Abstract

A notary is a public official who makes authentic deeds according to Article 1 paragraph (1) of Law of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Amendment to Law Number 30 of 2004 on the Notary Position. In practice, there is a Substitute Notary who is temporarily appointed when the notary is absent. Although their authority is equal, the requirements for their appointment are lighter, creating normative disparities that impact the quality and legal certainty of the deed. This normative-prescriptive legal study highlights the urgency of revising the Notary Law and Permenkumham No. 19 of 2019 to guarantee professionalism and legal protection for service users. The results of the study indicate the urgency of revising the provisions in the Notary Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 19 of 2019, especially those regulating the requirements and position of Substitute Notaries, in order to guarantee professionalism and legal protection for the community using notary services.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned process to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential, both in terms of intellectual, spiritual, social, and skills, so that they become individuals with character and are able to contribute to community life. This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of the Tri-Nga integrated Deep learning approach on the understanding of concepts and learning motivation of fifth grade students in Mathematics Education. The population of this study was all fifth grade students at SD Kalikotes District, Klaten Regency which consists of 6 schools. The number of fifth grade students is 243 students. The type of research used by the researcher is quasi-experimental research or pseudo-experiment. The data collection technique used is observation and pretest posttest in the form of multiple choice to measure conceptual understanding and essay questions to measure student learning motivation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The results of this study concluded that the data obtained from the analysis using the Manova test, showed that there was a significant difference in the ability to understand concepts and learning motivation of fifth grade students in Mathematics after the implementation of the Tri-Nga integrated Deep Learning teachings approach. This is indicated by the Hotelling's Trace significance value of 0.007 for conceptual understanding and 0.000 for learning motivation, both of which are below the significance level of 0.05. Students who follow learning with this approach show better conceptual understanding and higher learning motivation than students who do not use it. This increase occurs because the Tri-Nga integrated Deep Learning approach is able to encourage students to understand the material in depth (ngerti), feel the meaning of learning (ngrasa), and apply it in real life (nglakoni), so that they become more active, motivated, and easy to solve learning problems.

Abstract

Inclusive education has become a strategic approach to addressing the challenges of unequal access and quality of education in Papua, particularly for children with special needs and other marginalized groups. This study aims to critically examine the development, challenges, and opportunities in implementing inclusive education in Papua through a social literature review. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various scholarly articles, policy reports, and official government documents published over the past two decades. The findings indicate that the implementation of inclusive education in Papua still faces numerous obstacles, including limited human resources, uneven educational infrastructure, and a lack of understanding among communities and stakeholders regarding the concept of inclusivity. Nevertheless, there are emerging local initiatives and government policies that begin to support the strengthening of inclusive education systems in the region. The implications of this study highlight the importance of collaboration between the government, communities, and educational institutions in creating an inclusive and socially just learning ecosystem in Papua.

Abstract

Land ownership disputes are a common legal issue in Indonesia and often disadvantage buyers who act in good faith. A good faith buyer is someone who enters into a transaction based on trust in the seller’s legal ownership without knowledge of any legal defects. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection available to good faith buyers in land ownership disputes. The research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and case approach based on court decisions. The findings show that although the nemo plus iuris principle prioritizes legal ownership, good faith buyers can still obtain legal protection through the principles of justice, good faith, and legal certainty, as recognized in various court rulings. The implications of this research highlight the need for reform in land policy and the proactive role of land deed officials in preventing problematic transactions, ensuring that the rights of good faith buyers are not neglected

Abstract

The establishment of the Danantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) as a state-owned enterprise superholding company through Law No. 1 of 2025 on State-Owned Enterprises and Government Regulation No. 10 of 2025 on the Organization and Governance of BPI Danantara has significant implications for the architecture of state asset management. Although aimed at improving efficiency and optimizing state assets, the institutional regulatory design of Danantara contains a number of legal ambiguities that could potentially lead to maladministration. This study aims to critically examine the inconsistencies and normative ambiguities in the legal instruments governing BPI Danantara and their implications for the principles of state administrative law, particularly the principles of legality and legal certainty. A legal-normative approach is employed through an analysis of regulations based on the principles of good governance. The main findings reveal that the BPI Danantara regulations, particularly Article 9G, which does not classify Danantara administrators as state administrators, as well as the use of optional norms such as the phrase “may” in the formation of the Monitoring and Accountability Committee in Article 24, have created legal uncertainty. This situation not only has the potential to cause of maladministration but also threatens accountability and transparency. Such institutional design creates a gray area that leads to abuse of authority. In this context, the case of 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) is a relevant example of how a loose institutional structure can lead to systemic corruption scandals, with significant impacts on fiscal credibility and the country's reputation. Ultimately, this can reduce public trust and the country's fiscal credibility in the eyes of global investors. Therefore, regulatory reform is a strategic urgency to clarify legal ambiguity and strengthen the effectiveness of external oversight institutions to ensure integrity, transparency, and accountability at BPI Danantara.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the contribution of Catholic Religious Education (PAK) teacher leadership in improving students' enthusiasm for learning at SDN Ebang. The problem underlying this study is the weak motivation of students to learn as indicated by low participation, lack of enthusiasm, and minimal involvement in the teaching and learning process. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptions, which includes data collection techniques such as observation, structured interviews, and document collection. The subjects of the study consisted of a PAK teacher, the principal, and two students from grades V and VI who were selected by considering the principle of data satisfaction. The findings of this study indicate that PAK teachers function significantly as mentors, role models, spiritual directors, innovators, driving learning communities, and assessors. These roles have a positive influence on increasing students' learning motivation in the cognitive, affective, and spiritual aspects. The uniqueness of this study lies in the combination of various aspects of PAK teacher leadership in a public elementary school environment as well as an examination of internal and external factors that influence learning motivation in the digital era. This study concludes that flexible and contextual PAK teacher leadership has a crucial role in building comprehensive learning motivation amidst limited facilities and student diversity.

