Abstract

Digital interface design plays a vital role in user interaction with software, especially through visual elements such as color and typography. This study was motivated by the need to understand how these visual elements affect user comfort while interacting with an application or website. The purpose of this study was to analyze user perceptions of the use of color and typography, and their impact on visual comfort. The method used was a descriptive quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to 20 respondents from various age groups. The collected data were analyzed descriptively by comparing preferences and comfort based on the age of the respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents felt that color and typography greatly influenced the comfort of using digital interfaces. Dark background colors and sans-serif fonts with proportional sizes proved to be the most preferred choices because they provided reading comfort and reduced eye fatigue. A balanced combination of color and typography was also considered important to improve readability and the overall user experience. In conclusion, the selection and use of appropriate visual elements contribute greatly to creating a friendly and comfortable interface design for users of various age ranges.

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis and design of a web-based online queue system prototype for banking services, aiming to improve service quality and operational efficiency. In the banking sector, managing customer waiting times is a significant challenge that impacts their comfort and satisfaction. The online queue system enables customers to obtain queue numbers online, thereby minimizing waiting times and making queue management more efficient. This research includes system requirements analysis, user interface design, and process flow development tailored to customer needs and banking operations. The resulting prototype is expected to serve as a foundation for developing a more comprehensive digital queue system, supporting digital transformation in the banking sector, and providing practical and theoretical contributions to web-based service development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fitur financial diary pada aplikasi myBCA terhadap tingkat penerimaan dan loyalitas pengguna di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh tren penggunaan mobile banking meningkat, khususnya myBCA, yang menawarkan fitur pengelolaan keuangan otomatis dan menarik perhatian generasi muda. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), melibatkan 402 responden pengguna fitur financial diary dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social influence merupakan faktor paling dominan dalam membentuk attitude positif pengguna terhadap penggunaan fitur financial diary myBCA. Attitude positif yang terbentuk dari social influence tersebut juga terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan behavioral intention pengguna untuk terus menggunakan fitur ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi berbasis komunitas dan edukasi sosial sangat penting untuk meningkatkan adopsi dan loyalitas pengguna terhadap inovasi digital banking seperti myBCA. Pengelola layanan perbankan dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk membuat strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan fitur yang lebih efisien. Kata kunci: Financial Diary, myBCA, Social Influence, UTAUT

Abstract

Pratama Haji Medan-Pancing Clinic is a healthcare facility that routinely sells medications to patients. However, the current manual drug inventory management process poses risks such as delayed procurement and overstocking. To address this issue, this study aims to implement a data mining approach using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm to predict drug sales at Klinik Pratama Haji Medan-Pancing. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing historical drug sales data from the past two to three years. The data underwent a thorough process of assessment, cleaning, and transformation before being processed using the K-Neighbor Classifier from the scikit-learn library. The results demonstrated that the KNN method achieved a prediction accuracy rate of 88.9%, indicating its effectiveness in forecasting drug sales. By implementing this predictive system, Klinik Pratama Haji Medan-Pancing can improve the efficiency of inventory management, reduce the risk of stock shortages or surpluses, and support faster, data-driven decision-making. In conclusion, the KNN algorithm proves to be a feasible predictive solution for drug sales systems in clinics and holds potential for further development in intelligent and integrated pharmacy management.

Abstract

Object recognition, particularly fruit classification, plays a crucial role in various fields, ranging from agricultural automation to digital marketplaces. This study proposes a fruit classification system based on RGB images, developed using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture consisting of convolutional layers, pooling layers, fully connected layers, and dropout for model stability. The model was trained using the Adam optimization algorithm on an augmented dataset to enhance data variation and reduce overfitting. The resulting model achieved an average accuracy of 98%, demonstrating the reliability of CNNs in pattern recognition tasks. To enhance usability, the model was integrated into a graphical user interface (GUI) built with MATLAB R2023b App Designer, allowing users to add datasets, train the model, and predict new images without writing any code. The findings highlight that while the model performs well, its accuracy remains dependent on consistent image backgrounds; therefore, expanding the variety of fruit types and background conditions in the dataset is essential to improve the system's robustness in real-world applications.

