Abstract

AbstractSepak takraw game is a team sport that execution as in the form of games by using net, ball, as well as field and alsoother regulations. Sepak takraw game uses body parts such as head, shoulders, back, chest, thighs, legs, exceptthe hand that carried on the pitch rectangular and flat. Play sepak takraw needs some basic techniques. One is thebasic technique servicing over. However, boy students in Department Penjaskesrek FOK Undiksha have not beenmaximum do top service.Meanwhile, in order to be able to play sepak takraw as a good player, they also must have high skill level of motorability. The research was designed to investigate the effect of motor skill learning strategies and skills ability to serveup in the game of sepak takraw at the Department of male students Penjaskesrek FOK Undiksha. Design usedin this study is a 2 x 2 factorial sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data taken with BarrowMotor Ability Test and test basic skills sepak takraw. Results showed that: 1) There is significant influence betweenlearning strategies driil and strategy to play against the skills of servicing up in the game of sepak takraw, 2) thereare differences in the effect of skill servicing up in the game of sepak takraw between who has the ability of motorability of high and low, and 3) there is an interaction effect between learning strategies and the ability of motor skillabilities to serve up in the game of sepak takraw.Keywords: drill strategy, the strategy of play, the motor ability, servicing over sepak takrawAbstrakPermainan sepak takraw merupakan cabang olahraga beregu yang pelaksanaannya seperti pada bentuk permainanpermainandengan menggunakan net, bola, serta lapangan dan juga peraturan-peraturan lainnya. Permainan sepaktakraw menggunakan bagian-bagian tubuh seperti: kepala, bahu, punggung, dada, paha, kaki, kecuali tangan yangdilakukan di atas lapangan empat persegi panjang dan rata. Dalam bermain sepak takraw diperlukan beberapa teknikdasar. Salah satunnya adalah teknik dasar servis atas. Akan tetapi, mahasiswa Putra Jurusan Penjaskesrek FOKUndiksha dalam melakukan servis atas masih kurang maksimal. Sementara itu, untuk bisa bermain sepak takrawseorang pemain sepak takraw yang baik, mereka juga harus memiliki tingkat kemampuan motor ability yang tinggipula. Penelitian dirancang untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan motor abilityterhadap keterampilan servis atas dalam permainan sepak takraw pada mahasiswa putra Jurusan Penjaskesrek FOKUndiksha. Desain yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktorial 2 x 2. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan proporsional random sampling. Data diambil dengan Barrow Motor Ability Test dan tes keterampilandasar sepak takraw. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada perbedaan pengaruh signifikan antara strategipembelajaran driil dan strategi bermain terhadap keterampilan servis atas dalam permainan sepak takraw, 2) adaperbedaan pengaruh keterampilan servis atas dalam permainan sepak takraw antara yang memiliki kemampuanmotor ability tinggi dan rendah, dan 3) ada pengaruh interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan motorability terhadap keterampilan servis atas dalam permainan sepak takraw.Kata Kunci: strategi drill, strategi bermain, motor ability, servis atas sepak takraw

