Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji akan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa MTs setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran project based learning pada pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa MTs dan kurangnya keaktifan siswa MTs dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan serta peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Project Based  Learning dengan pembelajaran secara konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs NU Putra 1 Buntet Pesantren tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 32 siswa pada kelas VII C dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based  Learning dan sebanyak 30 siswa pada kelas VII A dengan pembelajaran secara konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning lebih baik daripada kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya secara konvensional; (2) Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning lebih baik daripada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya secara konvensional. Keywords : Project Based Learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis.

Abstract

Gerak langkah pendidikan tidak akan terpisahkan dari arus perkembangan sains dan teknologi, tuntutan kuantitas dan kualitas produk pendidikan, teori pendidikan dan kenyataan di lapangan. Nilai-nilai moral sebagai landasan yang  harus ada dan tertanamkan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penulisan makalahinibertujuan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Value Clarification Tehnique (VCT) berbasis karakter kemandirian pada keterampilan pemecahan masalah, materi program linear kelas X SMK Kartika Kota Cirebon semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2015/ 2016 berjumlah 23 siswa yang efektif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sample di mana penelitian ini mengambil sampel 5 orang dari satu kelas yang dijadikan penelitian dengan pertimbangan kemampuan yang beragam, yaitu sangat tinggi, tinggi, sedang dan kurang baik. Siswa pada kelas tersebut memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan value clarification technique berbasis karakter. Data Keterampilan Pemecahan Masalah (KPM) diolah dengan uji t, uji pengaruh dengan uji regresi dan uji peningkatan diolah dengan uji gain  Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut:Pembelajaran matematika dinyatakan efektif, yaitu: 1) KPM mencapai ketuntasan individual dengan nilai rataan 83,00, KPM mencapai ketuntasan klasikal dengan  ketuntasan mencapai 85%; 2) adanya pengaruh positif karakter kemandirian sebesar 0,883; dan 3) Adanya peningkatan proses pembentukan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Value Clarification Technique (VCT), Keterampilan Pemecahan Masalah, karakter kemandirian.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of Exponential and Logarithmic through character-based scaffolding learning of class X.1 of SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Semester 1 in the academic year of 2014/2015. The learning outcomes in this research include three aspects, (1) affective, sel-reliance characters variables; (2) psychomotoric, problem solving skills variables; and (3) cognitive, students’ learning achievement. The primary and secondary data were used in this research.The data were gained from technique test in the form of essay test and non-test technique in the form of students’ sel-reliance characters and problem solving skills observation. The descriptive comparative analysis is used to compare the result of the pre-test and the post-test score with the key performance indicator 85%. The result of analysis showed that the learning result with the Minimum Mastery Criteria of 75 at the pre-test was 51,28% from 39 students. Result of Cycle I was 64,10% for self-reliance character, 53,85% for problem solving skill, and 61,54% learning achievement. Cycle II was 89.75%, 87.18%, and 87.18%. The increasing of self-reliance character 25.65%, problem solving skills 33.33%, and learning achievement 25.64%. Keywords: scaffolding, self-reliance character, problem solving skills

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students creativity in mathematics. It is influenced by the learning model used. Learning model that can help students understand about the material one of them is cooperative learning model type make a match. The purpose of the research is to assess influence of cooperative learning type make a match towards of students creativity. This research use a experimental method, with the research population is 55 students of class VII. The sample is VII-B class with 28 students. The research instrument that used are test and the scale. The result of the research shows; the students response to learning by using cooperative learning model type make a match got a good category with an average 74,8%; students creativity in experimental class categorized good with average score 70,54; there are the sicnifikance influence between cooperative learing model type make a match toward students vreativities in matematic is 51,8%.Keywords : Make A Match, Student Creativity

Population in this research is entire/all class of VIII SMP Country 1 Krangkeng of Regency Indramayu of while intake sampel use the technique of Purposive Sampling and chosen of class of VIII E as experiment class. Pursuant to data processing result, obtained by result of analysis of enquette of respon student to substance teach to base on the Website show the strong criterion with the mean of equal to 85,08%. Beradasarkan of result of test of independent sample t test the ( two tailed), knowable that value t_hitung>t_tabel, that is 6,331 > 2,000. Abstract

Mathematics is a lesson that many students do not like, so to change it all required interactive teaching materials that can foster student self-reliance. The purpose of this research is to know whether there is influence of response of the use of mathematics material supplement comic to student self-reliance. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical method with research design The One-Shot Case Study Design. The result of hypothesis obtained Fcount = 17,198 and Ftable = 3,14 based on Ha hypothesis criteria. Keywords: Teaching Materials, Comic Mathematics, Independence.

