Abstract

This study examines the integration of wearable device technology in health monitoring and chronic disease management through a literature review approach. The results show that this technology is effective in shifting the paradigm from reactive care to predictive healthcare, although it is limited by challenges such as data accuracy, digital fatigue, access disparities, and the need for digital literacy. Therefore, this study recommends a hybrid intervention model based on wearables integrated with local coaching and JKN infrastructure for the Indonesian context, in order to maximise the sustainable transformation of chronic disease management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze crisis intervention approaches in social work based on evidence based practice through a systematic review of scientific literature published between 2010 and 2025. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses) guidelines. Data sources were obtained from international databases (Scopus, SpringerLink, Taylor & Francis, ProQuest, PubMed, and Google Scholar) and national databases (Garuda and Neliti). Out of a total of 785 identified articles, 25 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using a thematic approach. The findings reveal four major crisis intervention models commonly applied in social work practice: Roberts’ Seven Stage Crisis Intervention Model, Task Centered Practice (TCP), Crisis Oriented Family Therapy, and the Community Crisis Response Model. The Roberts model was found to be effective in reducing acute stress symptoms and enhancing individual coping skills; TCP demonstrated strengths in time efficiency and client engagement; crisis oriented family therapy successfully reduced relational conflicts; while community based models contributed to increased resilience and social solidarity. These findings underscore the importance of integrating evidence based approaches into social work education, practice, and policy development in Indonesia. Further local research is needed to adapt crisis intervention models to Indonesia’s socio cultural context, as well as to formulate national policies that establish standard operating procedures for crisis intervention across various social service settings.

Abstract

This study analyses the optimisation of marketing functions to enhance the added value and competitiveness of Indonesian palm oil products through the holistic integration of eight key functions: purchasing, sales, transportation, storage, financing, risk insurance, quality standardisation, classification, and market information. Using a systematic literature review approach, the study consists of two main discussions: (1) the integration of operational functions that reduce transaction costs by 20-30% through the synchronisation of digital supply chains; and (2) the integration of strategic functions that support national downstreaming with a multiplier effect of Rp 3.2 trillion per Rp 1 trillion investment through sharia KUR financing, parametric insurance, and ISPO certification. The findings confirm that current marketing fragmentation causes disparities in farmer margins of £47-305/kg of fresh fruit bunches and only 65% utilisation of palm oil mills, which can be addressed through an integrated ERP-IoT-blockchain platform. Strategically, this optimisation strengthens Indonesia's position as a 55-60% global palm oil producer, supports B40 biodiesel, and meets EUDR regulations for sustainable competitiveness until 2035

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the literature review on the contemporary environmental health law paradigm in Indonesia, focusing on the regulatory framework for pollution (Law No. 32/2009, Government Regulation No. 41/1999), the control of hazardous and toxic waste (Government Regulation No. 22/2021, Minister of Environment Regulation No. 6/2021), and occupational safety and health standards in the health sector (Minister of Health Regulation No. 66/2016, Ministry of Health Regulation No. 52/2018, Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 5/2018), in order to prevent epidemiological risks such as nosocomial infections, antimicrobial resistance, and vector-borne outbreaks, as well as ecological risks in the form of water eutrophication, toxin bioaccumulation, and biodiversity degradation due to medical waste and emissions from health facilities. The normative juridical approach reveals the evolution of the paradigm from reactive anthropocentricity to proactive ecocentricity based on the polluter pays principle, the precautionary approach, and the OHS management system (ISO 45001). However, this is hampered by regional disparities, high processing costs (Rp10-15 million/tonne), as well as weak inter-agency supervision, which has resulted in only 60-70% of hospitals complying with hazardous waste quotas and 40% of workplace accidents occurring due to unsafe waste handling.ejournal. Reform recommendations include amending derivative regulations with AI-GIS monitoring, subsidising zero-waste technologies such as plasma pyrolysis, mandating a national P2K3RS committee, e-learning training, and harmonising ASEAN-PPP for synergistic dual risk prevention for a sustainable health ecosystem in line with SDGs 3, 6, 11, and 12.

Abstract

This article   analyses environmental health regulations in Indonesia, focusing on the regulation of air, water and soil pollution from health facilities, medical and hazardous waste management, and SMK3RS occupational safety standards to achieve a sustainable environment. The main findings reveal the normative strength of Law No. 32/2009, Government Regulation No. 22/2021, and Minister of Health Regulation No. 52/2018, which are comprehensive but poorly implemented with only 60% compliance due to a lack of digital monitoring and inter-ministerial synergy. Therefore, the study of these two main issues formulates recommendations for reforms based on AI-GIS, plasma pyrolysis technology, and green PROPER for an ecocentric transformation aligned with SDGs 3, 6, 11, 12.

Abstract

Mathematical literacy is an essential competency needed by students to understand, interpret, and use mathematical concepts in various real-life contexts, particularly in facing increasingly complex social and economic dynamics. The development of digital technology and the availability of real-time socioeconomic data open new opportunities in mathematics learning at the senior high school level, particularly in linking abstract concepts to relevant contextual problems. This study aims to systematically examine the development of mathematical literacy through the use of real-time socioeconomic data analysis in mathematics learning in senior high schools. The method used is a literature review by examining relevant scientific articles, proceedings, and research reports, both national and international, published within a certain time frame. The results of the study indicate that the integration of real-time socioeconomic data in mathematics learning can improve conceptual understanding, mathematical modeling skills, critical reasoning, and data-based decision-making skills in students. In addition, this approach also encourages active student engagement, increases the relevance of learning, and strengthens the connection between mathematics and real-world phenomena. However, this study also identifies several challenges, such as teacher readiness, the availability of technological infrastructure, and the need for adaptive and contextual learning designs. This research is expected to provide conceptual contributions to the development of innovative and contextual mathematics learning strategies to improve students' mathematical literacy in the data-driven era.

Abstract

The global energy industry is facing a major transformation due to sustainability demands and the green energy transition. This study aims to analyze the integration of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) into strategic planning at PT PLN Nusantara Power (PLN NP) to achieve High-Quality Growth. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method on the 2024 Annual Report, this research explores how risk management mechanisms have transformed from a mere compliance function into a strategic enabler. The findings show that PLN NP successfully integrated ERM through three main pillars: alignment of risk appetite with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), strengthening the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) framework, and utilizing digitalization (iCORE and Remool) for operational risk mitigation. Data analysis results indicate a decrease in the Equivalent Forced Outage Rate (EFOR) and the achievement of a KPI score of 106.31, confirming that risk integration strengthens organizational resilience amidst the uncertainties of the energy transition. Theoretically, this research reinforces the relevance of the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Contingency Theory in positioning ERM as a strategic capability that creates sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This literature review analyses the synergistic influence of Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) and learning technology on the development of EFL students' speaking skills through a review of the literature. The main findings confirm the superiority of TBLT over traditional methods, with the integration of technology-TBLT strengthening effectiveness through personalisation and real-time interaction in accordance with Interactionist Theory and the Output Hypothesis, identifying methodological gaps such as the lack of longitudinal research in the Indonesian context. The study recommends the adoption of hybrid TBLT-technology in the Merdeka Curriculum through teacher training and culturally relevant task design to optimise speaking proficiency in the digital age.
