Abstract

Quarter life crisis merupakan fenomena psikologis yang umum dialami individu pada masa dewasa awal, ditandai oleh kebimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan, kecemasan terhadap masa depan, serta tekanan sosial yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis. Dukungan sosial dipandang sebagai faktor protektif yang berperan dalam mengurangi tekanan psikologis tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa Bimbingan Konseling Islam Angkatan 2022 Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear sederhana digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi berjumlah 104 mahasiswa, dengan sampel 83 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa skala dukungan sosial dan skala quarter life crisis yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap quarter life crisis (t hitung = 2,319 > t tabel = 1,990; sig. = 0,023 < 0,05). Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,583 menunjukkan hubungan yang sedang antara kedua variabel. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,340 mengindikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial memberikan kontribusi sebesar 34% terhadap quarter life crisis, sedangkan 66% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diterima mahasiswa, semakin rendah tingkat quarter life crisis yang mereka alami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Islamic pedagogy terhadap reconstruction of moral consciousness mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Islam (BKI) UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Krisis moral yang melanda generasi muda di era pendidikan kontemporer, yang ditandai dengan degradasi etika sosial, melemahnya adab akademik, dan rendahnya kesadaran moral, menjadi latar belakang urgensi penelitian ini. Islamic pedagogy dipandang sebagai pendekatan pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, adab, akhlak, keteladanan, dan etika sosial yang mampu merekonstruksi kesadaran moral mahasiswa secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 300 mahasiswa dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 169 responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dengan skala Likert 1–5 yang terdiri atas 14 item variabel Islamic pedagogy (X) dan 15 item variabel reconstruction of moral consciousness (Y). Validitas instrumen diuji menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach's Alpha. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic pedagogy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reconstruction of moral consciousness mahasiswa dengan nilai t hitung 12,847 > t tabel 1,974, nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan koefisien determinasi R² sebesar 0,497. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan Islamic pedagogy dalam proses pembelajaran berkontribusi signifikan dalam merekonstruksi kesadaran moral mahasiswa, sekaligus memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Based on the implementation, the curriculum is divided into ideal curriculum and real curriculum. The ideal curriculum is a curriculum that is conceptual and contained in official documents. The implementation of this ideal curriculum is called the real curriculum. Good curriculum implementation is determined by good planning. Therefore, this paper attempts to describe the ideal educational curriculum from the perspective of Imam Al Ghazali. According to Al Ghazali himself, there needs to be a dualism of values in the ideal curriculum which includes both material and spiritual aspects. This is also in line with what is expected by the national education goals.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam di madrasah memegang peranan strategis dalam membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya unggul secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki akhlakul karimah. Di tengah tantangan era digital yang semakin kompleks meliputi adiksi media sosial, pergeseran nilai moral, dan melemahnya keteladanan madrasah dituntut untuk memperkuat integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam setiap aspek pendidikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA 2020 untuk menganalisis 18 artikel yang dipilih dari 312 sumber yang diidentifikasi melalui Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Garuda (rentang 2014–2025). Melalui thematic synthesis, penelitian menghasilkan lima tema utama: (1) konseptualisasi pendidikan karakter Islami, (2) peran madrasah dalam pembentukan akhlak, (3) implementasi nilai Islam dalam budaya sekolah, (4) tantangan era digital terhadap karakter, dan (5) strategi penguatan karakter Islami. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pendidikan karakter di madrasah ditentukan oleh kurikulum terintegrasi Maqasid Al-Syariah, kepemimpinan spiritual yang meneladankan nilai uswah hasanah, pembiasaan berbasis budaya lokal, serta kolaborasi sinergis antara madrasah, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan karakter Islami yang adaptif terhadap realitas digital tanpa kehilangan identitas nilai keislaman.

Abstract

This study asks a deceptively simple question: when Muslim university students in Pekanbaru feel anxious, overwhelmed, or spiritually adrift, where do they turn and what does that turning mean to them? Adopting a hermeneutic phenomenological design, the study examines the lived experience of digital spirituality as a resource for spiritual coping and psychological distress among Generation Z Muslim students. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 120 Muslim university students and five Islamic counseling lecturers (Dosen BK Islam), with interpretive analysis supported by NVivo 12 and strengthened through source, investigator, and method triangulation. Rather than treating digital religious content as mere media consumption, the analysis attends to how students describe, feel, and make sense of these encounters. The findings reveal that digital spirituality is experienced as an immediate and portable form of psychological first aid, as a distributed sense of the sacred that loosens the boundary between mosque and dormitory, and as an arena in which religious identity is tested and validated. Yet the same digital environment that consoles also wounds: participants described religious guilt during periods of low practice, a distinct form of spiritual burnout, and comparison-driven anxiety produced by curated displays of piety. These tensions consolation and pressure, autonomy and validation-seeking constitute the essential structure of the experience. The study contributes a phenomenologically grounded account of how faith is lived online, and argues that Islamic counseling in Indonesian higher education must extend into digital space, equip counselors with digital and media-critical literacy, and learn to address spiritual distress without pathologizing religious commitment.

