Abstract

Education is a process of change or self-development of students in all aspects of life so that a complete personality is formed both as social beings and individual beings, so that they can adapt and live well in the wider community. Achieving a perfect character is the real goal in education. With high emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence a person will be able to control his intellectual potential in education so that it is realized in meaningful success. This research is a quantitative research. This type of research is correlation research. This research was carried out by collecting data to be able to find out and determine a relationship between the two variables being measured. Correlation is a term to measure the level of strength of the relationship between variables. The purpose of this study, to find out how students' emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with student morals at Bina Insani Kayuagung Integrated Islamic Middle School, and to find out whether there is a significant relationship between students' emotional intelligence and student morals at Bina Insani Kayuagung Integrated Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

Non-formal education is a systematic activity outside the school system that is useful for increasing knowledge or understanding of students in achieving their learning goals. Non-formal education itself has the following characteristics: short-term education, more flexible registration requirements, learning places outside the classroom or in the classroom, conditions that are not strict and not limited to certain students and curricula. One example of non-formal education that is well-known in Indonesian society today is the Al-Qur'an Education Park. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. A qualitative approach is a research method used to examine natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument. several methods, namely the method, interviews and implementation. In connection with this research, the source of data from this study consisted of persons consisting of administrators of the Al- Qur'an educational park, ustadz or educators, and students or students. This paper aims to describe and examine more deeply the non-formal education of Al- Qur'an and Taharah Education Parks for students in elementary schools.

Abstract

Professionalism for teachers and lecturers is a capability that must be owned by both in carrying out their duties. The teacher's ability to be able to develop the potential of his students in learning is a task that he must do. Professional teachers and lecturers must have several abilities to carry out their duties as educators. Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in which it is explained that teachers are able to understand, master, and are proficient in utilizing new learning resources and have pedagogical, personal, professional, and social competencies as part of teacher professionalism as educators. This research was conducted to discuss the professionalism criteria of a teacher and lecturer as educators. This research uses a qualitative approach, through literature studies on articles, books, and writings related to the discussion. The results of the study show that professional teachers and lecturers are educators who are able to: (1) deliver their students to the standards set by the government, with various basic abilities that must be achieved, (2) Teachers are required to have qualified competence, for an educator who working in formal schools, starting from elementary to high school levels, (3) Lecturers have an important task, namely teaching a science at a deep level. Higher education as an institution that organizes education, has an important role in national development. Higher education has the main task of educating the nation's next generation to master science and technology, as well as being a locomotive for national development.

Abstract

Education is important for human survival, and for the progress of the nation. Education is an effort to rise for equity and increase the potential of students to achieve the desired quality of education. Character is the most important aspect in creating quality human resources, national character determines the progress of a nation. Quality character needs to be formed and nurtured from an early age. religious character refers to asmaul husna so that it becomes an inspiration in everyday life, such as being able to emulate the nature of God who is responsible, fair, honest, visionary, caring, and so on. religious students. The practical benefits of this research can be input and suggestions for educators and parents as a solution in solving the problem of religious character and religious knowledge of students in schools. The method used is a quantitative research method by collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Students' religious knowledge is still low and students' religious character is still far from expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in understanding of learning concepts in students with a media design approach in the form of games, as well as identify these games in increasing the ability and understanding of social studies material learning in elementary schools. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method. Data collection uses participant observation techniques, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews. Informants consisted of school principals, teachers, school committee, students and student guardians with a sampling technique consisting of school principals and teachers, student guardians. The data were analyzed using interpretive description techniques. The results of the research (1) make communication and interaction between teachers and students effective in the teaching and learning process. (2) to increase students' understanding of learning concepts, it is necessary to do learning with a mystery dice media design approach in the form of a game, which can be used as a source of social studies material learning and understanding of the history of the proclamation of Indonesian independence. The suggestions and recommendations of the researchers are that the mystery dice game can be used as a game-based learning resource in social studies material for grade 5 elementary schools.

Abstract

Explanation of Islamic views regarding these social problems is very necessary, so that every Muslim is aware of what they should do and what they should abandon. Because apart from regulating human beliefs, Islam also regulates their lives. The purpose of this writing is an effort to integrate hadith with social science. The object of sociological study is society and human social behavior by examining groups. This group includes researching families, ethnic or ethnic groups, government communities and various social, religious, political, cultural and other organizations. Social science and hadith science are two separate sciences but have the same dimension, namely human. These two sciences can be integrated as a blend. The scope of social science can be grouped into several disciplines which are categorized as social science, namely sociology, anthropology, geography, economics, history, psychology, law and political science.

Abstract

Abstract

Advances in science and technology bring rapid changes both physically and psychologically. This has positive and negative impacts on every aspect of life, including the behavior or attitudes of society, including the millennial generation as the main users of technological advances. Changes in society's attitudes, namely the millennial generation, need careful attention and handling, especially changes that have a negative impact, one of which is abandoning the cultural character values of the nation and state. Implementation of education by developing character values that are considered to be lost include integrity, religiousness, mutual cooperation, nationalism and independence. The millennial generation is a generation that has an important role in the progress of the nation and state, therefore good character must be instilled in individuals. Sociology of Education in shaping the character of the millennial generation. Sociology as a science has a clear field of inquiry, point of view, methods and structure of knowledge. The object of research is human and group behavior. His point of view looks at the nature of society, culture and individuals scientifically. Meanwhile, the structure of knowledge consists of concepts and principles regarding the life of social groups, culture and personal development. With all the uniqueness that the sociology of education has, the study of the sociology of education emphasizes the social implications and consequences of education and views educational problems from the perspective of the totality of its socio-cultural, political and economic scope for society.

Abstract

This article explains the role of sociological education in shaping a child's character. The science of sociology is very complex in explaining social phenomena in society or individuals in the process of socialization. A child's character will be influenced by education and norms in society. So that sociological education plays a very important role in forming the character of an individual, group and society. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library study research method and research data sourced from literature, journals, etc book. In this method all data obtained will be analyzed to reach conclusions. The results of this research will show that educational sociology as a branch of sociology plays an important role in forming the character of students at school.