Abstract

The attainment study of the physical education and sport in Yogyakarta province is an attempt to reveals the realcondition relates to the assumption of increasingly low quality of physical education and sport in the educationalunits that have been discussed for more. Instrument used to collect the data adopted from Indonesia physicaleducation data-base to the educational units more than 3.000 schools. In-depth study analysis showed thatphysical education and sport attainment in Yogyakarta province in ‘C’ category, which means in average with50.5% percentage. It can be concluded physical education and sport attainment not to expect to achieveeducational goals.Keywords: attainment, physical education and sportAbstrakKajian keterlaksanaan pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga di DIY merupakan upaya untuk mengetahui kondisiriil di lapangan berkaitan dengan asumsi makin rendahnya kualitas pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga disatuan-satuan pendidikan yang selama ini banyak diperbincangkan. Instrumen yang digunakan untukmengumpulkan data diadopsi dari Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Jasmani dan Olahraga Indonesia, terhadapsatuan-satuan pendidikan di DIY yang berjumlah lebih dari 3000 sekolah. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkanbahwa keterlaksanan pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga di DIY berada pada kategori C yang berarti hanyamasuk klasifikasi sedang dengan prosentase keterlaksanaan sebesar 50,5%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan belummencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan.Kata kunci: Keterlaksanaan, Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar passing atas bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Aek Songsongan Asahan  Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017, melalui Variasi Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa tes kepada para siswa yang berbentuk aplikasi teknik dasar passing atas bola voli. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penilaian hasil belajar passingatasbola voli. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan secara deskriptif berdasarkan pada analisis kualitatif dengan prosentase. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari observasi yakni 7 siswa dinyatakan tuntas (21%) sedangkan 25 siswa lainnya dinyatakan tidak tuntas (79%). Pada siklus I diperoleh hasil dimana 25 siswa dinyatakan tuntas (78%) sedangkan 7 siswa lainnya dinyatakan tidak tuntas (22%). Dan pada siklus II diperoleh hasil dimana 29 siswa dinyatakan tuntas (90%) sedangkan 3 siswa lainnya dinyatakan tidak tuntas (10%). Improving the learning results of high pass on volleyball through learning variance among junior high school students AbstractThe study aims at identifying the learning results of high pass on volleyball among Grade VIII-1 students of Negeri 1 Aek Songsongan Junior High School Asahan Academic Year 2016/2017 by means of learning variance. The study itself is a Classroom Action Research. When the study was conducted there were two cycles and each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data sources in the study were the tests to the students in the form of basic high pass technique application in volleyball. Then, the data in the study were gathered by means of assessment toward the learning results of high pass. In analysing the data, the descriptive qualitative technique was implemented with percentage. From the observation, 7 students (21.00%) passed the test while 25 students (79.00%) did not pass the test. Furthermore, in the first cycle 25 students (78.00%) passed the test while the remaining 7 students (22.00%) did not pass the test. In the second cycle, 29 students (90.00%) passed the test while the 3 remaining students (10.00%) did not pass the test.

Abstract

Biomechanics of Sport learns the performances in sport skills. Result expected is the acquisition of knowledge and ability to analyze some sport techniques whichare safe, efficient, and effective; being capable to detect the wrong or correct techniquesand also being able to remedy it precisely. Besides, it is also expected that certaincapacities of doing renovation can be afforded. It is much better if there are some capabilities to provide or create some appropriate new methods.Out of the sport techniques, there are also needed some supporting factors such as:mechanical principles, balance, move patterns consisted of linear, rotation, and complex moves, moving area, that are of planar and non-planar area, cardinal area consisted of sagital, frontal and transversal area. Also about kinetics that is the cause ofmovement, and kinematics that is the study of object movement with time and spatialconcept regardless of its causes.Moreover, teachers of physical education require to have a minimal base of biomechanics of sport, though is not circumstantial but extent. Meanwhile, coaches require tomastering its basic and also broad knowledge, so that they are able to improve untilthe highest technique.Keyword: Application, Biomechanics

Abstract

Apa yang disebut sebagai kebangkrutan identitas dalam pendidikan jasmanibaik disadari maupun tidak telah terjadi selama ini. Sebagai mata pelajaran, sebagaiprofesi, sebagai nilai, dan sebagai bidang studi, pendidikan jasmani tidak munculsebagai entitas yang diperhitungkan. Justru dalam situasi-situasi tertentu seringkalidianggap remeh temeh. Padahal pendidikan jasmani memiliki potensi untuk menjadiurgen dalam usaha pendidikan nasional.Oleh sebab itu, tulisan ini berusaha untuk memetakan status pendidikan jasmanisaat ini dalam level yang lebih basis. Tulisan ini diawali oleh introduksi mengapapemikiran ini harus dimunculkan sebagai wacana baru di Indonesia. Memasukiwilayah inti, tulisan ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian. Bagian pertama mengupastentang krisis yang dihadapi, terutama krisis identitas. Perbincangannya lebih kearah konteks di mana Indonesia menjadi latarnya. Meskipun beberapa bandingandan sumber berasal dari konteks di luar masyarakat Indonesia.Bagian kedua merupakan upaya pencarian legitimasi baru bagi pendidikan jasmaniuntuk menjadi sesuatu yang harus dipertimbangkan penting. Konsekuensinya,usaha ini membutuhkan peta konsep pendidikan jasmani yang mempengaruhicara berpikir terhadap pendidikan jasmani baik bagi komunitasnya langsung maupunmereka yang berada di luarnya. Dengan kata lain, bagian kedua akan menawarkanjalan alternatif bagi pemikiran konseptual pendidikan jasmani.Setelah bagian kedua pokok tulisan ini, maka akan diakhiri dengan konklusi dimana intinya perbincangan ini adalah bahwa apa yang dipersoalkan dan digagassepanjang tulisan ini merupakan pemicu awal. Sehingga masih banyak dibutuhkanperbincangan lanjutan untuk mencapai kesempurnaan.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed in improving thephysical fitness status through the martial art modification approach. The researchwas aquantitative study with an experimental approach. The experimental design was Complete Randomized FactorialDesign 2x1, the entire population of the seventh grade students were divided into 2 groups, ie groups of conventionallearning and groups of martial art modification learning. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of theresults, it can be concluded that the status of physical fitness of the students from SMP 3 Gorontalo in the groupsof students with conventional learning and in the groups of martial art modification learning shows that there is nosignificant contrast between the two learning, so between the two learning approaches give the improvement ofphysical fitness for the students effectively and appropriately used for the learning process which is particularly forPhysical Education.Keywords: Physical Fitness, Learning, Martial Art ModificationsAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan status kebugaran jasmani dengan melalui pendekatan pembelajaranmodifikasi beladiri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental. Desain eksperimentalyang digunakan adalah Complete Randomized Factorial Design 2 x 1, populasi seluruh siswa-siswa kelas 7 yangdibagi 2 kelompok sampel, yaitu kelompok pembelajaran konvensional dan kelompok pembelajaran modifikasibeladiri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian, dapat diambil disimpulkan bahwa statuskebugaran jasmani siswa-siswa SMP 3 Kota Gorontalo kelompok siswa dengan pembelajaran konvensional danpembelajaran modifikasi beladiri tidak terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan antara kedua pembelajaran tersebut,sehingga antara dua pembelajaran untuk peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa-siswa efektif dan tepat digunakanuntuk proses pembelajaran yang ada khususnya PJOK.Kata Kunci: Kebugaran Jasmani, Pembelajaran, Modifikasi Beladiri

