Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based asset rental management information system to address the issues of manual record-keeping still used by Karang Taruna Emblem in Kemiri Village. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature review for data collection, as well as the Waterfall model approach for system development. The process involves requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and implementation using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is designed to support digital transaction processing for asset rental, returns, and scheduling, with two access roles: admin and renter. The implementation results indicate that the system improves operational efficiency, minimizes the risk of data loss, accelerates information retrieval, and provides automated and real-time transaction reporting. Based on Black Box testing, all system functions perform as expected. The system also assists administrators in monitoring asset inventory and rental activities, while providing the public with convenient online access to asset information. Therefore, this information system enhances data accuracy, service transparency, and the professionalism of asset management within the Karang Taruna organization.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology plays a significant role in supporting various fields, including education. However, at SMAS Islam Darul Fikri Muaro Jambi, academic data management is still handled manually, leading to inefficiency, delays, and the risk of data loss. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a web-based academic information system to address these issues and facilitate the management of academic data such as student records, grades, schedules, and academic reports. The research employs a qualitative method, with system design following the Agile Development model, which consists of several stages: planning, design, coding, release, and feedback. The planning stage involves identifying user needs through observation and interviews. The design stage focuses on creating system workflows and database structures. The system is implemented during the coding stage, and in the release stage, the system is deployed to the domain https://mestongdarulfikri.my.id. Functionality testing using black box testing confirmed that all features work as expected. The system feasibility test resulted in a score of 86.25%, classified as very feasible. This system allows the school to manage academic data more efficiently, quickly, and accurately while improving the accessibility of information for students and parents

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the birth of interactive and engaging digital learning media innovations, one of which is educational games. This study aims to develop a Construct 2-based educational game that introduces flags of countries in the Asian continent to elementary school students. This game is designed to support children's visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles, while addressing the limitations of conventional methods that are less interactive. The development was carried out using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method through six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The resulting game consists of three main features: Learning, Quiz, and Play, which are equipped with two-dimensional illustrations, voice narration, and interactive challenges. Testing results using the Black Box method show that all features work as expected. This game is also accessible via desktop and mobile devices in HTML5 format, thus supporting flexible use both at school and at home. These findings indicate that Construct 2-based educational games can be an effective and enjoyable alternative learning medium in introducing national symbols to early childhood

Abstract

Elementary students’ understanding of human internal organs continues to face challenges due to limited visual media and conventional teaching methods. This study aims to develop an Android-based educational application that integrates Augmented Reality (AR) technology as an alternative solution to introduce internal organs in an interactive and engaging manner. The development model employed is ADDIE, which consists of needs analysis, interface design, application development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The resulting application is capable of displaying 3D marker-based objects accompanied by educational narration and a user-friendly interface. Implementation was conducted at SDN Rancaranji using Unity and Vuforia on Android devices. Evaluation results from 41 respondents, comprising teachers and parents, indicated highly positive responses, particularly regarding the educational value aspect. These findings support the effectiveness of AR technology as an interactive and enjoyable science learning medium aligned with the elementary school curriculum. This study contributes to the development of practical technology-based learning media within the context of Indonesian primary education.

Abstract

Administrative Service Section Intelligence Directorate Polda Metro Jaya is is one of the sections of the Police of the Republic of Indonesia which is responsible for providing administrative services and supervision in the form of permission letters or statements concerning foreigners, firearms or explosives, social or political activities of the community, and SKCK for the community in need. On the implementation of the system in Siyanmin that is currently running it feels less effective because there are some problems. For example, the manufacturing process takes up to two days or more, then the data is not integrated in each unit, the SKCK requirement information in Polda is limited only as a pamphlet, and then the registration process of SKCK is manually, Making SKCK Without Following the Applicable Procedure, and There is an inconsistency of the payment data present in the Siyanmin unit in the payment validation process. Planning UI/UX Design Applications Mobile-based Police Registration in Administrative Service Section Intelligence Directorate Polda Metro Jaya so that the results of this design can help in so that in the presentation of information about the time of SKCK production can be presented effectively, efficiently and up to date.

