Abstract

Supervision Artistic religious-humanistic is the development of a model of artistic supervision, the deepening of the person’s religious values inspiringthis supervision model that implemented in performing his duties as a leader and supervisor in an agency or institution. Supervision artistic religioushumanistic is a model of supervision that develops relationships between superiors and subordinates well, placing the teachers and the staff are equal as human beings or God’s creatures and to drop barriers or differentiator like place in the job and other background as a form of implementation of thevalues of religiosity that there is in a person. The principal of MTs Al Kautsar North Rawajitu applied this supervision model. The religiosity values make the Principal as a humble and capable leader in social interaction, resilient and protecting as superiors, decisive and insightful or visionary future.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the leadership of women in creating child-friendly schools in RA Nurus Salam, Sambirampak Kidul, Kotaanyar, Probolinggo. The type of research used is quantitative research with a case study observation approach. The results showed, first, the leadership in RA Nurus Salam was a woman who wanted to create a child-friendly school. Second, the implementation of child-friendly schools has been implemented in RA Nurus Salam with the following stages; first, Word Analysis. Second, the Branding School. Third, Implementation of Sra Development. Fourth, Continuous Improvement. With the implementation of child-friendly schools in RA Nurus, the learning greetings are more conducive and the trust of parents to teachers is getting higher.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami tentang kepemimpinan perempuan dalam menciptakan sekolah ramah anak di Raulatul Athfal (RA) Nurus Salam, Sambirampak Kidul, Kotaanyar, Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama kepemimpinan di RA Nurus Salam adalah seorang perempuan yang ingin menciptakan sekolah ramah anak. Kedua, penerapan sekolah ramah anak sudah dilaksanakan di RA Nurus Salam dengan tahapan berikut; pertama, Analisis SWOT. Kedua, Branding School. Ketiga, Pelaksanaan SRA Development. Keempat, Perbaikan Berkelanjutan. Dengan penerapan sekolah ramah anak di RA Nurus salam pembelajaran lebih kondusif serta kpercayaan wali murid terhadap guru semakin tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to know the organizational climate influence and teaching motivation towards the teachers’ professional performance of SMA, SMK and MA Muhammadiyah in Kudus year 2015/2016. The population in this study was the teachers of SMA, SMK and MA Muhammadiyah in Kudus 2015. The number of the population is 257 teachers with research sample of 156 teachers. The data collected by using question form. Data analyzed with regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) based on the respondents’ perception toward the organizational climate, were obtained value ranges 116-150, with a total score of 20 409 and an average score of 130.79 which in this case includes a good enough category. (2) based on the respondents perceptions about the workforce teaching motivation influence gained from the score of teacher performance range 107-151, with a total score of 20,191.00 and an average score of 134.43 was a good category either. (3) based on the level of influence the organization's climate variables (X 1) and a variable motivational teaching (X 2) against the performance of teachers (Y) amounted to 0.73 or 73.0%. This number shows that performance of the teacher (Y) simultaneously (simultaneous) influenced by the organization's climate variables (X1) and motivational teaching variable (X2) of 73.0% while the remaining 27% were influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Evaluation of the Excellent Tahfidz Programme at Pondok Pesantren Al-Irsyad Bulaan Kamba in Improving Santri's Memorisation. This study aims to assess the effects of context, input, process and product resulting from the implementation of the Excellent Tahfidz programme. The description of these effects is important for the determination of the programme's compatibility with the needs of Islamic boarding schools within the community. This research uses the CIPP approach to evaluation research. The findings of this study reveal that: 1) The tahfidz excellent programme is in line with the needs of the students, parents, the vision and mission of the institution and the educational goals. 2) Tahfidz excellent is implemented four times a week. 3) The learning process of the tahfidz programme is expertly conducted by the teachers. 4) The equipment and infrastructure supported the memorisation process. This is evidenced by the fact that 88% of the students have been successful in the memorisation of 2 juz in the odd semester. In addition, 85% of the students were optimistic about the achievement of the memorisation target within one year. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil Context, Input, Proses, dan Product dari pelaksanaan program Tahfidz Excellent di Pondok Pesantren Al-Irsyad Bulaan Kamba. Hal ini menarik untuk diuraikan agar dapat melihat sejauh mana kesesuaian antara program (tahfidz excellent) dengan kebutuhan pesantren di masyarakat. Tulisan ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan CIPP (Context, Input, Process dan Product) dari Stufflebeam & Shinkfield. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program tahfidz excellent ini sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan santri, orang tua, visi dan misi, serta tujuan lembaga pendidikan, 2) Pelaksanaan tahfidz excellent ini dilakukan empat kali dalam seminggu, 3) Guru sudah melaksanakan proses pembelajaran program Tahfidz dengan sangat baik, 4) Sarana dan prasarana sudah membantu dalam proses menghafal, 5) Program tahfidz Excellent sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari sebanyak 88% santri telah dapat mencapai target hafalan sebanyak 2 juz pada semester ganjil. Selain itu sebanyak 85% santri dengan optimis mampu menyelesaikan target hafalan dalam waktu satu tahun.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of bullying behavior and to know the psychological dynamics of victims and perpetrators. This article uses a qualitative method with the object of research in Alhikmah Islamic Boarding School-Kajen, and the subject of this study there are four students and one board of students. As a result, there are bullying behaviors both verbal and non-verbal. Verbally including swearing, teasing, shouting, making negative labels, while non-verbally, including hitting, kicking, damaging his friend's belongings, forcing the will. In the psychological dynamics aspect of bullying victims, on average they are physically or at a school level less than the perpetrators, physically weaker, While the psychological dynamics of the bullying perpetrators are considering themselves to be superior, physically bigger and stronger, the perpetrators are happy with the spectacle of violence ( aggressive). Psychological dynamics in the context of the situation, including managers who are not responsive in fact all children, both large and small, are mixed without any sorting.