Abstract

The aims of this research to investigate: 1) the difference of bench press exercise effect between 135 and 45 angle, 2) the difference between body weight fat normal and thin normal to the OBrien style performance, 3) the interaction between the bench press exercise and the body weight to the OBrien style shot put performance. The research population was 192 male students in 2 grade of SMK Negeri 1 Wanareja, Cilacap during the academic year 2006/ 2007. There were 40 male student as the samples by using body weight and high test. The result of the research hypothesis test was analysis using two ways Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with significance degree 95% ( = 0,05), the result i.e.: the first hypothesis test show the value of count is 13,49 higher than the F table = 0,05 dk (1); (36) as amount of 4,11 (Fo = 13,49 Ft = 4,11). The summary: there is different effect between bench press exercise with 135 and 45 angle the result of OBrien style shot put. The second hypothesis test show the value of count is 35,95 higher than the F table = 0,05 dk (1); (36) as amount of 4,11 (Fo = 35,95 Ft = 4,11). The summary: there is different effect between body weigt fat normal and thin normal the result of OBrien style shot put. The third hypothesis test show the value of count is 3,83 lower than the F table = 0,05 dk (1); (36) as amount of 4,11 (Fo = 3,83 Ft = 4,11). Abstract

Violence is some behavior resulting ill, loss, or injury at own self or others, and the behavioral effect of violence is sacrifice existence. People who participate at football generally agree that mount painfulness and injury effect of attack at body have to specifying as violence action. Subject of Physical Education Sport and Health nearest with culture and assess in athletics can prevent and lessen athletic violence football if all instruction will lift, and attention to domain affective as one of instruction target which of vital importance to be reached. Value of fair play is a part of domain affective in student communicable Physical Education Sport and Health through various means in order to assess applicable fair play in human life in all area. Abstract

Physical and health education learning process in high school have not shown the teacher’scompetency. This is due to not all of the teachers equipped with the ability on physical andhealth education. Therefore, teacher’s knowledge on physical and health education mustbe put in concern to develop their ability which will impact on the effective and efficiency ofthe learning process. The success of learning process is influenced by several factors, suchas: (a) Awareness of the profession, competence and duty of teacher, (b) teacher’s ability inimplementing high school physical and health education curriculum, (c) teacher’s ability indoing administration of physical and health education learning process, (d) teacher’s abilityin creating learning method strategy, (e) teacher’s ability in implementing principals ofphysical and health education learning process, and (f) teacher’s ability in implementinglearning method of physical and health education. Abstract

The development of physical education and school sport needs to be maintained. One of the develoment is to focus on the teaching process through methodic in physical education. Physical education programs should be self driven on the students motor deelopment which is able to bring/ uquip them as a qualified final motor, that is by using games approach. This means that it is not only thorugh a movement but also includes social, affective, and cognitif dimension.
