Abstract

Service quality is a critical determinant of patient satisfaction, particularly in primary healthcare. This study examines the effects of four service quality dimensions (tangible, responsiveness, assurance, and professionalism) on patient satisfaction at Klinik Pratama Sehat Margasari in Bandung. A quantitative design was employed with purposive sampling of 92 patients who completed a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression to estimate the unique and joint effects of each dimension. Descriptively, tangible, assurance, and professionalism were rated very good, while responsiveness was rated good. Regression results indicate that responsiveness and professionalism significantly increase patient satisfaction, whereas tangible and assurance are not statistically significant. Jointly, the four dimensions have a significant overall effect. These findings suggest that non-physical factors are more decisive for patient satisfaction than physical facilities alone. The study highlights managerial implications for primary healthcare: prioritize service behaviors and professional conduct to raise patient satisfaction in resource-constrained settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, food safety perception, and brand love on willingness to pay and purchase decisions. A quantitative approach was adopted in this study, using survey results from loyal HokBen customers as respondents. A total of 250 respondents were collected through incidental sampling, involving buyers who happened to meet the researchers. The questionnaire was distributed using Google Forms in December 2025 at various Hokben outlets in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Depok, and Bekasi. Their level of brand love significantly influences consumers’ willingness to pay. Perception of food safety is also identified as playing a fairly crucial role in determining consumers’ willingness to pay for the food products they intend to purchase. In addition, product quality significantly impacts willingness to pay. The results of this study conclude that a combination of functional and emotional factors is essential for increasing willingness to pay and consumer purchase decisions. These findings provide practical implications for culinary business practitioners to continuously improve product quality, strengthen perceptions of food safety, and build strong emotional relationships with consumers.

Abstract

A problem in tourism destination management is the lack of a comprehensive service system mapping for tourism destinations, particularly experience-based water sports tourism. This study aims to analyze the Bogor Aquagame service system through a service blueprint approach to understand the service flow and the quality of the tourist experience. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was carried out by mapping the service process into five main components of the service blueprint: physical evidence, customer actions, on-stage employee contact, backstage employee contact, and support processes. The results show that Bogor Aquagame services have been systematically structured from the pre-visit to post-visit stages, with differentiation of service flows for the Fun Game, Team Building, and Bogor Aquagame War ride packages. The service blueprint mapping shows clear coordination between frontstage and backstage elements that contribute to the regularity of service, safety, and tourist experience. This study provides theoretical implications for strengthening the use of service blueprints as a tourism service analysis tool, as well as practical implications for water sports tourism destination managers to improve the consistency and effectiveness of the service system.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the effectiveness of influencer marketing strategies in fostering brand trust, which subsequently impacts the purchase interest and buying behavior of Gen Z. Using a quantitative survey and case study approach, data were collected from 150 Semarang students aged 17–26 who were exposed to local skincare promotions by social media influencers. Analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results confirmed strong convergent validity, with all indicators showing factor loadings above 0.70. Influencer marketing was found to have a significant positive effect on purchase interest and purchase decisions, supporting Hypotheses H1 and H2. Additionally, mediation analysis revealed that purchase interest significantly mediates the relationship between influencer marketing and purchase decisions, confirming Hypothesis H3. These results indicate that influencer marketing significantly enhances consumer interest by fostering emotional trust and intimacy, while also influencing purchase decisions through increased brand awareness. Moreover, purchase interest mediates and reinforces the positive impact of influencer marketing on buying behavior.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of product quality, brand reputation, and price perception on purchasing behavior and recommendations concerning authentic Honda spare parts. Questionnaires were distributed to customers at Durian Jaya Motor service centers. The sampling method employed was accidental sampling, resulting in a final sample size of 225 respondents. The data analysis methodology used structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3.0 to analyze the data and identify the influence of the independent variables studied. The research findings indicate that both product quality and brand reputation significantly impact purchasing choices. Purchasing decisions also impact recommendations. Meanwhile, the perceived price does not affect purchasing decisions. Additional research is advised to explore other variables that may influence company sales.

Abstract

Quality-based training is a critical component in the pharmaceutical industry, where strict regulatory standards require employees to consistently comply with established procedures. However, training effectiveness is often assessed only based on participation and knowledge improvement, without adequately measuring its impact on workplace behavior. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of quality-based training at PT Bio Farma (Persero) using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model at Levels 1–3, namely reaction, learning, and behavior. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data derived from the Quality Training Effectiveness Report for the third quarter of 2025, supported by relevant literature. The analysis covers 44 internal training programs categorized into document, Good Manufacturing Practice, and knowledge training. The results indicate that most training programs are effective, with average scores above the company standard at Levels 1 and 2, reflecting positive participant responses and increased understanding. Level 3 shows a generally high level of behavioral application, although several programs demonstrate less optimal behavioral outcomes. These findings suggest that while training has been effectively implemented, strengthening post-training support is necessary to ensure consistent behavioral change and long-term organizational impact.