Abstract

These studies reveal major premise regarding the basic assumption that Islam is a religion of “rahmatan lil’alamin”. Upholds the balance of life between beings from one another. Starting from education is a learning process that aims to establish a person become a better person and useful. Islam considers that education is very important. Due to undergo a process that one can obtain knowledge that can support the standard of living and position before God and other people. While the value is something beneficial and useful for humans as a reference behavior. So that the values of Islamic education into the properties or things that are inherent in Islamic education is used as a basis for human beings to achieve the goal of human life itself is dedicated to God. These values need to be instilled in children from childhood, because at that time is the right time to instill good habits to her. Broadly speaking,there are two models of Islamic education in Indonesia. That is; 1) boarding school in the form of Salafi Islamic School, Semi Modern and Modern. 2) Schools/Madrasah, comprising: RA/ TPA/TPQ (TK), MI/SDI (SD), MTs/SMPI (SMP), MA/SMAI (SMA/SMU), and universities. Islam also looked at education is able to be a blessing for the universe that regardless of their ethnicity, race, culture, religion, language, country, and others during his studies was running three processes, namely: 1) The internalization process of education as values, beliefs, knowledge fit with the ability and understanding of one’s (subjective) followed by: 2) The process of Externalization, manifested in action, attitude, behavior in accordance with the norms and beliefs, this has not become rahmatan lil Alamin during yet to reach the next process, namely: 3) The process of objectification, with consideration of the cognitive and cultural spawned social criteria knowledgeable and courteous in realizing knowledge so as to benefit and the benefit to others, without affecting the fundamental rights and is able to coexist with the common welfare.Kajian ini mengungkap premis mayor perihal asumsi dasar bahwa islam  adalah agama yang “rahmatan lil’alamin”. Sangat menjunjung tinggi keseimbangan kehidupan antara makhluk satu dengan lainnya. berawal dari Pendidikan yang merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk membentuk seseorang menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan berguna. islam memandang pendidikan itu sangat penting adanya. karena dengan menjalani sebuah proses itulah seseorang bisa mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan yang dapat menunjang taraf hidup dan posisinya di hadapan allah dan manusia lainnya. Sementara nilai adalah sesuatu yang bermanfaat dan berguna bagi manusia sebagai acuan tingkah laku. Sehingga nilai-nilai pendidikan islam menjadi sifat-sifat atau hal-hal yang melekat pada pendidikan islam yang digunakan sebagai  dasar  manusia untuk mencapai  tujuan  hidup  manusia  itu sendiri yaitu mengabdi kepada allah SWT. nilai-nilai tersebut  perlu ditanamkan  pada  anak  sejak  kecil,  karena  pada waktu  itu adalah masa yang tepat untuk menanamkan kebiasaan yang baik padanya. Secara garis besar, ada 2 model pendidikan islam di Indonesia. yaitu; 1) Pesantren yang berupa Pesantren Salafy, Semi Modern, dan Modern. 2) Sekolah/ Madrasah, terdiri : Ra/TPa/TPQ  (TK), MI/SDI (SD), MTs/SMPI (SMP), Ma/SMAI (SMA/SMU), dan Perguruan Tinggi. Islam juga memandang Pendidikannya mampu menjadi rahmat bagi alam semesta yang tanpa memandang suku,  ras, budaya, agama, bahasa, negara, dan lain-lain selama pendidikannya itu menjalankan 3 proses, yaitu : 1) Proses internalisasi pendidikan sebagai nilai, keyakinan, pengetahuan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan pemahaman seseorang (subyektif) yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan : 2) Proses eksternalisasi,  diwujudkan  dalam tindakan, sikap, prilaku yang sesuai dengan norma dan keyakinannya, ini belum menjadi rahmatan lil alamin selama belum mencapai proses berikutnya yaitu : 3) Proses Obyektifikasi, dengan pertimbangan kognitif dan budaya melahirkan kriteria-kriteria kemasyarakatan yang berilmu pengetahuan dan santun dalam merealisasikannya sehingga mampu memberi manfaat dan kemaslahatan kepada yang lain, tanpa menganggu hak asasinya dan mampu berdampingan dengan kesejahteraan bersama.