Abstract

Perkembangan game di Indonesia cukup popular. Sejak tahun 2011, pengguna game sudah mencapai 6,5 juta orang. Dari hasil observasi mahasiswa yang melakukan praktek lapangan, kecenderungan obrolan para siswa, terutama siswa laki-laki pada saat jam istirahat adalah mengenai game. Industri game yang berkembang pesat, membuat para developer game untuk membuat game yang memiliki daya candu besar. Game edukasi adalah game yang didalamnya terdapat unsur-unsur edukasi dan pembelajaran. Game edukasi matematika disisipkan konten pembelajaran matematika berupa soal dan materi. Jenis game dalam penelitian ini adalah game RPG (Role Playing Game), salah satu jenis game yang menitikberatkan pada peran dan jalan cerita yang memiliki tujuan. Player (pemain) diharuskan untuk berbicara dengan pemain lainnya untuk dapat mencapai tujuan akhir dari game. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat game sederhana edukasi jenis RPG serta mencari respon game. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan tahap analisis serta mendesain game. Hasil penelitian ini berupa produk game edukasi matematika serta respon pengguna mengenai game tersebut.Kata Kunci: Game Edukasi, RPG, Matematika

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika materi dimensi tiga sering mengalami kesulitan, salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah karena rendahnya kreativitas siswa dalam belajar. Salah satu alternatif yang diberikan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan cara menentukan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif. Salah satu pembelajaran inovatif yang akan dijadikan alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu pembelajaran model SAVI berbasis discovery strategy yang diartikan sebagai teknik pengajaran yang melibatkan semua indera siswa dalam mencari dan menemukan suatu konsep matematika melalui cara berpikir kreatif. Kegiatan pembelajaran ini memfokuskan siswa pada proses penemuan suatu konsep matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hasil dari proses yang berdampak pada pembentukan karakter kreatif pada diri siswa pada pembelajaran matematika materi dimensi tiga dengan pendekatan model SAVI berbasis discovery strategy. Subjek penelitian diambil dari 6 siswa yang memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda (heterogen) yaitu dengan pengelompokan kelompok atas (kemampuan tinggi), tengah (kelompok sedang), dan bawah (kelompok bawah). Teknik Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara, dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data dengan uji gain dan triangulasi. Hasil pengamatan kemandirian pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rata-rata peningkatan karakter kreatif siswa dari pertemuan I sampai V pada subjek terpilih dihasilkan sebesar 78,20 artinya peningkatan pembentukan pada kriteria baik. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Model SAVI berbasis discovery strategy, Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif

Abstract

Student skill of concerning entrepreneurship still need the existence of improvement in order to become better again. Technological growth make the disrupted in running kewirausahaan so that need the skill entrepreneurship base on the internet marketing. this Research target is make the teaching material the entrepreneurship base on the internet marketing which valid. Research method used by is research and development with the model of development ADDIE covering step Analysis, Design, Development, Impelementation And Evaluation. Result of research and development is teaching material the entrepreneurship base on the internet marketing which have valid by expert. Response Student to teaching material the entrepreneurship with the mean 66%. mean Pretes of equal to 58,55 and postes 83,55. Abstract

Salah is a grand Muslim worship that starts with takbir and ends by salam.Salat is also the most important worship after syahadah. The command of salat is stated in Noble Quran, Al Ankabut chapter (Surah): verse of 45. In addition to the following command of salah, in fact the peaceful (tumakninah) salah benefits healthy. Calorie burning in every rakaat (the repetition of a unit in salah) of salah, is able to build healthy body. One rakaat is able to burn around 25 calories. So that, the more rakaat in salah, the more calories burnt in our bodies. Total of burnt calories during salah with tukmaninah in a day is 525 calorie with the following assumptions: 5 times of obligatory (fardhu) salah, 17 rakaats and 2 sunnah (optional) salah 4 rakaats without sunnah rawatib salah. Based on some researches, there are a lot of advantages of salah for physical and mental health. Through this research, the writer has attempted to review the advantage of motion of tukmaninah salah over calorie burning in bodies. The research also indiacates how to create mathematical modelling of the advantage of total rakaat of salah over calorie burning in bodies that eventually affect to health. Key words: Mathematical modelling, number of rakaah, calorie burning in body
