Abstract

The United States of America which is the third largest country in the world certainly has a quality education system, many of the American universities are able to provide quality human resources in the world of work and education. in carrying out the educational process, as with the United States which gives more freedom to the states to implement the education system, while the central government only formulates big things in education. Basic education in the three countries has differences in the minimum age limit for entering primary school. In addition, the order of the education systems of the three countries is also different, as well as the level and type of education. As for the curriculum, in Indonesia the curriculum is described in a centralized curriculum structure, and basic education is given 10 subjects but has not been added with local content. In Japan, the basic education curriculum is based on cultivating character and independence, while general science lessons are only 4 subjects. Meanwhile, in the United States, the basic education curriculum teaches more soft skills and general subjects, totaling 4 subjects and then lowering them into sharpening sub-subjects.

Abstract

Explaining can be interpreted as an effort to organize the lesson content in a planned order so that it is easily understood by students. Submission of information that is well planned and presented in an appropriate sequence is the main characteristic of explaining activities. Broadly speaking, the components of explaining skills are divided into two, namely first, analyzing and planning and second, presenting. Things that need to be considered in analyzing and planning, namely: the content of the message (material) to be conveyed and students as message recipients. Asking skill is the teacher's skill in asking questions as part of stimulating students to respond to the lesson material that is being or has been studied. Several functions of questions: 1) Arouse students' interest and curiosity about a topic; 2) Focus on a particular problem; 3) Stimulating students to ask their own questions; 4) Diagnosing student learning difficulties; and 5) Provide opportunities for learning discussions

Abstract

Learners are the target (object) and at the same time as the subject of education. In the view of Islamic education, to know the nature of students, cannot be separated from the discussion of human nature, because humans are the result of an educational process. In essence, the concept of Islamic teachings, are God's creatures that are biologically created through a process of growth and development that takes place in an evolutionary manner, that is, through a gradual process. All students have the right to get proper facilities and the same educational services as other students. So in education, educators must be fair to their students, because by being fair can make the learning that is taught run effectively. It's the same thing as a teacher in giving lessons to his students is expected to be gentle and affectionate, so that they avoid harmful behavior in the learning process

Abstract

This research is motivated by the utilization of the results of supervision by school principals for coaching. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of moral supervision is carried out, what approach is used in moral supervision. The success and destruction of a civilization can be seen from the character, personality, responsibilities and progress of the children and the younger generation. A great and noble civilization will give birth to children and young people who are strong and reliable. On the other hand, a corrupt and despicable civilization will only make children and young people weak, corrupt and even destructive. The first system carried out by the Prophet in the coaching or cadre process was through the halaqah method. The Messenger of Allah sat in a place, then the friends listened to advice, learning, motivation, etc. By forming a circle. This system has been running since the Prophet's first preaching at the house of Arqam bin Abil Arqam. For this reason, the supervision process is needed in moral development by the teacher which will then be transferred to the child. The importance of moral development in this case will foster a reciprocal relationship which will eventually give rise to mutual trust, openness and flexibility. The impact of moral development in schools makes a commitment to practice teaching that can be imitated by students, has social value and fosters social awareness. Supervision of moral development is carried out through the halaqah approach which is carried out in an effort to improve the quality of educational resources, especially related to morality itself. Teachers are a component of human resources that must be nurtured and developed continuously. If observed, not all teachers who are educated in educational institutions are properly trained. Potential resources must be continuously grown and developed. In essence, supervision is in addition to coaching towards improving the situation. In the context of schools in educational organizations, supervision is a very important part of the school management and administration process. Through supervision, it is a strategic step in maximizing all programs and responsibilities, because supervision is one of the strategies that determine success in improving an organization. Whether you realize it or not, sometimes in the supervision process carried out by a supervisor, there is a moral element in it. Which as a basis where the moral dimension should be more clearly visible or firmly applied. This research is included in qualitative research. This is done by collecting, sorting, grouping print and electronic references related to the basics of fostering moral supervision through the halaqah of the Qur'an. The findings and conclusions of this study are through the halaqah of the Qur'an as a strategic step in implementing moral-related educational supervision. Supervision as a moral action is not a limitation of human freedom, but the norm seeks to protect, cultivate values, and help humans to gain prosperity in their lives. In the supervision of moral improvement strategies it is better if we understand the moral dimension of supervision by looking more closely at the dimensions included in ideal teaching. The results of this study indicate that the existence of moral development in the halaqah of the Koran is very effective in instilling moral values in students through exemplary stories found in the Koran, sirah nabawiyah material, stories of the scholars and others. After participating in the Al-Qur'an halaqah coaching activities, students are more focused, affected by the bond between murobbi and students because this coaching system is very qualified as implemented by the Prophet. Provide positive benefits for students, especially in adding religious insight and spirit of togetherness.

Abstract

Currently, technology is experiencing rapid development that can be utilized by parents and educators as a learning tool, starting with the introduction of literacy and numeracy for early childhood. One of these is technology, namely YouTube. However, the use of this technology requires supervision, because behind the various advantages offered there are weaknesses. To support the effectiveness of its use in learning environments for children, educators need to have extensive knowledge so they are ready to make decisions about the right way to apply technology in the form of YouTube shows to meet the social, physical and cognitive needs of young children.

Abstract

Educational institutions are considered as the most effective institutions in cultivating students' character values because they are considered capable of making a major contribution in limiting changes in situations from a moral crisis which can result in the decline of the good character of the nation's children. Given the importance of instilling character values in students from an early age, SDN 11 SP 4 Paoh tries to instill character values and implement them in everyday life. Good character can continue to develop and be realized with maximum effort, and is able to produce positive activities. The development of character values from an early age is absolutely necessary so that the values displayed when they grow up will be better and understand all the differences that exist. The results of the study show: 1. The values of character education that are integrated into learning are religious values, discipline, perseverance, curiosity, caring, and responsibility. 2. The implementation of character education values in extracurricular activities is through TPA, dance, sports and enrichment activities by providing motivation, understanding, role models, advice, sanctions and prizes

Abstract

Since the arrival of Islam in this region, Islamic education has been practiced in the archipelago. Islamic education begins with interpersonal and collective interactions between preachers (educators) and their students. After the Muslim community was formed somewhere, they started to build educational centers. The mosque not only functions as a place of worship but also as a place of education. The mosque is the leading Islamic educational institution in Southeast Asia, side by side with the houses where the scholars or preachers live. Meunasah emerged as the forerunner of educational institutions in Aceh, then followed by dayah