Abstract

In this Era pf massive digital development, people can acsess information very easily. This can have both possitive and negative effects. The lack of media literacy skills makes people become victims of hoax news and even become victims of provocations from ekstremist community. Throught media literacy skills, internt users can recive the benifits of the media, namely as a means of communication and obtining information. This articleis  aim to investigate how PPM-PIN Institut Agama Islam Negeri IAIN Surajarta in vocalize and guide milenial generation (Senior high school students and university students) in developing media literacy capability in effort of religion moderation. In the process,  the research use descriptive qualitative. The collecting data of the research apply observation and interview and documentation.  The subject in this study were 5 members of the PPM-PIN IAIN Surakarta. Based on the finding of this research, the researcher finds that though literacymedia guidance that is conducted by PPM-PIN IAIN Sureakarta produce education atmosphere whose high religion moderation. As a result, the research is expected can create tolerance in piece lifebetween religious comunity.The output of the religion moderation is creating tolerance life, piece between religious comunity.

The purpose of study is to know the hoax and its impact for the community and how to counter hoax with the internalization of Islamic education. the research used is a qualitative descriptive method designed to collect information about ongoing situations. Hoax can be countered by the internalization of the value of Islamic education, technical there are two stages. First: the transformation of the value of Islamic education and the second is the applicative stage oriented to the improvement of attitudes and morals.

Abstract

A Systematic Literature Review Implementation of Pesantren Curriculumin Santri Quality Improvement. In both formal and non-formal educational contexts, the curriculum is a fundamental element in the pursuit of academic objectives. The curriculum is implemented in the learning process at Pesantren, as it is in schools. The objective of this study was to conduct a review of the existing research on the impact of curricular implementation on student quality. The objective of this study was to conduct a comprehensive review of the existing literature on the impact of curriculum implementation on student quality. This study employed a literature review in accordance with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses) guidelines. The data was obtained by collating a range of articles that addressed similar research questions to those explored in this study. The articles employed in this study were 22 national journal articles accredited between 2018 and 2022, numbered from Sinta 1 to Sinta 3. The findings of this study suggest that the quality of students can be enhanced through the implementation of the curriculum in Pesantren. The primary objective of Pesantren education, as evidenced by the literature review, is to produce graduates who are able to harmoniously integrate IPTEK (Science and Technology) and IMTAQ (Faith and Taqwa) in their lives.Kurikulum menjadi hal yang fundamental dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan, baik dalam ruang lingkup pendidikan formal maupun non-formal. Sama halnya dengan sekolah, pesantren juga menerapkan kurikulum dalam proses pembelajarannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian literatur sistematis terkait dengan implementasi kurikulum dalam peningkatan mutu santri. Metode penilitian yang digunakan adalah metode systematic literature review dengan model PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses) mengumpulkan berbagai artikel yang memiliki penelitian serupa pada penelitian ini. Artikel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 22 artikel jurnal nasional yang terakreditasi sinta 1 sampai sinta 3 dan diambil dari tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum dalam pendidikan pesantren mampu meningkatkan mutu santri. Hal ini selaras dengan kajian literatur yang dilakukan bahwa tujuan akhir dari pendidikan pesantren adalah menghasilkan generasi lulusan yang mampu menyeimbangkan IPTEK (Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi) dan IMTAQ (Iman dan Taqwa) dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

Islamic Education subject (Pendidikan Agama Islam /PAI) at all levels of education geared toward learners realize that faithful,pious, and noble. To achieve this goal, we need to optimally PAI rolefunctionalization through revamping the curriculum and effectivelearning model and quality. PAI’s curriculum should be developedin a comprehensive manner, through three activities, namely : 1)strategic planning, 2) program planning, and 3) program deliveryplans. In addition, the implementation of the curriculum requiredan application-oriented method to value-oriented and in accordancewith the circumstances and character development-oriented studentsin learning subjects Islamic Education subject (Pendidikan AgamaIslam /PAI) itself.