Abstract

Amid increasingly fierce business competition, MSMEs face the challenge of remaining competitive. To address this challenge, strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, especially in production, are crucial. This study was conducted to evaluate the productivity index and sales of bead bracelets in Bertaaut, with a focus on increasing production. The method used was the Objective Matrix (OMAX), which consists of several steps such as Defining, Quantifying (with assessments at levels 0, 3, and 10), and Monitoring (through Score, Weight, and Performance Indicator). The results of the study show that productivity peaked in August 2025 with an index of 248.10%, while the lowest point occurred in April 2025 with an index of 57.50%. The increase in the productivity index is closely related to production efficiency, such as the role of operators, the use of labor, raw materials, and electricity. Cause-and-effect analysis shows that uncertain stock storage periods have a major impact on production results. In addition to reducing production volume, problems with stock storage can also disrupt normal working hours, thereby reducing overall production effectiveness.

Abstract

Growing adoption of digital platforms has made Artificial Intelligence (AI) a central driver of competitive strategy in e-commerce. Despite this widespread use, studies that simultaneously evaluate AI’s contribution to consumer segmentation precision and sales outcomes remain scarce, especially within the Indonesian market. This research examines how AI shapes segmentation quality and, in turn, whether improved segmentation translates into stronger sales results on the Shopee platform. Using a quantitative-associative design, structured questionnaires were administered to 120 purposively selected active Shopee users. The data were processed through multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous significance tests, goodness-of-fit measurement (R²), and mediation testing via path analysis (Hayes PROCESS macro, Model 4, with 5,000 bootstrap resamples) in SPSS. Findings confirm that AI adoption meaningfully enhances the precision of consumer grouping, and that well-executed segmentation in turn lifts sales outcomes. Beyond this indirect channel, AI also produces a statistically significant direct effect on sales performance. These results enrich the body of knowledge on technology-driven marketing and offer actionable direction for e-commerce managers seeking to harness AI as a lever for sharper targeting and sustained revenue growth.

Abstract

This study explores the use of a gamified trial service as an innovative promotional strategy to enhance student recruitment in private higher education. It examines how a business simulation-based trial experience influences prospective students' perceptions of service quality, learning experiences, and enrollment intentions. A qualitative approach was employed using participant observation and semi-structured interviews. Forty prospective students participated in the business simulation, and five participants were purposively selected for in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed thematically until saturation was achieved. The findings indicate that the gamified trial service created an engaging and authentic pre-enrollment experience that positively influenced participants' perceptions of service quality and business education. The simulation enhanced experiential learning by improving participants' understanding of business decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving while increasing their engagement with the university. Although these positive experiences did not consistently translate into immediate enrollment intentions, they fostered favorable attitudes toward the institution and encouraged positive word-of-mouth. This study contributes to the higher education marketing literature by integrating experiential marketing, gamification, service quality, and the Theory of Planned Behavior into a single framework. The findings suggest that gamified trial services represent a promising promotional innovation for strengthening institutional differentiation and supporting long-term student recruitment strategies.

Abstract

Generation Z accounts for 54.69% of Indonesia's capital market investors, yet prior studies on financial literacy and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) rely largely on student samples allocating hypothetical rather than real capital, leaving unclear whether these effects hold among investors with actual funds at risk. This study addresses that gap using active Generation Z clients of PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia in Jakarta, testing the Theory of Planned Behavior's perceived-behavioral-control and subjective-norm constructs in a real-money retail investor context. A quantitative causal-associative design was applied using multiple linear regression on 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with instrument validity and reliability confirmed beforehand. Financial literacy showed a significant partial effect on investment decisions (t = 7.306; Sig. = 0.000), while FOMO behavior did not (t = -0.456; Sig. = 0.649), though both jointly exerted a significant effect (F = 27.064; Adjusted R2 = 0.288). The non-significant, negatively signed FOMO coefficient contrasts with the positive coefficients reported in student-sample studies, suggesting genuine capital exposure changes how FOMO operates rather than eliminating its relevance. This nuances the assumed universality of subjective norm in predicting investment behavior, and implies securities firms should prioritize literacy-building interventions over generic anti-FOMO messaging.