Abstract

Despite the relatively high degree of research among single mothers in Malaysia, there remains lack of research on issues and challenges faced by the single fathers. Fathers are by far the increasing sub group in the community, yet little is known about single fathers’ experience. The rise in the number of divorce is seen as being among the most significant changes to have affected single parenting. Drawing on in-depth qualitative interviews with five Malay Muslim single fathers, a cultural definition of being single father, further work is needed to consider the viewpoints on being single father which may have specific meanings in comparisons with other context and culture. The analysis of this in-depth interview yielded that the single fathers’ experience was marked by challenges, coping strategies and support system.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Bathin Limo Bomban Mineh dalam memberdayakan masyarakat Minas Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan  adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan informan penelitian berjumlah 6 (enam) orang dengan kategori yakni 1 (satu) orang sebagai informan kunci dan 5 (lima) orang informan pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya Peran pendamping yang dilakukan Lembaga Bathin Limo Bomban Mineh seperti memberikan motivasi dengan memberikan bantuan beasiswa pendidikan untuk anak-anak Suku Sakai yang di bantu oleh Perusahaan yang beroperasi di wilayah tersebut dan diskusi dengan mengajak masyarakat Suku Sakai agar dapat melakukan perubahan kearah yang lebih baik, memberikan pengarahan dan pelatihan membuat kerajinan tangan.

Abstract

Suicidal ideation is a global mental health problem that has serious impacts on individuals, families, and communities. In the context of Muslim societies, Islamic spirituality is believed to play a crucial role in the prevention and management of suicidal ideation. This article aims to systematically review the literature related to the role of Islamic spirituality in managing suicidal ideation. Methods systematic literature review. This study was conducted by reviewing articles published between 2014 and 2024 from the Scopus database. The results indicate that the dimension of Islamic spirituality plays a significant protective factor in the prevention and treatment of suicidal ideation. Islamic values such as tawakkul (religious trust), patience, and the meaning of life provide psychological strength, while Islamic counseling has proven effective when integrated with modern psychotherapy approaches. However, more robust empirical research and standardized interventions are needed to strengthen the evidence of its effectiveness.

Abstract

Work stress exists in various organizations whether government or private sector. The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world starting December 2019 caused work stress due to the closure of schools due to the Movement Control Order (MCO). This study involved 8 primary school teachers with more than 10 years of experience at Sekolah Kebangsaan Cheras Jaya, Taman Cheras Jaya, Balakong, Selangor who were involved in the Teaching and Learning (TL/PdP) process face to face for the “Catch Up Plan” programme (no rotation with online Home Teaching and Learning HTL/ PdPr) involving pupils in years 1, 2 and 6 and the process of TLH/PdPr online (there is rotation with face-to-face TL/PdP) involving pupils in years 3, 4 and 5 from 10 January 2022 to 25 February 2022. This study uses a mixed-method design, combining both quantitative method (DASS-21 Screening Test) and qualitative method (interviews). The results of the study found that four teachers experienced depression, anxiety and stress in severe level due to two dominant factors of work stress which is workload and time constraints.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merekonstruksi konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis nilai-nilai Qur'ani dan Hadis sebagai fondasi pembentukan kepemimpinan berkarakter ihsan di lembaga pendidikan Islam era modern. Pengelolaan SDM di lembaga pendidikan Islam saat ini masih didominasi pendekatan teknokratis dan administratif yang mengabaikan dimensi spiritual Islam, sehingga terjadi kesenjangan antara prinsip manajerial modern dengan nilai-nilai ketuhanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis melalui desain library research. Sumber data primer mencakup Al-Qur'an al-Karim, Hadis Shahih al-Bukhari, Tafsir al-Misbah, dan Riyadhus Shalihin; sumber sekunder berupa artikel ilmiah dari jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui telaah kepustakaan sistematis dengan content analysis dan analisis tematik maudhu'i. Data dianalisis melalui tiga tahap: reduksi, penyajian makna, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: (1) amanah sebagai fondasi rekrutmen dan penempatan SDM; (2) 'adl sebagai prinsip keadilan evaluasi organisasi; (3) itqan sebagai dasar profesionalitas dan pengembangan kompetensi; serta (4) ihsan sebagai orientasi kepemimpinan transformatif. Keempat nilai membentuk model konseptual SDM Islami dengan alur Input-Proses-Output-Outcome yang menghasilkan kepemimpinan berkarakter ihsan dan organisasi pendidikan Islam yang berintegritas. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoritis dalam pengembangan model Islamic HRM holistik dan secara praktis sebagai panduan pimpinan lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam membangun sistem SDM yang adil, profesional, dan transendental.
