Abstract

Humans not only have a physical dimension, but also a spiritual dimension which in Islam is seen as a very important and determining dimension. So, in the modern era which prioritizes the external dimension and distances itself from the spiritual dimension, it is necessary for human efforts to continue to explore their inner self about themselves and all their possibilities. Like two sides of a coin, the outer dimension and the spiritual dimension cannot be separated, they are interrelated with one another. This article aims to explain Sufistic thought and education which seeks to provide Islamic treasures in the midst of the modern era which is completely individualist and materialist. This research is a literature research study, because the data collected focuses on Sufistic thought and education contained in the book Adab Suluk Al-Murid by Al-Habib Abdullah Ibn 'Alawi Al-Haddad. The data analysis used in this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and analyzes it using a thematic approach. This article concludes that a human being needs to go through the stages in Adab Suluk Al-Murid by Al-Habib Abdullah Ibn 'Alawi Al-Haddad, there are 17 stages. However, in this article only 9 stages are presented, including: (1) Strong awareness, (2) Correct repentance, (3) Cleanse the heart, and (4) Refrain from committing sins.

Abstract

The discourse on the concept of the integration of Psychology with Islam (ontology) in Indonesia from the beginning of its emergence in the 90s until now has never really got a single point of agreement or meaning. The most powerful debate crystallized in two groups, namely: "Islamic Psychology" and "Islamic Psychology". The "Islamic Psychology" group argues that the starting point for the integration of Psychology and Islam is in the Science of Psychology which is then analyzed by Islamic studies. Meanwhile, the "Islamic Psychology" group, on the other hand, started with Islamic studies (the Koran, Hadith, etc.) and then approached the science of psychology. In addition, the scientific position and the formulation of the method (epistemology) of Islamic Psychology itself in the midst of the building of other disciplines is not clear. Not to mention the debate about the actual impact or contribution (axiology) of Islamic psychology itself in practical and theoretical terms. The method used in the author of this article is a literature review or library research.

Abstract

Myths are an inseparable part of the life of ignorant Arab society, even though they are not accepted by common sense and cannot be proven to be true, ignorant Arabs have a high adherence to myths. Violations of myths can have a broad impact on an individual's life, he can be ostracized from society because he is considered to have great disgrace, there is an opportunity for the perpetrator to experience shame that he cannot bear. The emergence of a fanatical attitude towards myths is a consequence of the strict inheritance of myths from generation to generation, resulting in a perception that increasingly establishes fanaticism towards myths. They believe that belief in myths can prevent them from life's accidents. The truth of this assumption cannot be tested because myths basically do not contain truth. This research aims to produce a complete perspective on myths based on the perspective of the Al-Qur'an and the Islamic attitude towards myths. If a critical analysis is carried out, there are at least three factors that cause the emergence of myths in the ignorant Arab society. First, weak realistic awareness. Second, limited knowledge caused by limited sensing, both direct and indirect. Third, the limitations of human reasoning at that time. There were various mythical practices that flourished during the Arab era of ignorance, two of which were the most prominent and became a marker of the identity of the Arab community of ignorance, namely the act of burying baby girls alive after birth from their mother's womb and the practice of idolatry. The Koran as a source of Islamic teachings rejects all forms of mythical practices that are contrary to Sharia law.

Abstract

This article discusses lightning according to the Koran and natural science. The main focus of this research is to explore the ulama's interpretation of the lightning phenomenon in the text of the Koran. The research method used is the Maudhu'i interpretation method with a scientific interpretation approach. This research is qualitative descriptive analytical, by exploring the relationship between verses from the Koran relating to lightning and natural science concepts. The research results show that there is a connection between the interpretation of lightning in the Al-Qur'an and the concept of natural science, especially in the process of lightning occurrence. The explanation presented based on a scientific approach provides a deeper understanding of the relationship between religious beliefs and scientific knowledge. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that understanding lightning in the Koran can provide a valuable contribution in enriching religious and scientific insight. Further discussion regarding the relevance of the findings of this research to the development of interpretive and natural science studies is also presented. Thus, this research provides a significant contribution in understanding the relationship between lightning from the perspective of the Koran and natural science, as well as its relevance in religious and scientific contexts.