Abstract

Ile Ape Regency is one of the areas in Lembata Regency that geographically has a high level of vulnerability to natural disasters, especially flash floods. This condition is reinforced by the high intensity of rainfall and the complex topography of the area which are the main triggers for flash floods in the area. This study aims to map areas of potential flash flood disaster in Ile Ape Regency using the overlay method based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The overlay method allows the combination of various layers of spatial data such as slope gradient, soil type, land use, and rainfall to produce a more accurate and detailed flash flood vulnerability zoning map. The results of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the level of vulnerability of the area to flash flood disasters, as well as become a strategic reference for local governments and related parties in preparing mitigation measures, spatial planning, and disaster management in a targeted and sustainable manner in Ile Ape Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based accounting information system for sales and revenue management at BUMDes Estu Dadi Mulyo using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. The primary issue identified was the absence of an integrated system to manage sales transactions, cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations, and financial reporting efficiently. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, consisting of six stages: problem identification, data collection, system design, prototype development, validation, and product testing. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL database. The findings indicate that the proposed system improves transaction management, streamlines monthly reporting, and enhances the accuracy of COGS calculations. However, the system is limited to internal use within BUMDes and features a relatively simple user interface. Future research should focus on improving interface design and implementing robust data security features.

Abstract

The Indonesian fashion industry is experiencing rapid and competitive growth, requiring businesses to be more responsive to consumer needs and preferences. Amezon Store, as a clothing retailer, faces challenges in stock management due to inaccurate forecasts of market demand. This mismatch between the quantity of goods provided and the items in demand by consumers can lead to stockpiling and hamper capital turnover. Therefore, a system capable of analyzing sales transaction patterns effectively is needed. This study applies the Apriori method to find the best rule or optimal purchasing pattern from clothing sales transaction data at Amezon Store. The Apriori method was chosen because of its ability to explore associations between frequently purchased items, thus supporting the decision-making process in inventory planning. The results of this study are expected to provide strategic recommendations to store management in providing products according to market needs, minimizing the risk of planning errors, and improving overall store operational efficiency. Based on the analysis conducted using RapidMiner, the best rule with 2 itemsets is obtained, namely IF buying Manset Then buying Hijab with support 0.0129 (1.29%) and confidence 0.564 (56.4%), the best rule with 3 itemsets is IF buying Long Pants, Pleated Skirt Then buying Distro T-Shirt with support 0.0101 (1.01%) and confidence 1 (100%) the best rule with 4 itemsets is IF buying Shirt, baby clothes, Short Pants Then buying One set with support 0.0101 (1.01%) and confidence 0.9167 (91.67%).

Abstract

Perkebunan Bandar Telu Village, located in Salapian Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, is an area with high administrative activity, particularly regarding requests for various types of official letters such as business certificates, poverty certificates, and domicile certificates. Currently, the request documentation process is handled manually using physical record books, which causes the collected data to remain underutilized and merely archived. This study aims to cluster citizen data based on the purpose of the certificate requests to support informed decision-making by the village administration. The method applied is data mining using the K-Means clustering algorithm, and data processing was carried out using Matlab software. The results identified three primary clusters: Cluster 1 consists of citizens aged 46–59, mainly housewives, requesting poverty certificates (192 data points); Cluster 2 includes citizens aged 17–25, primarily students, requesting marriage certificates (201 data points); and Cluster 3 consists of citizens aged 26–45, also mostly housewives, requesting business licenses (217 data points). These findings provide actionable insights that can be used to prioritize public services, design targeted policies, and improve administrative efficiency in Perkebunan Bandar Telu Village.

Abstract

The advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has driven automation in various aspects of life, including home security systems. In this final project, an IoT-based automatic gate control system was designed and developed, which can be controlled via a website and an infrared remote. The system uses an ESP8266 microcontroller connected to the internet to send and receive data to and from a database. When the Wemos is connected online, users can control the gate in real-time through a web interface that displays the current gate status and device connectivity. If the Wemos is offline, the system can still be operated using the infrared remote, and the last command will be synchronized back to the database once the connection is restored. Additionally, the system is powered by a 12V battery that can be recharged using a solar panel, making it energy-efficient and capable of operating independently. Testing was carried out using the black box method, covering website functionality, remote control, infrared signal range, and power efficiency of the battery and solar panel. The test results show that the system performs well both online and offline, providing an efficient, safe, and eco-friendly automation solution for gates.
