Abstract

This research used qualitative research method with phenomenological approach. The object of this research was SMEs of getuk nyimut in Kudus Regency. The increasing number of getuk nyimut’s SMEs along the area towards Muria Mountain tourism has made it difficult for SMEs to survive in the market. SMEs which are sold with simple sales locations and maintain original products have not been able to increase sales significantly. This research aimed to analyse the effect of marketing, capital, production technology and product diversification on the competitive advantage of getuk nyimut SMEs in Kudus Regency. The results of the research were obtained from 14 informants consisting of entrepreneurs of getuk nyimut, academics and local governments. The results showed SMEs of getuk nyimut have problems in some aspects such as marketing, capital, production technology and product diversification. To overcome the problems faced by participation from some parties, not only from entrepreneurs but also getuk community and local governments. The result of this research showed that marketing, capital, production technology, product diversification which are well managed can increase competitive advantage of SMEs in Kudus Regency especially getuk nyimut’s entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of electronic money (e-money) in trade in Indonesia in support of the Asean Economy Community (AEC) 2015 which requires ease of transactions using electronic money (e-money) to be more effective and efficient. The first analysis tool used is to analyze import export in Indonesia year 2009-2017 using monthly data. The riset use is the OLS regression between e-money and trade. This view riset how e-money is able to support the progress of the trade sector to support the realization of AEC 2015 with the effect of the realization of welfare for the community. The results of the analysis show that the development of e-money trade impacts the change of independent value of variables or free variables (E-money) can explain 0.439 or 43.9% of the dependent variables or dependent variables (trade) while the rest (1-0,439 = 0.561 or 56.1 %) described other unspecified variables (not included) in the model. In the economic sense can be said that if there is an increase in the use of E-money of Rp. 1 per month it will affect the increase also on the consumption of Rp. 2.4. Similarly, if a decrease in the use of E-Money of Rp 1 per month it will have an impact on the decrease in consumption. And a positive and significant influence between the use of e-money to trade in goods and services in Indonesia in 2009-2017. This is because the increasing use of e-money will increase trade in goods and services. This is because psychologically someone will be easier to spend money in the form of non-cash than cash. There is a positive and significant influence between the use of electronic money (e-money) on trade in goods and services in Indonesia in 2009-2017. This is due to the ease and speed offered in electronic money (e-money) so that the use of electronic money is increasing among the public. The higher the use of electronic money (e-money), the higher the trade in goods and services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan wisatawan terhadap niat rekomendasi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam. Kemudian untuk mengetahui perhitungan perbandingan rata-rata kepuasan wisatawan terhadap niat rekomendasi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam. Mahasiswa aktif Politeknik Negeri Batam Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Program Studi D3 Akuntansi dan D4 Akuntansi Manajerial angkatan 2019-2022 yang pernah mengunjungi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. 306 akan dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta pengumpulan data dan informasi dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Forms kepada peserta penelitian. Excel digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang kemudian diolah dengan program SPSS 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat rekomendasi wisata ramah muslim di Kota Batam.

Abstract

The present study explores business behavior and consignment arrangements with suppliers demonstrated by Hamzah Batik, a batik and souvenir center in Yogyakarta,regarding the perspective of Islamic business ethics. A qualitative approach was employed in this field research. The data were collected through interviews with resellers, suppliers, and courier service and logistics companies dealing with Hamzah Batik as well as observation and documentation. The findings expose that Hamzah Batik performed positive business behavior concerning Islamic business ethics. It is worth noticing that the shopping centeremphasized visionary business leadership and managed a good consignment system with its suppliers. Additionally, both parties engaged in beneficial business cooperation. Hamzah Batik served the suppliers’ rights and obligations. This study promotes that corporate social responsibility and trust provided with suppliers constitute a very pivotal element in maintaining a successful business partnership.

Abstract

 Words of mouth is still an interesting issue to discuss. This research examine how service quality can influence trust to raise worth of mouth. Service quality divided into core services quality and peripheral service. Positive words of mouth measured by referencing intention. This study focus on how service quality effect both customer trust and words of mouth. The data were collected through a survey among patients in a private medical clinic in Kudus Regency. . The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model on AMOS 21. The findings in this study showed that core service quality influences trust and referencing intention directly also indirectly. Peripheral service quality has influences on trust but it has no direct effect on referencing intention. From this study, the medical clinic management can learn to improve service quality in order to increase positive words of mouth.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of  Islamic corporate governance on tax avoidance of sharia banking in Indonesia. The data that used in this study is scendary data derived from annual financial statements and good corporate governance report of sharia banking in Indonesia during 2013-2017 period. The number of sharia banking that became sample in this study were 8 banks so there 55 research samples. The metohod of analysis that use is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that the elements of corporate governance that consist of  the board of commissioners, the board of commissioner meeting, the board of sharia, the board of sharia meeting, audit committee, meeting of audit comitte significantly influence the activity of tax avoidance as measured using proxy book tax gap. Other results show that the tax avoidance activity as measured with proxy book tax gap are not affected significantly by the board of commissioner meeting. Limitation of this study is use corporate governance’s proxy separately, so it can’t capture the full effect of corporate governane.

Abstract

KUR merupakan satu solusi pemerintah untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memperoleh tambahan modal usaha Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat UMKM dalam mengambil pembiyaan KUR syariah PT.Pegadaian di Kota Semarang diantaranya faktor  promosi, prosedur pembiayaan dan lokasi.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus Rao Purba. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda SPSS 26 yang sebelumnya telah lolos uji asumsi klasik.Hasil penelitian pada uji t menjelaskan bahwa promosi, prosedur pembiayaan dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat UMKM dalam mengambil pembiayaan KUR syariah pada PT.Pegadaian. Selain itu, variabel promosi,prosedur pembiayaan,dan lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat UMKM dalam mengambil pembiayaan KUR syariah PT Pegadaian.

Abstract

Public consumption of bread has increased because bread is considered practical, easy to find, and can be consumed at any time so that makes buying interest in bread continues to increase. However, bread has a critical point in the additional ingredients used in making bread so that its halalness is still in doubt. Based on this phenomenon, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence the buying interest of Muslim Consumers in halal bread products. This research uses a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis which is assisted by using SPSS software version 23. Independent variables in this study are halal awareness, halal certification, religiosity, halal marketing, and personal social perception. While the dependent variable is purchase intention. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 100 Muslim students of the Faculty of Economic and Busines ,  Diponegoro University, Semarang. The results of the study showed that halal awareness, halal certification, religiosity, halal marketing, and personal social perception affected the purchase intention of halal bread positively and significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to indentified drivers that have relationship with performance value in Indonesian Sharia Bank as an alternative to measure syariah bank performace. This study try to gived an alternative measurement sharia bank’s performance based on internal aspect and eksternal aspect which are may haved been relationship in sharia bank performance. The sample of this study is Indonesian sharia bank which used panel data in periode 2010-2015. This study found there is relationship between financial,strategic value and macroeconomy have relationship to sharia bank performance and only zakat Performance ratio and Sohibul Maal Welfare Ratio have significant relationship with sharia bank performance