Abstract

One of the important things that influences student learning success is the establishment of effective communication between teachers and parents, teachers and students and parents and students. The purpose of this research is to determine the important role of communication from these three elements. The results of this research show that communication between these three elements has a significant role in student learning success. Teachers are able to establish communication with students as evidenced by effective classroom management. Teachers provide appropriate and accurate information to parents regarding student information. This is because teachers and parents have the same desire, namely to realize student success. Apart from that, maintaining communication ethics is a guideline mentioned in the Al-Qur'an, the Al-Qur'an even states it clearly with the sentences Qoulan sadida, qoulan layyinan, Qaulan baliigha. The terms mentioned in the Qur'an are a signal and guidance for humans, especially believers, that paying attention to ethics when communicating is very important. Maintaining communication ethics motivates students to improve their achievements and learning outcomes. Students who receive attention from teachers in the form of good treatment make them learn well. Likewise, attention from their parents in the form of trust and provision of learning needs is a factor that strengthens their enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

Leadership is a matter of relationships and influence between the leader and those he leads. Leadership emerges and develops as a result of automatic interaction between the leader and the individuals being led. The aim of this research is to find out what the leadership of Abu Bakar Ash - Shiddiq was like and the values ​​of Islamic religious education contained in his leadership. Abu Bakar Ash - Shiddiq was the first Caliph in the Khulafa al - Rasyidin and this was a gift and privilege given to him by Allah SWT, which was based on very strong faith, he had done a lot. He was always ready to defend the Prophet on his missionary journey. As his defense of the Muslims. The interests of Rasulallah SAW took precedence over the interests of his own personality. Even in all situations, he always accompanied the Prophet SAW struggle. The perfection of his morals provides values ​​of Islamic religious education that we should emulate, including; Assertiveness, courage, generosity, justice, honesty and authority.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that is a blessing for all nature. This is in accordance with the mission of Islamic teachings, namely to free humans from various forms of anarchy and injustice. At the value level, Islam from the beginning teaches goodness and noble morality, and at the same time prohibits all evil behavior. The ideal moral ideal of Islam is to build a world in which Muslims and non-Muslims live together enjoying justice, peace, compassion and harmony. Moral ideals are the duty of all elements of society, especially religious leaders and intellectuals, to grasp religious moral messages that can lead to a harmonious life amidst plurality. This research aims to formulate a framework to realize Indonesia rahmatan lil 'alamin. At this level too, character education has a strategic role in achieving Islamic ideals so that its adherents have a pluralistic mindset, not sectarian, let alone discrediting other groups. In this way, Muslims understand the meaning, characteristics and mission of Islam so that people no longer use Islam for personal, group and party interests. In fact, there are no longer any extreme beliefs that use the name of Islam as a cover for the purpose of carrying out acts of terrorism.

Abstract

Management of the Islamic Education Information System is an important aspect in supporting educational operations, management and planning. This system is a combination of human resources and information technology to provide accurate and structured information. The aim of Islamic Education Information System Management is to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of Islamic education through data and information management. By using research in the form of a literature review, the author carried out a serious review of academic texts in the form of journals, books and articles. Results of research show that with a good information system, the data and information provided will be more accurate and trustworthy, helping in making more appropriate decisions and improving the overall quality of education. It can be concluded that a well-integrated information system allows Islamic education institutions to improve operational efficiency, information accuracy, teaching quality, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder involvement. Implementation of information systems in Islamic education also plays a role in increasing transparency, accountability and information management based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Law is one of the important pillars of democracy, strong law enforcement will encourage the creation of a strong democracy. The most important value of law is the value of justice, in fact justice is the main goal of the law itself, the law exists to create justice in a country, before the law, all citizens must receive the same treatment, privileging certain parties is not known in legal logic. In practice in Indonesia, currently law is a field that is being widely highlighted, debates about the extent to which a sense of justice is applied in law enforcement are busy, in general there is a division of opinion in society, one party considers law enforcement to have brought justice to all groups, while Other parties actually hold the opposite view, the law is considered not to bring justice to all levels of society. In an Islamic perspective, fair enforcement for all groups of society in a country is an obligation, the government which carries out its mandate is required to be fair in enforcing the law, disobedience to the law not only brings world consequences but also consequences in the afterlife.

Abstract

Leadership in the Islamic context is not only an organizational or political responsibility, but also has a profound spiritual and moral dimension. This concept includes principles that can guide leaders to lead fairly, accountably, and empathically towards their leaders. This paper explores various aspects of leadership from an Islamic perspective, focusing on core values such as justice, honesty, openness and accountability to create trustworthy and anti-corruption leadership. This article also describes how the characteristics of leadership that the Prophet Muhammad saw as the primary model of the leadership in Islam. The ideal leader in the Islamic perspective is expected to lead with a noble example and morality, as well as integrity to be able to make decisions based on the principles of Islamic Shariah. In addition, this paper explores the concept of shura as the foundation of consensus-based leadership in Islam, which emphasizes the importance of listening to opinions and paying attention to common interests. The focus in this paper also covers the practical application of Islamic leadership concepts in contemporary contexts, including how these values can be applied in organizational, political, and social management. Thus, this article not only provides a deep understanding of leadership in Islam, but also provides insights into how Islamic universal values may contribute to the construction of a just, harmonious, and sustainable society.
