Abstract

After implementing Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education during the Coronavirus Dieses (Covid-19) Emergency, the term New Normal emerged in social life during the pandemic. After the policy was born, the use of Blended Learning learning was rife as a solution to the existing situation. Blended Learning learning system that combines online and offline learning. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of blended learning during the new normal period on students' practical learning outcomes and what learning outcomes are obtained by class X students at UNP Laboratory Development High School. A total of 152 students were the research sample. This research method was quantitative with an ex-post facto research type and a correlational research design. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between blended learning and practical learning outcomes in craft and entrepreneurship subjects at UNP Laboratory Development High School

Abstract

The results showed that the students in participating in national analysis at PKPPS Anwarul Hasaniyyah (Anwaha), Tabalong Regency belonged to the category of quite ready. This is supported by: the mental and physical readiness of the students to take the computer based national exam at PKPPS Anwarul Hasaniyyah (Anwaha), Tabalong Regency, the unskilled students in operating computers, and the students mastery of the subject matter included in the AN, especially materials that have been completed discussed at school.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the problems that occur, namely children's difficulty in remembering and memorizing daily prayers. Therefore, researchers chose to use the animated film Riko The Series to determine its effect on the ability to memorize daily prayers of early childhood. This research is based on a thought in developing memorization skills using animated media. Riko The Series animated film contains educational entertainment related to the Qur'an and daily prayers, so it can be used for children to memorize daily prayers in a fun way in terms of the benefits provided by the animated film. The results showed that the ability to memorize daily prayers of early childhood using the animated film Riko The Series in group B on prayer when it rains obtained an average pretest score of 50 which was interpreted in the poor category and obtained an average posttest score of 78 which was interpreted in the good category. The t test results obtained tcount> ttable with a value of 11.337> 2.055 at a significance level of 5% then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. That is, there is an effect of the application of the animated film Riko The Series on the ability to memorize daily prayers of early childhood in group B RA Baitur Rahim Andir District, Bandung City. While the results of research on the ability to memorize daily prayers of early childhood using animated films Riko The Series in group B on prayers to both parents obtained an average pretest score of 52 which was interpreted in the poor category and obtained an average posttest score of 70 which was interpreted in the good category. The t test results obtained tcount> ttable with a value of 10.015> 2.055 at a significance level of 5% then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. That is, there is an effect of the application of the animated film Riko The Series on the ability to memorize daily prayers of early childhood in group B RA Baitur Rahim, Andir District, Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational values of ethical Sufism (Tasawuf Akhlaki) in the book Al-Hikam by Habib Abdullah Bin Alwi Al-Haddad. The study is motivated by the phenomenon of moral decline among Muslims, especially students. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method. Primary data are derived from the original Arabic text of Al-Hikam and its Indonesian translation, while secondary data are obtained from relevant scientific articles, journals, and books. The findings indicate that the ethical Sufism values in Al-Hikam encompass spiritual, moral, and social aspects that play a vital role in shaping individual character. The implementation of these values aligns with the objectives of Indonesia's National Education System as outlined in Law No. 20 of 2003, emphasizing the development of students into faithful, pious, morally upright, and skillful individuals. These Sufism values also support the creation of an educational environment that balances intellectual and spiritual aspects, contributing positively to the improvement of the young generation’s morality

