SEJAHTERA: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (E-ISSN 3124-193X) merupakan jurnal ilmiah berbasis ilmu sosial dan budaya yang diterbitkan oleh PT Cendekia Education Center. Jurnal ini berfokus pada publikasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan, kemandirian, dan keberlanjutan masyarakat. Ruang lingkup SEJAHTERA: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat mencakup penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), pemberdayaan ekonomi dan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), pemasaran dan kewirausahaan, ketahanan dan keamanan pangan, kesehatan masyarakat, pendidikan dan literasi, lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan, desain dan inovasi sosial, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengembangan daerah tertinggal dan perbatasan, serta penguatan akses sosial berbasis kearifan lokal. Artikel yang dipublikasikan memuat hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mencakup proses identifikasi permasalahan, pemetaan potensi lokal, perancangan dan pelaksanaan solusi, serta evaluasi dampak kegiatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan mitra sebagai bagian integral dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan keberlanjutan program. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi media diseminasi ilmiah bagi dosen, peneliti, dan praktisi dalam menyebarluaskan gagasan konseptual, model pemberdayaan, praktik baik, serta hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bersifat aplikatif, kontekstual, dan dapat direplikasi dalam berbagai konteks sosial. SEJAHTERA: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diterbitkan tiga kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September, dengan kontributor berasal dari perguruan tinggi dan lembaga di seluruh Indonesia.

This Community Service Program (PKM) activity was carried out at SMK Puspita Bangsa with the title “Disparity in the Implementation of Law Number 20 of 2003 Concerning the National Education System in Forming Legal Awareness of Education as a Form of State Defense in the Era of Globalization.” This activity was motivated by the importance of students’ understanding regarding legal awareness in education and the implementation of state defense values amid the development of globalization. The purpose of this community service activity was to provide students with an understanding of the meaning of state defense, legal awareness of education, and the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System in everyday life. The implementation method was carried out through legal consultation on May 21, 2026, and evaluation on May 22, 2026, using direct field socialization methods. The activity was conducted interactively through the delivery of materials, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions with participants. The results achieved showed that this activity successfully increased students’ understanding of the meaning of state defense, the importance of legal awareness in education, and the role of the younger generation in maintaining national values in the era of globalization. Thus, this PKM activity made a positive contribution to building legal awareness and the character of state defense within the educational environment.

Bullying in the school environment has become a serious issue that affects students’ psychological well-being, social development, and academic performance. The increasing number of bullying cases indicates that awareness regarding legal protection for victims is still relatively low among students, teachers, and parents. This community service activity was conducted at SMK Letris Indonesia 2 Pamulang with the aim of improving understanding of legal protection for bullying victims through educational activities and legal assistance. The method applied in this program used a participatory approach through legal counseling, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The implementation was carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The educational materials focused on forms of bullying, legal consequences, children’s rights protection, and reporting mechanisms for victims. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants’ understanding regarding the importance of preventing bullying and the legal remedies available for victims. In addition, the program encouraged the development of a more responsive attitude among students and teachers toward bullying cases in schools. Therefore, educational and mentoring activities are considered effective in fostering legal awareness and creating a safer school environment.