Abstract

Menjadi seorang pecandu bukanlah sesuatu yang diinginkan bagi setiap orang termasuk menjadi pecandu alkohol. Alkohol adalah barang minuman yang mudah didapat sekaligus dapat memberikan kelegaan meskipun sesaat. Tidak adanya manfaat jangka Panjang membuat setiap individu yang meminumnya akan memaknai apa fungsi dan manfaat untuk dilakukan dalam jangka Panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna hidup pada pecandu alkohol melalui pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sebanyak enam informan yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai pecandu alkohol diwawancarai secara mendalam untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif mereka terkait pencarian makna hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alkohol digunakan tidak hanya sebagai media dari tekanan hidup, tetapi juga sebagai bentuk pemenuhan kebutuhan emosional akibat rasa hampa, kesepian, konflik keluarga, lingkungan sosial permisif, serta keterbatasan dukungan positif. Beberapa informan menyadari bahwa konsumsi alkohol hanya memberikan kelegaan sementara dan tidak mampu mengisi kekosongan makna hidup secara dalam. Adanya keinginan untuk berhenti dan membangun kehidupan bermakna muncul pada sebagian informan, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada hambatan lingkungan baik internal maupun eksternal.

Abstract

A notary holds a significant and strategic role in supporting the state to provide legal certainty for its citizens. Through notarial services, individuals can obtain authentic deeds that serve as the strongest and most legitimate evidence of legal acts. As the law continues to evolve, One significant advancement is the rise of the sharia-based economy. which introduces a legal framework grounded in Islamic principles. This development demands notaries to adapt, especially when drafting authentic deeds based on sharia economic transactions. One important regulation in this context is the requirement that disputes arising from sharia economic activities must be resolved in the Religious Court. Therefore, the drafting of clauses in notarial deeds must comply with applicable laws and regulations. However, in practice, notaries sometimes make errors in drafting deed clauses, which may result in legal harm to the parties involved. This research seeks to offer insights into the notary's liability for inaccuracies in clauses within authentic deeds. particularly in sharia economic disputes. It explores the notary’s role in ensuring compliance with both positive law and Islamic legal principles, as well as the potential legal consequences of such errors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika psikologis ketertarikan mahasiswa yang mengalami fatherless dalam pemilihan profil calon pasangan pacar. Fatherless, dalam konteks ini, merujuk pada kondisi tidak adanya figur ayah secara fisik maupun emosional dalam kehidupan individu. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus pada empat permasalahan utama, yaitu : (1) bagaimana gambaran kriteria calon pasangan pacar dilihat dari aspek kepribadian, fisik, usia, ekonomi, Pendidikan dan figur idola; (2) ekspektasi memiliki pasangan yang mirip dengan ayah atau malah sebaliknya; (3) kekhawatiran dalam memulai hubungan asmara; (4) orientasi seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi non-partisipatif, kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa individu fatherless cenderung memilih pasangan dengan kepribadian mirip ayah namun berbeda secara fisik, lebih tua secara usia, stabil secara ekonomi, setara dalam pendidikan, dan tidak menjadikan ayah sebagai figur idola. Mereka cenderung menolak pasangan yang menyerupai ayah secara emosional. Pengalaman fatherless tidak memicu kekhawatiran dalam memulai hubungan, tetapi dapat memengaruhi orientasi seksual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengalaman dalam kecanduan judi online, kesadaran dan motivasi untuk berubah, tahap perubahan perilaku, dan mekanisme mengatasi keinginan berjudi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Fenomenologi tentang Proses Perubahan Perilaku Pecandu Judi Online Pada Mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi. Melalui studi terhadap tiga subjek (R, H, dan M), ketiganya mengalami dampak negatif seperti kerugian finansial, penurunan akademik, dan masalah sosial. Perubahan perilaku terjadi melalui tahapan dari penyangkalan hingga pemulihan, didukung oleh motivasi intenal, dukungan sosial, dan pengalihan aktivitas. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan multidimensi dalam penangan kecanduan judi online.