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the organizational structure and organizational commitment to the performance of employees in the Education Office Education of South Kalimantan Province. This study involved 128 respondents as the study population using census method, to collect data used in the form of a questionnaire instrument with scale measurement using Likert scale with weight 1 to 5, to determine the validity level or accuracy of the research instrument tested the validity and reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis methods (t test and F test) with SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. The test results indicate the significant Organizational Change (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) on the Employee Performance (Y) at the Education Office of South Kalimantan Province. The results of this study provide management implications in improving employee performance should begin with efforts to improve organizational climate and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Contextual Christian leadership is a crucial need in facing the increasingly complex dynamics of social, cultural, and developmental change. This article aims to examine the integration of Christian faith and local culture as a basis for developing contextual Christian leadership in Christian Religious Education. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, namely by analyzing various theological sources, Christian education, and relevant cultural studies. The results of the study indicate that Christian faith is essentially contextual and always lived out in specific cultural realities. Local culture plays a significant role in shaping the identity, character, and understanding of the faith of individuals and Christian communities. Christian Religious Education plays a strategic role as a means of developing Christian leadership through the process of internalizing faith values ​​integrated with the local cultural context. The integration of faith and culture enables students to develop a leadership identity that is authentic, reflective, and relevant to the needs of society. Contextual Christian leadership is not only rooted in the teachings of faith but also able to respond to the challenges of the times in a wise and transformative manner.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of education, including Christian Religious Education. This change demands a paradigm shift in religious education to ensure its relevance to the context of today's students. This article aims to conceptually examine the transformation of Christian Religious Education in the digital era, focusing on faith development, Christian character formation, and strengthening students' spiritual literacy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, namely by reviewing books, journal articles, and scientific literature relevant to the topic of Christian Religious Education and digital development. The results of the study indicate that the digital era presents serious challenges in the form of value relativism, instant culture, and minimal spiritual reflection, but also opens up new opportunities for the development of contextual and transformative faith education. Christian Religious Education plays a strategic role in guiding students to build reflective faith, character rooted in Christian values, and spiritual literacy that helps them make sense of life amidst changing times. With a pedagogical approach that is dialogical, reflective, and adaptive to technology.

Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has brought a paradigm shift in the design of modern curricula. However, the technical efficiency offered by AI often overlooks the spiritual and ethical dimensions that form the foundation of Christian education. This study aims to formulate a framework for integrating Christian values into AI-based curricula through theological and pedagogical inquiry. The research method employed is library research with a qualitative-descriptive approach, synthesizing various works on technology ethics, educational theology, and digital curriculum theory. The findings indicate that the integration of Christian values into AI-based curricula must be grounded in the doctrine of Imago Dei, in which technology is positioned as a tool of stewardship rather than a substitute for the relational presence of the teacher. Pedagogically, the curriculum should be designed to cultivate “wisdom literacy,” enabling students to evaluate AI-generated outputs in light of biblical truth as revealed in the Bible. This study concludes that Christian education should not reject AI, but rather adopt it through a rigorous ethical filter to safeguard students’ moral integrity and spiritual growth. The implications of this research provide strategic guidance for Christian educational institutions in developing curriculum policies that are technologically adaptive while remaining theologically grounded.

Abstract

This research aims to determine teacher communication and learning behavior for class XI IPS SMK Madani Makassar. The sample was determined using saturated sampling, where the entire population of 30 people was sampled. The data collection technique used is questionnaire collection, direct observation of parties who are related to the problem being researched. Data analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques shows that student learning behavior communication can be formulated as follows ???? = ???? + ???????? Partial test results show that teacher communication and student learning behavior have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal about: 1). Teacher Preparation in Implementing the Independent Curriculum for Character Education in Pancasila Education Subjects at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year? 2). Are Teachers Implementing Independent Curriculum Steps Able to Improve Character in Pancasila Education Subjects at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year? This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1. Teacher preparation in implementing the Independent Curriculum for Character Education in Pancasila Education Subjects at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely teachers preparing to implement the Independent Curriculum for Pancasila Education by preparing inclusive and adaptive lesson plans, using quality references, and developing materials teaching that includes character values. The school principal's support and use of varied learning media create an effective and relevant learning environment. 2. Teachers Implementing the Independent Curriculum Steps to Improve Character in Pancasila Education Subjects at SDN 22 Sulur Medan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, namely, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum improves student character through student-centered learning methodologies, such as group discussions, project-based learning, and inquiry methods. A variety of learning media, both modern and traditional technology, makes the learning atmosphere more interesting. Comprehensive evaluation with effective feedback, observation, portfolio, and reflection helps teachers understand student progress and create an inclusive learning environment, support positive character development, and achieve effective, relevant, and holistic learning.
