in providing solutions to problems / complaints that occurred against passengers. Then the price set by Garuda Indonesia airlines is indeed high but not comparable to the service provided. The aim of this study is to find out how much the quality of service and ticket prices influence the interest of Garuda Indonesia airline passengers in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The study uses quantitative research methods and was conducted from August to September 2023. In addition, the researchers used data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire as a data collection method and a double regression analysis method. The passengers at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport are samples of this study. Based on the t test, the independent variables Quality of Service (X1) and Price (X2) have a significant influence on the dependent variables Buy Interest (Y), with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,1 and a table F value of 12,471 < 2,78. The determination coefficient (R2 ) indicates that the quality of service (x1) and price (x2) have significant influences on Buy Interests. (Y).

Abstract

The use of internet media among students studying Sharia Banking at the Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi State Islamic University has grown rapidly. However, the perception of students as bank customers is still lacking due to their limited knowledge regarding how to use m-banking and the lack of quality of service provided to customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer perceptions and service quality on customer satisfaction in using m-banking. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and determinant test. The results show that there is a significant influence of customer perception and service quality on customer satisfaction, with a strong correlation and a large contribution.

Abstract

This study uses independent variables, namely return on assets and return on equity with the dependent variable, namely profit growth. The object of research is on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 7 companies. The objectives of this study are: Test and analyze the eflect of return on assets on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2022. After conducting research using with the multiple linear analysis methods, it can be concluded: 1. Return on assets has no eflect on profit growth in banking companies for the period 2018-2022. 2. Return on equity has no eflect on profit growth in banking companies for the period 2018-2022. 3. Return on assets and return on equity together have an eflect on profit growth in banking companies for the period 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership styles on employee performance at Montigo Resort Nongsa Batam. The study uses a quantitative method and surveys 30 employees to measure the influence of transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles on employee performance. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that transformational leadership style has a significant positive impact, whereas the transactional leadership style does not significantly affect employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of transformational leadership in enhancing employee performance at Montigo Resort Nongsa Batam.

Abstract

This research was motivated by Nagari Aia Gadang Barat, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency, which is a Nagari whose residents make their living as farmers, farm laborers and palm oil workers whose income is quite low. The majority of housewives take part in capital loans from PNPM to help their husbands increase their income to meet their family's needs. However, there are still many members of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) community who do not use capital loans provided by PNPM to carry out productive businesses but rather to meet consumer needs, and members who have started doing business do not use these capital loans to develop their business but instead use them to other consumer needs. Finding out how much of an impact capital loans have on housewives' incomes in Nagari Aia Gadang Barat, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency is the driving force for this study. The research approach employed here is quantitative, and it makes use of a Likert scale questionnaire as its research instrument. A saturated sample of 40 respondents was used for this research. The research in this area makes use of a variety of tests for analysis, including those for instruments (validity and reliability tests), for traditional assumptions (normality and autocorrelation tests), and for simple linear regression analysis (t-test, coefficient of determination, etc.). Researchers in Nagari Aia Gadang, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency, used SPSS 25 to compile their findings. The t-test revealed that the effect of capital loans on housewives' income was statistically significant (t count = 3.166 > t table = 2.024), thus accepting Ha. Housewives' incomes tend to rise in direct proportion to the amount of capital loans they take out. Similarly, housewives' income drops as they take out fewer capital loans.

Abstract

Several types of financing products at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah KCP Lipatkain, one of which is financing for the oil palm replanting program. To improve customer decisions in financing the oil palm replanting program at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah KCP Lipatkain, there is a need for product marketing, prices and promotions. This research aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of products on customer decisions (2) The influence of price on customer decisions (3) The influence of promotions on customer decisions (4) The influence of products, prices and promotions on customer decisions simultaneously. This research is field research using descriptive quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 58 customers who were used as respondents, the collection method was based on the Non Probability Sampling method or saturated sampling where the entire population was selected as a sample, namely 58 customers of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah KCP Lipatkain for the 2023 oil palm replanting program. The data collection technique used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis techniques used in this research were research instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption tests (autocorrelation test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, R2 determinant coefficient test, and hypothesis testing (T test) and (F test). Based on the results obtained in this research, the product variable obtained results with a significant value greater than alpha 0.05% (0.348 ≥ 0.05), the price variable obtained results with a significant value smaller than alpha 0.05% (0.000 ≤ 0.05), the promotion variable obtained results with a significant value greater than alpha 0.05% (0.721 ≥ 0.05). Based on the results of research tests using multiple linear analysis techniques, it can be stated simultaneously or together that there is a positive and significant influence with a significant F value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. The determinant coefficient (R2) value is 0.377 or 37.7%, which means that simultaneously there is a contribution from the independent variable to the dependent variable of 0.377 or 37.7% and the remaining 62.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research, namely variables location, services, procedures and facilities.

Abstract

Development of tourist attractions in an area must consider several important things so that the special characteristics of the area are not lost. In the development process which aims to improve people's welfare, also to continue to preserve natural and human resources in the area. The Samosir area which has a long history related to the past of its people and also the process of the formation of Lake Toba millions of years ago can be used as a basis for development to advance the Samosir area by developing new areas that are still natural and combined with the charm of artificial tourism that can make natural areas get new views and nuances without having to eliminate the original values of the area. Human resource development is a determinant of this success. Human resources who have a strong character to protect and preserve nature will be able to provide various solutions related to basic problems in a tourist area. Starting from planning road and building infrastructure, arranging parking patterns and places, lodging, and signs related to prohibitions that are easy to understand and obey by visitors, reducing and eliminating the extortion mentality in tourist attractions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Tara Water water depot, Sidojadi Village, Bukit Malintang District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The sample used was 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling method. By using a simple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The resulting coefficient of determination is 0.522, which means that 52.2% of changes in the consumer satisfaction variable are explained by changes in the service quality variable, while the remaining 47.8% is explained by other variables not included in this research.
