Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Anak Usia Dini, adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Asosiasi Periset Bahasa Sastra Indonesia, Jurnal ini mengulas berbagai strategi dan metode dalam mengajarkan bahasa kepada anak usia dini, dengan fokus pada bagaimana proses belajar mereka dapat ditingkatkan secara efektif. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga mengeksplorasi peran penting pendidik dalam membentuk kemampuan komunikasi bahasa pada anak-anak usia dini, serta implikasi psikologis dan sosialnya. Dengan mengintegrasikan teori-teori terkini dalam psikologi perkembangan dan pendidikan, jurnal ini memberikan wawasan mendalam bagi para pendidik dan praktisi yang tertarik dalam meningkatkan pendidikan bahasa pada anak usia dini. Jurnal ini terbit 1 tahun 6 kali (Januari, Maret, Mei, Juli dan September, November).

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the inner structure in the poem "Goodbye" by Chairil Anwar, a leading poet in Indonesian literature. The poem was chosen because of its ability to arouse emotions and contain deep meaning. With the background of Chairil Anwar who lived during a time of political and social turmoil, analysis of the inner structure of this poem can provide insight into how the poet reflects his feelings towards separation in that context. The research method used is literary analysis with a qualitative approach. By understanding the imagery, symbolism and emotional tone contained in the poem "Goodbye", this research tries to explore the feelings implied behind Chairil Anwar's words. The findings from this analysis reveal the depth of emotion and sadness in the poem, as well as the way the poet expresses his feelings through beautiful and poetic language. The implication of this research is to broaden understanding of Indonesian literary works and the richness they contain. Analysis of the inner structure of the poem "Goodbye" can contribute to appreciating the literary value and beauty of the poet's expression, as well as enriching the interpretation of Indonesian literary works as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[The literacy movement plays a crucial role in enhancing language comprehension and linguistic competence, especially in today’s digital era. This study aims to explore the influence and benefits of literacy movements on language comprehension across various segments of society. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research examines how participation in literacy activities such as reading, writing, and group discussions can improve language skills, enrich vocabulary, and enhance communication abilities. The findings indicate that literacy movements not only help individuals understand and use language more effectively but also foster critical thinking and creativity. Furthermore, the growing digital literacy provides broader access to educational resources and information, thus strengthening language comprehension in a wider context. Therefore, literacy movements contribute significantly to building a more knowledgeable and insightful society.]]>

<![CDATA[This literature review was motivated by Deddy Corbuzier's podcast. Podcasts are a medium for conveying information that is currently widely used by content creators. The aim of this research is to describe the principles of language politeness in Deddy Corbuzier and Echa Haura's podcast. This research was conducted because the author found many violations of the maxim of appreciation. The method used in this research is the literature study method. In the library study method, the research carried out is by collecting data and analyzing relevant data. Based on the discussion, there are 4 deviations from the rules in the Deddy Corbuzier and Echa Haura podcast.]]>

<![CDATA[This article contains an analysis of the language style and figures of speech in the lyrics of the song "Sampai Jadi Debu" by Banda Neira. The discussion in this article focuses on the diction aspect of connotation and the use of figures of speech contained in the song's lyrics. The research method used to analyze the song lyrics is a qualitative descriptive method. The analysis carried out shows that the diction contained in the song lyrics is connotative. The connotative diction used in the song's lyrics is a manifestation of the creative thoughts of the songwriter when creating the lyrics for his songs. Apart from that, the song's lyrics use many figures of speech including metaphors, allegory figures of speech, and hyperbole figures of speech.]]>

<![CDATA[Promotional media for tourism advertising, Indonesian is used as a communication tool to convey ideas in selling a product or offering services. This research aims to analyze the use of Indonesian in tourism promotion on the social media account @dagowisatatours. To promote tourism services and tourist locations, the @dagowisatatours account uses Instagram social media to expand market reach and disseminate information more quickly. The research in this article identifies the dynamics of the use of Indonesian which is often used in tourism promotional media, analyzes the effectiveness of the use of promotional language in promotional media in increasing sales in promotional media. The research results show that the use of Indonesian in promoting tourism services and tourism destinations on the @dagowisatatours account is presented with interesting word choices and methods via the Instagram social media platform.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the application of role play techniques in developing communication skills in early childhood. Communication is a fundamental ability that supports children's social and emotional development. This research used a qualitative descriptive method involving observations, interviews, and documentation of role play activities conducted in a kindergarten setting. The results showed that role play techniques significantly contributed to enhancing children's verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Children became more confident in expressing ideas, engaging in conversations, and understanding social cues. The role play method provided a safe and imaginative environment where children could practice communication naturally. The implications of this study suggest that educators should incorporate role play as a routine activity to stimulate the development of communication skills in early childhood education..]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the effect of picture stories on enhancing the narrative skills of kindergarten children. The background of this research is rooted in the crucial role of narrative ability in early childhood language development, which can be stimulated through engaging learning media. The objective is to examine how the use of picture stories contributes to improvements in children's ability to construct and tell coherent stories. A quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design was employed. The participants consisted of 30 kindergarten children, divided into an experimental group receiving picture story interventions and a control group with conventional storytelling. Data were collected through observational rubrics and analyzed using paired and independent sample t-tests. The findings reveal a significant increase in narrative ability in the experimental group compared to the control group. These results suggest that picture stories are effective in fostering young children’s narrative competence. The study implies that early childhood educators should integrate picture stories into learning activities to support children's language development.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of reading interest in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping cognitive and language abilities. This research aims to explore teacher strategies in fostering reading interest among young children through the implementation of creative reading corners. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted in a kindergarten setting using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings show that teachers utilize various strategies such as thematic storytelling, interactive reading sessions, and personalized reading spaces to attract children's attention. The creative reading corner is designed with colorful visuals, age-appropriate books, and engaging media to stimulate curiosity. These efforts significantly contribute to increasing children’s enthusiasm for reading and enhancing their literacy skills. The implication of this study highlights the importance of teacher innovation in designing stimulating reading environments to develop lifelong reading habits from an early age.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the development of expressive language skills in children aged 4 to 5 years living in multilingual environments. The research aims to understand how exposure to multiple languages influences the expressive abilities of young children. A qualitative approach was applied, involving observation and structured interviews with parents and educators. Findings indicate that children in multilingual settings exhibit varied vocabulary usage and code-switching behaviors, with some delays in expressive fluency compared to monolingual peers, yet with enhanced pragmatic skills. The study highlights the importance of supportive linguistic environments and tailored educational strategies to foster optimal language development. These findings have implications for educators, speech therapists, and parents in managing multilingualism during early childhood.]]>

<![CDATA[Phonological skills are a crucial foundation in early childhood language and literacy development. This study aims to explore the use of digital educational games as an interactive learning medium to improve young children's phonological abilities. A quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design was applied. The participants were 4–5-year-old children enrolled in an early childhood education center in City X. Data were collected through observation sheets and phonological tests. The findings revealed a significant improvement in children's phonological skills after engaging with digital educational games regularly over a four-week period. The games were designed to train skills in sound discrimination, rhyme recognition, and syllable identification. These results imply that digital technology can serve as an innovative and effective tool to support phonological learning in an enjoyable manner during early childhood. The findings provide valuable insights for educators and application developers to design learning media appropriate to children's developmental stages.]]>
