Abstract

Along with the development of the times and demands of the 21st century, students are required to not only master high-level thinking skills (soft skills), namely critical thinking skills. Islamic Cultural History Education (SKI) often faces challenges in teaching methods that tend to be conventional and centered on memorization, which hinders the development of students' critical thinking skills, so it is important to apply strategies in learning Islamic cultural history. Learning strategies implemented by SKI teachers at MTs Al-Wutsqo Depok to develop students' critical thinking skills with interactive methods, discussions, debates, questions and answers, watching. argumentation approach. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of data collection show that the critical thinking skills of grade VII students at MTs Al-Wutsqo Depok based on test results are 40% in the very good category with a value range of 80-100, while 60% are in the good category with a value range of 70-80. The ability of seventh grade students at MTs Al-Wutsqo Depok as observed during the teaching and learning process is 27% in the very good category, 20% in the good category, 20% in the sufficient category and 33% in the less category. With indicators of students' ability to draw conclusions in observations is 93%, the ability to identify assumptions is 80%, the ability to think deductively is 53%, the ability to make logical interpretations is 60%, the ability to evaluate which arguments are weak is 60%. Students' critical thinking abilities based on the results of the religious knowledge scores of seventh grade students at MTs Al-Wutsqo Depok, show that the implementation of learning strategies so far has been able to improve students' critical thinking abilities, although there are still differences in achievement in each critical thinking indicator.

Abstract

Penerapan SNI ISO 9001:2015 dan SNI ISO 21001:2018 menuntut setiap Organisasi menjalankan proses yang tertib, sesuai prosedur, dan berorientasi pada mutu layanan. Dalam menghadapi kesenjangan kompetensi dalam komunikasi pelayanan, kompetensi pedagogi, dan pengendalian dokumen administratif santri dalam kegiatan bakti santri sebagai wujud pembelajaran dan pengalaman dalam dunia pekerjaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis kesesuaian implementasi proses kerja berbasis ISO ditinjau dari pengamatan langsung serta mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara, dengan analisis Input-Process-Output. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas santri telah memahami tugas dan perannya, terutama pada unit TPQ, Laundry, Pantry, Finance, dan Accounting. Namun demikian, masih diperlukan peningkatan pada aspek keramahan layanan, komunikasi interpersonal, dan pengendalian administrasi dokumen. Secara umum, implementasi sistem manajemen telah berjalan baik, tetapi perlu perbaikan berkelanjutan agar lebih optimal.

Abstract

Digital transformation has now become an urgent necessity in the world of education, especially in administrative management. In the past, many school administrations were still entirely manual, resulting in slow processes, frequent data errors, and inefficiency. When information technology was introduced, everything changed; schools could adopt management information systems, e-administration, or digital data management that made all processes much faster and more organized. This article discusses strategies for implementing educational digitalization systems to make data management and school operations more efficient. The research method uses a literature study that analyzes scientific journals, books, and research reports regarding administrative digitalization. Based on that study, it explains that a well-designed digitalization strategy makes the work of educational staff lighter, processes data faster, increases transparency, and allows decisions to be made based on valid data while maintaining data security without disrupting school learning. Schools must be prepared in terms of technological infrastructure, possess a capable management information system, and ensure their educational staff is tech-savvy. Additionally, digitally literate leadership and data integration between systems are required so that everything runs in a connected manner. The success of this digitalization depends on how ready the school infrastructure is, how competent the human resources are, and how strong the policy support is from the institution. Digital transformation in educational administration needs to be carefully considered and executed in a planned manner to truly bring real change to the quality of educational services.

Abstract

In the modern era, the primary challenge in Islamic Education (PAI) is the stagnation of conventional teaching methods that utilize a "one size fits all" approach. This generalized strategy often ignores students' diverse cognitive and sensory profiles, resulting in suboptimal internalization of religious values and character development. Re-evaluating adaptive learning methods is crucial to ensuring pedagogical effectiveness amidst the diverse characteristics of contemporary learners. This study aims to analyze the integration of learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) within the context of Islamic Education and to explore the relevance of the individualized approach exemplified by Prophet Muhammad PBUH as a solution to monotonous learning paradigms.This research employs a literature review method. Data were gathered through a systematic search of reputable databases, including Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science (WoS). The literature reviewed spans the last ten years (2016–2026). Inclusion criteria consist of journal articles and books specifically addressing learning styles, Islamic educational psychology, and the Prophetic Sirah regarding the teaching methods of the Messenger. The key findings indicate that the classification of student learning styles significantly influences the speed of religious material absorption. The literature confirms that Prophet Muhammad PBUH consistently applied an individualized approach (tariqah fardiyyah) tailored to the intellectual capacity and psychological state of his companions. Synchronizing modern learning style identification with Prophetic methods is proven to create a more inclusive classroom environment and minimize the comprehension gap among students. The implementation of an individualized approach based on learning styles in Islamic Education not only enhances academic quality but also strengthens student character building. This study implies the importance of repositioning the role of educators as adaptive facilitators capable of collaborating contemporary psychological theories with Prophetic pedagogical values to create a more meaningful educational process.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To understand the concept of curriculum models as the basis for curriculum development, (2) to identify four concept models of curriculum formulated by education experts, namely academic subject models, humanistic, social reconstruction, and technological, and (3) to analyze the role of these models as the foundation for developing a contextual and future-oriented curriculum in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive- analytical approach through literature studies. Data sources are taken from classic textbooks such as the work of John D. McNeil, the latest scientific journals (2024–2025), and official documents for national curriculum development. Data analysis techniques are carried out by interactive data collection, reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) The concept model of curriculum is a theoretical framework that integrates philosophy, psychology, sociology, and juridical as a systematic basis for curriculum development; (2) The four models have complementary characteristics the academic subject model focuses on mastering disciplinary knowledge, the humanistic on developing individual potential, the social reconstruction on solving societal problems, and the technological on integrating digital technology; (3) These models form the basis for developing adaptive curricula, such as the Independent Curriculum, to produce competitive graduates in the Society 5.0 era.
