Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously the variables of competence, commitment and work environment on the performance of PKBM managers Kab.Bondowoso, as well as to determine the ability of competency variables, organizational commitment and work environment in explaining performance variables. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is linear regression using SPSS 22.0. The results of data analysis showed that partially the competency, commitment and work environment variables had a significant effect on the performance of the PKBM managers in the District. Bondowoso. Simultaneously competence, commitment and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of PKBM managers Kab. Bondowoso. variable competency, work commitment and work environment have a contribution of 74.0% to the performance variable and the remaining 26.0% is influenced by other factors not included in the study. Abstract

In order to increase employee performance to achieve the vision, mission and goals to the maximum, work performance assessment, work motivation and the creation of a conducive work environment must be conditioned by a leader. The purposes of this study were (1) to determine and analyze the significant simultaneously (simultaneous) between the variables of assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Tlogosari Bondowoso District Office, and (2) to determine and analyze partial effect between the variables of intrinsic motivation assessment material, extrinsic motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Tlogosari Bondowoso District Office. The population in this study were all 33 employees of the Tlogosari District office , Bondowoso Regency . The data collected was measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that (1) of the four independent variables (assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and work environment) turned out to have an effect together (simultaneously) 43 . 00 percent of the work performance of the employees of the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency. These findings indicate that to improve the work performance of the employees of the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency, it is necessary to pay attention to the variables of assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and work environment. (2) of the four independent variables (assessment material, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and work environment), it turns out that partially have a very significant and positive effect on employee work performance at the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency. Based on the results, researchers can provide advice, among others: (1) variable material appraisal (X 1 ), intrinsic motivation (X 2 ), extrinsic motivation (X 3 ), and the work environment (X 4 ) together have significant or significant influence on work performance. It is hoped that it will continue to be considered in order to maintain and improve the work performance of the employees of the Tlogosari District Office, Bondowoso Regency sequentially, namely the assessment material (X 1 ), intrinsic motivation (X 2 ), extrinsic motivation (X 3 ), and work environment (X 4 ) is expected to remain a leadership policy in an effort to improve employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the variable product quality and brand image on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of data from questionnaires and secondary data in the form of profiles from Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch. The data processing method in this study uses the Research Indicator Test Analysis method, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Path Analysis (Path Anlysis) and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test, with the help of SPSS analysis tools 25. The results showed that the product quality variable had a significant and positive direct effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, the Brand Image variable directly had a significant and positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, the Product Quality variable directly had a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant, Jember Branch, Brand Image variable directly has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch, Consumer Satisfaction variable directly has a significant and positive effect on Consumer Loyalty of Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch, Product Quality variable through customer satisfaction Indirectly Affects significantly and positively to consumer loyalty Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch and Brand Image variables through consumer satisfaction indirectly affect spirit significantly and positively to the Customer Loyalty of the Nelongso Chicken Restaurant Jember Branch. Abstract

In decision-making, leadership and organizational commitment will have an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at the Department of Environment and Transportation in Bondowoso Regency partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was 60 respondents who used the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it was stated that leadership and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance partially and leadership and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance simultaneously. The results of this study are used as guidelines in making decisions by the Head of the Office.

