JAMAN: Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen
JAMAN : Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Ichsan Sidenreng Rappang. Jurnal ini hadir sebagai media publikasi ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk mendorong pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, memperluas diseminasi hasil penelitian, serta menjadi wadah akademik bagi mahasiswa, dosen, peneliti, akademisi, dan praktisi dalam bidang manajemen dan bisnis. JAMAN diterbitkan secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada periode Januari–Juni dan Juli–Desember, dengan memuat artikel hasil penelitian, kajian konseptual, studi literatur, maupun pemikiran ilmiah yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori dan praktik manajemen dalam berbagai konteks organisasi, bisnis, dan kewirausahaan. Ruang lingkup publikasi jurnal ini mencakup berbagai bidang kajian, antara lain Manajemen Strategik, Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Management), Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan, Perilaku Organisasi dan Studi Organisasi, Manajemen Inovasi dan Transformasi Digital, Manajemen Keberlanjutan dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial, Ekonomi Kreatif dan Pengembangan UMKM, serta berbagai topik manajerial lainnya yang relevan dengan perkembangan ilmu manajemen kontemporer. JAMAN berkomitmen menjadi sarana pertukaran gagasan ilmiah yang berkualitas serta mendukung budaya riset di lingkungan perguruan tinggi melalui proses editorial dan penelaahan yang berorientasi pada mutu akademik. Dengan demikian, jurnal ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen, penguatan praktik bisnis, serta penyelesaian berbagai permasalahan organisasi di tingkat lokal, nasional, maupun global. Oleh karena itu, JAMAN mengundang mahasiswa, dosen, peneliti, akademisi, dan praktisi untuk berpartisipasi dalam menerbitkan karya ilmiah terbaiknya sebagai bagian dari upaya bersama dalam memajukan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik manajemen yang inovatif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan.

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training (X) on the performance of civil servants (Y) at the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency of Paser Regency, with a sample of 36 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability, where all 10 statement items were declared valid (tcount > ttable 0.3291) and reliable with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.851 > 0.60, thus categorized as good. The simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 1.082 + 0.755X with a correlation coefficient of 0.681, indicating a strong relationship between education and training and employee performance. The R Square value of 0.463 shows that the education and training variable contributed 46.3% to the improvement of employee performance, while the remaining 53.7% was influenced by other factors outside this study. The t-test results indicate a significant effect of education and training on employee performance with tcount 5.417 > ttable 2.03224, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that education and training play an important role in improving the performance of civil servants at the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency of Paser Regency, and therefore need to be a primary concern in human resource development within the institution.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and dividend policy on company value at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2024. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with secondary data obtained from annual financial reports and company stock price data. The data is analyzed through the calculation of profitability and dividend policy financial ratios and testing their influence on company value. The results of the study indicate that dividend policy and profitability, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on company value. However, there is a tendency that an increase in profitability is not always followed by an increase in company value if it is not accompanied by an optimal dividend policy. These findings provide important considerations for investors and company management in determining dividend policy strategies and investment decisions in the future.

Cashback programs have become one of the most popular digital marketing strategies used by various e-commerce platforms to encourage consumer purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to examine the effectiveness of Tokopedia’s cashback program in increasing purchase intention, particularly among Generation Z, who are known for their high levels of consumption and sensitivity to price offers and promotions. The research employed a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to respondents aged 18 to 27 who actively make transactions on Tokopedia. The collected data were then analyzed through validity, reliability, and simple linear regression tests to measure the relationship between the cashback program and consumer purchase intention. This study is expected to provide an empirical overview of the effectiveness of cashback programs on Generation Z shopping behavior and offer recommendations for e-commerce actors to develop more relevant, appealing, and sustainable promotional strategies.

This study examines the impact of leadership styles on employee satisfaction at PT Primas Mulia Abadi. Leadership style is a crucial component in creating a positive work environment and encouraging employees to exhibit higher levels of productivity. This study employed a quantitative, descriptive, and verification approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to fifty permanent employees. The influence of leadership style on job satisfaction was measured through simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. The better the leadership style implemented in the company, the higher the level of employee satisfaction.

