Abstract

Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level plays a crucial role in developing students' communication skills from an early age. The main focus of this learning is to introduce and improve language skills through four main components: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Indonesian language learning in elementary schools is adapted to the cognitive and social development stages of students, with the application of interesting and innovative methods, such as games, stories, and group discussions. In addition to improving language skills, this learning also aims to shape students' character, critical thinking skills, and social skills. Furthermore, Indonesian language learning also supports the introduction of Indonesian cultural values and increases understanding of the importance of language as an effective communication tool in everyday life. With the right approach, Indonesian language learning can be a strong foundation for students' academic and social success in the future.

Abstract

The disparity in the competence of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in disadvantaged, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions remains a major challenge in Indonesian education. Based on data from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in 2023, there is a shortage of 30% of permanent teachers, with the highest proportion in 3T regions. This disparity impacts the quality of learning and the achievement of national education goals. This article aims to examine the strategic role of educational leadership and governance in addressing this disparity. The research uses a qualitative approach with literature review and policy analysis. The results of the study indicate that transformative leadership and collaborative governance across sectors are essential for the equitable distribution of PAI teacher competencies. Key recommendations include strengthening continuous training, redistributing teachers based on regional needs, and integrating inter-ministerial programmes to improve the quality of religious education in 3T regions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the strategy that is still not varied in the implementation of learning, many students who feel bored with Islamic Religious Education and Character Education learning and learning that tends to be monotonous and not synchronous at each meeting, this results in learning outcomes still below the minimum completion criteria. This study is a quantitative study with an experimental method. The population is 50 students consisting of three classes. The sample is 50 students, with a sampling technique of total sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is the t-test. Based on the calculation results obtained in the independent sample test, the sig-tailed: 0.000 is smaller than the significance level set at a = 0.05, which means that there is an influence on the results of learning PAI and Budi Pekerti students using the Everyone Is Teacher Here strategy (experiment) and using the expository strategy (control). And there is a significant influence of the implementation of the Everyone Is Teacher Here strategy on the results of learning PAI and Budi Pekerti students as seen from the paired t-test with the editors T1 pretest and T2 posttest which produces a sig value = 0.000 smaller than the significance level a = 0.05.