Abstract

Broadly speaking, this study aims to determine the Effect of Licensing Service Quality Dimensions on Kiosk Owner Satisfaction at the Trade Service (Case Study at Candipuro Market, Lumajang Regency), this type of research is qualitative research, the sample in this study was 75 respondents, respondents in collecting this data is the owner of a kiosk at Candipuro Market, Lumajang Regency, the method of simple regression analysis, and the analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination R2. The results of the research show that partially the assurance and empathy variables have no partial effect on the satisfaction of the kiosk owner at Candipuro market, this can be seen from the significant probability of the assurance and empathy variables. While the variables that have a significant effect are tangible, reliability, and responsiveness. So that the variable of Kiosk owner satisfaction is partially influenced by tangible, reliability and responsiveness (Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected). Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy at Fox Coffee & Roastery Jember cafe, using a SWOT analysis (strength weakness opportunity threat). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This research uses qualitative research. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and literature study. The sample used in this study was purposive sample. The resource persons taken in this study were company managers and 15 consumers of Fox Coffee & Roastery Jember cafe. Methods of data analysis using the IFE matrix, EFE matrix and SWOT matrix. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used by Fox Coffee & Roastery Jember cafe is an aggressive strategy. This can be proven by the high score on the table of strength (strength) and opportunity (opportunity) owned by the cafe. So, Fox Coffee & Roastery Jember cafe has the potential to become a cafe that can dominate the market in Jember itself. Keywords: Strength, weakness, opportunity, threats, and marketing strategies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax officer services and tax sanctions on tax compliance of free workers in the Jember Pratama tax service office. The data used in this study are primary data collected by survey method using questionnaire media. The data processing method uses multiple regression analysis methods with the help of the SPSS 18 analysis program. The results of hypothesis testing show that taxpayer awareness, tax officer services and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance with independent workers. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Dili Tmor-Leste College, this study aims to determine the differences in the perceptions of Lecturers and Accounting students on the ethics of preparing financial statements as seen from Misstatements in financial statements, Disclosure of sensitive information, Cost benefits of disclosure of information and accountability for the use of financial statements. The population in this study was 268. Questionnaires were randomly distributed to both Lecturers and Students of the Accounting Department in Semester V and VII of Dili Timor Leste, with details of 112 for Accounting Students in semester V, VII and 48 for Lecturers of Dili Timor Leste. The data analysis technique used was qualitative data in this study, researchers carried out processing techniques and quantitative data analysis. The formula used is the t-test formula or t-test and paired sample t-test. Based on the results of the research analyzed, it can be concluded that: (1)The results of the calculation of the analysis of the T-test difference with the Independent Sample T-test obtained a probability value of 0.0544 > 0.05, then H1 is rejected, meaning there is no significant difference in the perceptions of lecturers and students on the ethics of preparing financial statements as seen from the Sala serving in financial reports between Accounting Students and University Lecturers in Dili Timor Leste. (2) The results of the calculation of the analysis of the T-test difference with the Independent Sample T-test obtained a probability value of 0.020 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference in the perception of students and Dili Timor Leste College Lecturers on the ethics of preparing financial statements as seen from the disclosure sensitive information between Accounting Students and University Lecturers in Dili Timor Leste. (3) The results of the calculation of the analysis of the T-test difference with the Independent Sample T-test obtained a probability value of 0.0105 <0.05 then H3 is accepted meaning that there is a significant difference in student perceptions of the ethics of preparing financial statements as seen from the cost benefits of information disclosure between students Accounting and Lecturer at Dili Timor Leste.The results of the calculation of the analysis of the T-test difference with the Independent Sample T-test obtained a probability value of 0.0480 <0.05, then H4 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference in student perceptions of the ethics of preparing financial statements as seen from the accountability for the use of financial statements between students. Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of third-party funds, operational risks, and loan to deposit ratios on profitability on Banco Nasional do Comércio de Timor-Leste (BNCTL). The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. This type of data is Secondary data source from bank BNCTL's financial statements for the period 2010-2018, consisting of balance sheet statements and loss / profit statements. In this study, researcher conducted observations on financial statement data through annual reports provided by BNCTL for the period 2010-2018, thus getting nine years of observation. After secondary data is collected and analyzed then, tested using multiple linear regression analysis models. This analysis model consists of a normality test, an autocorrelation test, a multicollinearity test, and a regression model determination test. Based on the results of the analysis found, the results of the study showed that the variables DPK, BOPO and LDR, positively and significantly influential.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the level of accounting high education and understanding of business and professional ethics affect the emotional intelligence of students majoring in Accounting IOB, UNDIL and UNPAZ. Research design can be interpreted as a structured work plan in terms of the relationships between variables comprehensively in such a way that the research results can provide answers to research questions. The plan includes the things that the researcher will do, from making hypotheses and their operational implications to the final analysis (Umar, 2007; 6). The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. If the population is large and it is impossible for researchers to study everything in the population, for example due to limited funds, finances, time, and energy and so on, the researcher can use the sample (Umar, 2007, 78). The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique, as many as 103 students. Majoring in accounting at three universities, IOB 36 students, UNDIL 33 students, and UNPAZ 34 students. The results of this study indicate that accounting higher education has a negative and significant effect on the emotional intelligence of accounting students and understanding of business and professional ethics has a positive and significant effect on the emotional intelligence of accounting students at IOB, UNDIL and UNPAZ.