Abstract

This study develops an image processing application to automatically detect the ripeness level of tomatoes using the YCbCr color space transformation. This method is effective because it is able to separate the luminance and chrominance components, so it can identify color changes that indicate the ripeness level of tomatoes, namely unripe, semi-ripe, and ripe tomatoes. The application is designed with matlab and uses a GUI interface that makes it easy for users to upload and process images. Based on trials on image samples, the system is able to classify tomato ripeness with 100% accuracy on a limited test dataset. The classification process is based on three main parameters: the red area ratio, the average value of the Cr channel, and the average value of the Cb channel. The results of the study indicate that this approach can be used as a digital solution in the automatic and efficient tomato sorting process

Abstract

Improving the quality of education requires a comprehensive understanding of the conditions and characteristics of each educational institution. West Muna Regency has various secondary schools with diverse profiles and challenges. Until now, school grouping has often been done manually, which does not always accurately reflect the overall characteristics of the data. This study aims to cluster secondary schools in West Muna Regency using the K-Means algorithm as a clustering method to identify hidden patterns in school data, such as the number of students, teachers, staff, facilities, and location. The research method involves several stages, including data collection, method analysis, software implementation, and cluster testing. The clustering results produced three school clusters with different characteristics. Cluster 1 consists of schools with the most complete resources, Cluster 2 includes the largest number of schools with varying resources, and Cluster 3 represents schools with moderate conditions. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for formulating more targeted educational policies, ensuring equitable distribution of resources, and improving the quality of education in West Muna Regency.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping excellent human resources, which are the main foundation of national development. However, economic limitations remain a significant barrier for some students in accessing proper education. To address this issue, the government has implemented various educational assistance programs. SMKN 9 Bulukumba, as one of the vocational high schools, also faces challenges in selecting scholarship recipients efficiently, objectively, and transparently. This study aims to develop a decision support system based on the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm to assist the selection process of educational aid recipients. Naive Bayes is a simple yet effective probabilistic classification algorithm that performs well on small to medium-sized datasets. This research employs a data mining approach to build a classification model based on several attributes, such as type of residence, means of transportation, and parents’ income. The results of testing on 10 student data samples showed that 6 students were classified as eligible for assistance, while 4 were not. The dominant factors determining eligibility were the low income of the father and the absence of income from the mother. Interestingly, all students using public transportation were not classified as aid recipients, indicating that transportation is not always a primary indicator of eligibility. Abstract

The rapid growth of the food and beverage industry encourages business actors to have innovative sales strategies to increase their sales. This thesis focuses on TERÉ café and Bar Seminyak, which has not utilized its sales transaction data optimally. The main purpose of the preparation is to identify customer purchasing patterns and formulate recommendations for food and beverage menu packages that can increase sales. This thesis uses data mining techniques with Association Rules and the FP-Growth algorithm to analyze sales transaction data at TERÉ café and Bar Seminyak based on customer preferences in five different time sessions. The data used is sales data from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and the framework used is CRISP-DM. The results of the analysis show that there is a strong combination between “Octopus” and “Burger” in the opening session, a strong combination between “Baked Egg” and “Avocado Toast” or “Tere Toast” in the lunch session, and in the next three sessions there is a strong combination between “Bintang (PACKAGE)” and “B2G3 BINTANG”. These results were obtained from the min support parameters of 0.01, confidence of 0.1 and lift of 2.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Accounting Information System at PT Citra Jelajah Informatika (CIFO GROUP), which aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the system in supporting the company's business processes. With a qualitative approach and case study method, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that although the accounting information system being developed has the potential to improve operational efficiency, there are significant obstacles, such as the length of the funding application process and the lack of integration between functions. The accounting system implemented is not yet fully optimal, so it requires improvement to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of financial reporting. The separation of functions between sales, finance, and accounting needs to be strengthened, and the use of formal documents such as invoices and receipts is very important to maintain transparency. By implementing the proposed improvement suggestions, it is hoped that PT Citra Jelajah Informatika can improve the performance of the accounting information system and support the company's future growth