Pemakaian E-wallet bisa mengubah perilaku konsumsi pada generasi Z disebabkan mudahnya bertransaksi serta berbagai promosi yang dinerikan. E-wallet membuat belanja menjadi sangat mudah dan implusif, memungkinkan pengeluaran yang boros karena membeli sesuatu yang yang tidak direncanakan. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memajukan kemudahan transaksi non-tunai dengan berbagai macam aplikasi e-wallet seperti ShopeePay, DANA, GoPay, dan lainnya. Generasi Z yang terkenal sebagai generasi digital menjadi pengguna paling banyak layanan tersbut, diperkirakan menjadi pengaruh pada pola konsumsi mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kepada generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan e-wallet. Data yang dihasilkan pada artikel ini yaitu dengan cara membuat kuesioner melalui google form yang didalamnya berisikan pertanyaan mengenai penggunaan e-wallet yang memiliki pengaruh kecenderungan perubahan pola konsumsi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginannya. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui sisi negatif dari penggunaan e-wallet khususnya bagi kalangan generasi Z yang lebih cenderung konsumtif dalam pemakaiannya dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Terutama didukung oleh kemudahan dalam pemakaian e-wallet. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan menjadikan edukasi bagi pembaca dalam pemakaian e-wallet agar terhindar dari perilaku konsumtif.

The Influence of Transactional Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of South Sulawesi Province. supervised by Hasmawati as supervisor 1 and Sugianto as supervisor II. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of transactional leadership style and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the office of investment and one-stop integrated services of South Sulawesi Province. This study was conducted at the office of investment and one-stop integrated services of South Sulawesi Province with 89 respondents. The data analysis used was quantitative data analyzed using multiple regression analysis tools through the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) program to find out information about the influence of training and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the office of investment and one-stop integrated services of South Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of transactional leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the research results, it also shows that to improve the performance of employees of the South Sulawesi Province Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office, attention is needed to training and organizational culture.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze financial distress using the Altman Z-score method to predict bankruptcy at PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. The data collection technique used in this study is documentation, which is an effort to obtain data through recording documents/archives or other evidence related to the research. The data analysis used in this study is quantitative dasta analysis, which is a data analysis technique that uses numerical calculations from financial statements. The analysis technique used in this study is the Altman Z-Score Model. The results of the financial distress analysis using the Altman Z-Score method to predict bankruptcy at PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk indicate that over the four years from 2021 to 2024, the company was classified as healthy. This is evident from the Z-score results for PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk, which showed a Z-score > 2.9, indicating that PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk was categorized as a healthy company for each study period.

The purpose Of thi s study is to analyze the influence of the Work Environment on employee performance through Job Satisfaction at the Makassarnis Education Office. This research was conducted at the Makassar City Education Office offic e with 55 respondents. The data analysis used was qualitative data descri ptively to explain the characteristics of the respondents and the description of the research variables. Furthermore, quantitative data is analyzed with a path analysis tool through the Statistical Package For Social Science (S PSS) program to find out information about the direct and indirect influenc e of the Work Environment on employee performance through Job Satisfa ction at the Makassar City Education Office office. The results of this study show that (1) partially the variable of the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) partially the Work Environme nt has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) parti ally Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee perf ormance (4) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at the Makassar City Education Office. Based on the results of this study, it shows that to improve the performance of employees of the Makassar City Education Offi ce, it is very necessary to pay attention to the condition of the Work Enviro nment and Job Satisfaction of employees.

Employee performance in the port sector is greatly influenced by psychological aspects such as job satisfaction. This descriptive study maps these conditions at Astra Infra Port Eastkal using Maslow's Theory and the Likert Scale. Through a quantitative approach, a 15-item questionnaire was distributed to 100 permanent employees using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the research show that the general satisfaction index is in the high category (3.65). Among all variables, security assurance was the most prominent aspect with a value of 3.73, while physiological needs were stagnant in the most distended position (3.55). The critical point of this research is in the indicator of salary suitability and workload which is only stuck at 3.43 (sufficient category), even to the point of triggering a negative response from 21% of employees. This condition is proportional to the work award points (3.80) and the provision of PPE/safety (3.79) which successfully occupies the top two rankings. On a macro level, this non-monetary climate has proven to be effective in reducing workers' disappointment related to financial affairs. As a corrective step, management needs to overhaul the wage system for contract workers whose portion dominates the human resource structure (57%), without relaxing safety standards and a culture of appreciation that has proven to be solid

This study aims to analyze the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through the Income Generating Activity (IGA) program in empowering women’s economy in the operational area of PT Fap Agri Tbk this research employed a mixed methods approach by combining qualitative and quantitative data, data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires distributed to women beneficiaries of the program, the results indicate that the IGA program has succeeded in improving participants’ technical skills, income, and economic independence, women participating in the program have started to develop businesses based on local potential, such as processing cassava into value-added and marketable products, in addition to providing economic benefits, the program has also increased women’s self-confidence and participation in productive community activities, however, the implementation of the program still faces several challenges, including limited market access, inadequate production facilities, and varying levels of participant motivation, these findings demonstrate that the success of CSR programs is not only determined by skills training, but also requires continuous mentoring, strengthening of group institutions, and effective marketing system support, therefore, women empowerment-based CSR has the potential to become an effective strategy in supporting sustainable local economic development.
