Abstract

Sharia financial institutions which are part of the Indonesian community whose population is not only made up of Muslims. In its development in Indonesia, it should be appreciated because it is able to attract the interest of both Muslim and non-Muslim communities to use its products. This research aims to determine the decision of non-Muslim communities to use murabahah financing products at PT Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat. Interview data was used in this research with a qualitative descriptive methodology. Interviews with Bank Sumut KCP sharia staff members and non-Muslim customers were used to collect data. Research findings show that the practice of murabahah financing at PT Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat has received a positive view of the product. Non- Muslim communities make decisions about these products because they have factors, these factors are needs, price, type of goods, family and work environment. These factors encourage non-Muslim communities to make decisions regarding the use of murabahah financing products at PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat

Abstract

This research was inspired by the extensive use of the LinkAja Syariah application by students enrolled in sharia banking courses at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi. This research seeks to determine and analyze the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction using the LinkAja Syariah digital wallet. It is part of the Islamic banking program at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi. A quantitative technique is used in this investigation. One hundred and ten persons were surveyed for this study. At the same time, the data analysis method employs determinant coefficient (R2), simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test) to examine the relationship between dependent and independent variables. Research out of UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi's sharia banking course reveals that the quality of the product significantly impacts customer satisfaction with the LinkAja Syariah digital wallet.

Abstract

The law on regional governance has been regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2014, which includes the direction for local government administration to accelerate the welfare of the community through improved services, empowerment, community participation, and increased regional competitiveness. One of the drivers in enhancing the competitiveness of a region is investment and labor. A study aimed to determine the influence of Government Expenditure, Labor, Exports, and Domestic and Foreign Investment on Economic Growth in the Yogyakarta Province from 2001 to 2022. The research used panel data regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that the Labor and Foreign Investment variables significantly affect the Regional Gross Domestic Product (PDRB), while the Domestic Investment variable does not significantly affect the PDRB. This is because domestic investment in the Yogyakarta region is focused on capital-intensive industries, which tend to rely on machinery in their production processes and do not absorb much labor

Abstract

This research aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the QRIS digital payment system in increasing their business sales. This is a field study employing a descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of this research are micro and small business actors in the city of Pariaman, specifically in the district of Central Pariaman. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing farmers' decisions in using financing from banks. The method used in this study is the associative method. The data collection technique in this study is direct data collection, namely by means of survey results, interviews and distributing questionnaires to farmers in SP4 in Mimika Regency. The analysis tool in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the guarantee factor does not have a significant effect on farmers' interest while the administration factor has a significant effect on farmers' interest in not using financing from banks in Mimika Regency

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Cahaya Resto & Café in Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. In the culinary business, food quality in terms of taste and presentation is a very important factor. Food quality such as taste and appearance aspects reflect the company's success in the eyes of consumers. The quality of the product being marketed is the core of consumer assessment of the product purchased in order to obtain maximum benefit value. For manufacturers, good product quality means that the product is in demand by consumers so that it produces profits both in terms of sales and company image. Purchasing decisions by a consumer involve considerations to determine whether or not it is appropriate to purchase a product by going through various alternative product choices that best suit the desired needs. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at Cahaya Resto & Café. This research uses quantitative research methods with a sample size of 100 Cahaya Resto & Cafe consumers with a sampling technique using random sampling technique using the Lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression using the SPSS Version 22 program consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests), hypothesis tests (partial tests and coefficient of determination tests). The research results show that product quality (X) influences purchasing decisions (Y) with a calculated t value of 8.726 > 1.66055 (thitung > ttable) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 so that Ha is accepted. Then the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R Square value of 0.437 which shows that the ability of product quality (X) in explaining purchasing decisions is 43.7% while 56.3% is explained by other factors that are outside the model and cannot be detected in the research.

Abstract

The objective of this study is (1) to demonstrate that there is a significant influence of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial interests of students of the Makassar State University Programme of Entrepreneurships Studies. (2) To demonstrate the significant impact of the use of social media on the entrepreneur interest of Students of the University of Makassar Programme. (3) To prove that there are significant influences of entreprenorship learning and social media utilization on enterprise interests. This research method uses quantitative methods and instruments used in the form of angles. The population in this study amounted to 378 students of the entrepreneurship study program of Makassar State University, taking a sample of 193 students from the total population. The data analysis used in this study uses double linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that: (1) There was a significant positive influence of entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurial interest in students of Makassar State University's entrepreneurhood study program with a regression coefficient of 0.261. (2) There was an significant positive impact of social media use on enterprise interests of students of the Makassar state University's enterprise study programme with the regression factor of 0.375.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the banking industry, including the application of internet banking. This research aims to identify factors that influence customer satisfaction with internet banking users at Bank Nagari Syariah Branch, Bukittinggi. Based on initial observations, seven factors were found that influence customer satisfaction, namely: product quality, service quality, fulfillment of emotional aspects, product price, costs, ease of access, and transaction experience. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 30 customers who use internet banking. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research results show that the factors of service quality, fulfillment of emotional aspects, and product price have a high level of satisfaction among customers. Meanwhile, product quality, cost, ease of access and transaction experience factors show lower levels of satisfaction. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight for Bank Nagari Syariah in improving internet banking services and providing better satisfaction for customers. Apart from that, this research also contributes to the literature regarding customer satisfaction and the use of sharia banking technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

Problematic financing is a situation where in its implementation there is a breach of contract due to the customer's inability or difficulties experienced by the debtor in fulfilling obligations or in repayment of installments, and not fulfilling the requirements promised to the creditor. Murabahah products are one of the superior financing products at BMT Agam Madani Nagari Kapau. The most important basic principle of BMT is to collect funds from the community and distribute them to the community. This article aims to examine the factors causing problematic financing of Murabahah bil Wakalah contracts at BMTPAS and strategies for resolving problematic financing carried out by BMT PAS. This research method uses a field research method with a qualitative approach where data sources are collected through interviews and field observations as well as documentation studies related to the resolution of problematic financing. The research results show that the causes of financing problems at BMT PAS come from internal factors of BMT and external factors from errors by financing members. Resolving Problematic Financing by mitigating risks at the outset by always paying attention to the 5K principles, namely Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition. The strategy for resolving problematic financing is carried out by repeated billing, through deliberation with a persuasive or family approach, and writing off receivables including write-offs and write-offs, and holding committee meetings, and providing warning letters to customers

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing at PT. Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi Branch and find out the impact of implementing digital marketing to increase sales of Umrah packages at PT. Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi Branch. This type of research is field research, which takes data directly from the research site. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is clear that the digital marketing carried out by PT Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi branch is in line with Yazer Nasdini's theory which states that there are indicators in the implementation of digital marketing, namely accessibility, interactivity, entertainment, trust, irritation and informativeness. The digital marketing instruments used by PT Tridaya Pesona Wisata include websites and social media marketing such as: Facebook and Instagram. As well as the positive and effective impact of implementing PT Tridaya Pesona Wisata's digital marketing which helps provide accurate and detailed information to prospective pilgrims as well as increasing sales of Umrah packages and the number of pilgrims using Umrah travel services with PT. Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi Branch.
