Abstract

With the increasing number of residents in the area Banyumanik, then the rank of the need for clean water needs of the population will also rise. Then the distribution network planning needs to be done to improve public services and Semarang in the current period and future. Development of water supply systems for the necessary existence of the concept of planning, designing, implementing, and operating a mature work by considering the social, economic, physical state area, and urban land use. This study aims to determine the water needs until 2021. Analysis of pressure and continuity performed with theoretical analysis and program Epanet as controls, customized to the needs of water every hour.mThe planning construction of water distribution networks in the form of the amount of data required and the conditions of residence as a basis for planning. Projections of future population growth can be calculated from the rate of population growth the last 5 years ie 2007 s / d 2011, obtained data from the Central Bureau and Statistics. And projected population growth is calculated using the geometric method, so that can be projected on the population in the city of Semarang Banyumanik Housing until 2021 amounted to 45.309 people. Need for clean water the planning criteria can be based on water table of DPU Human Settlements, the calculation of the population in 2021 Housing Banyumanik average - average of 98 liters / second and the need for clean water at the peak 147 liters / second. Analysis and planning of water distribution using the program Epanet 2.0. Results from analysis and planning, distribution network to run smoothly until the year 2021 it was replacement of existing piping system that is not enough with PVC pipe along the 715 m Ø250, Ø250 PVC pipe along the 610 m, pipe Ø250 PVC along 199 m. Total budget proposed for the development of water distribution networks in the National Housing Authority Banyumanik is Rp.1.028.000.000, 00. With long work for 24 weeks.

Abstract

Perencanaan struktur gedung yang berada di wilayah rawan gempa harus direncanakan dengan baik, kuat, dan tahan terhadap beban gempa agar tidak terjadi kegagalan struktur yang tidak diinginkan. Dengan didasarkan pada SNI 03-2847-2013 dan SNI 03-1726-2012, maka perlu dilakukan desain ulang pada Struktur Gedung Rawat Inap RSUD Kabupaten Temanggung. Perencanaan Struktur Gedung Rawat Inap RSUD Kabupaten Temanggung ini meliputi perencanaan struktur atas dan struktur bawah. Perencanaan struktur atas, meliputi perencanaan pelat, balok, kolom, dinding geser yang dibantu dengan menggunakan program SAP. Perencanaan struktur bawah, meliputi perencanaan pondasi sumuran yang dilakukan secara manual. Pembebanan yang ditinjau untuk perencanaan elemen struktur adalah beban mati, beban hidup dan beban gempa yang dihitung dengan menggunakan metode analisis dinamik spektrum respons gempa. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, Perencanaan Struktur Gedung Rawat Inap RSUD Kabupaten Temanggung yang terdiri dari 8 lantai ini terbuat dari beton bertulang dan menggunakan Sistem Ganda yang merupakan kombinasi antara dinding geser beton bertulang khusus dan rangka pemikul momen khusus.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the slope stability on clay shale soil and to provide recommendations of design that meet the design criteria with the level of service based on the standard on the project Semarang-Solo toll road. The toll road was built to support economic growth in Semarang, Solo and its surroundings. The location was reviewed in this thesis include a toll road project Semarang-Solo package IV Sta. 22+700 to 22+775. We choose these location because we consider that these sta have the greatest risk of landslides. The data used in this case study were primary and secondary datas. The datas were collected by interview method, observation methode and methods of literature. For analysing in this thesis were by calculate the slope stability and provide alternative solutions to problems that occured. Geotechnical analysis was done in two ways, namely manual and program. Manual analysis used Fellenius method and Bishop’s method while analysis finite element method used Plaxis software 8.2. Mohr-Coulomb failure model were chosen as a model soil. The results showed that the catastrophic landslide occurred at Sta 22+700 to 22+775. Changed the geometry of the slope and strengthening with bored pile at two different elevation were tired to produce sliding safety factor 1,433 this value is greater than the safety factor requirement 1,4.

Abstract

ABSTRAKGedung Transmart Lampung adalah bangunan gedung 6 lantai, dimana terdapat 1 lantai basement untuk parkir kendaraan, 3 lantai store area untuk tempat perbelanjaan, 1 lantai kids city untuk tempat bermain, 1 lantai CGV cinema sebagai tempat menonton, dan 1 lantai atap untuk tempat cooling tower. Total ketinggian gedung ini adalah 41,13 meter. Desain struktur gedung ini mencakup perencanaan struktur atas dan struktur bawah. Struktur atas direncanakan menggunakan atap rangka baja dan beton bertulang (plat lantai, tangga, balok, dan kolom) sedangkan struktur bawah direncanakan menggunakan pondasi sumuran. Peraturan yang digunakan yaitu SNI 1727-2013 mengenai Beban Minimum untuk Perencanaan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain, SNI 1726-2012 mengenai Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non-Gedung, SNI 2847-2013 mengenai Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung, dan SNI- 03-1729-2015 untuk perencanaan struktur baja. Perencanaan struktur beton bertulang pada bangunan ini didesain menggunakan metode sistem rangka gedung dengan konfigurasi struktur Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Dari hasil analisis dan perencanaan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi massa lebih dari 90% dicapai sampai dengan kombinasi mode 20 dan gaya geser dasar dinamik lebih besar 85% dari gaya geser dasar statik ekivalen. Pemilihan konfigurasi Sistem Rangka Gedung ini bertujuan mendapatkan daktilitas tinggi agar struktur dapat mengalami simpangan pasca elastis besar secara berulang kali sehingga mampu mempertahankan kekuatan struktur pada saat terjadi gempa kuat. Pembebanan yang ditinjau untuk perencanaan elemen struktur adalah beban mati, beban hidup, beban gempa, beban angin, dan juga beban khusus Roller Coaster. Karena adanya Beban Roller Coaster mengakibatkan torsi yang sangat besar sehingga untuk pengurangan torsi digunakan sistem balok anak bersilang pada joint kolom Roller Coaster. Struktur rangka kuda-kuda atap digunakan profil asal IWF 500.200.10.16 yang akan diubah menjadi CB 700.200.10.16. Pada perencanaan balok induk diperoleh hasil dimensi 400 mm × 700 mm dengan tulangan longitudinal D25 dan tulangan transversal D10 – 75, untuk perencanaan kolom diperoleh dimensi 650 mm × 650 mm dengan tulangan longitudinal 28D25 dan tulangan confinement D10 – 50. Pada perencanaan pondasi sumuran direncanakan sampai kedalaman 6 meter dengan diameter tiang 2200 mm.

Abstract

Structural Design of Amaris Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang designed with SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1726-2012. Seismic analysis using dynamic respons spectrum method. Seismic forces calculated based on area of the earthquake zone 4 as the region has a fairly large earthquake acceleration, so it must be designed earthquake-resistant structures. Included in Seismic Design Criteria Type D so that the planning system used method with special moment resisting frames system (SMRFS). Frame system is composed of a framework of beams and columns, where the columns are made stronger than the beam (strong column weak beam). To avoid failure of the structure at the beam-column joint, plastic form joint is planned to occur in the beams and columns only occur at the top of the column foundation. Structure analysis using anayisis structure program to help modeling the structure and determine the forces acting on the structure. Materials used are concrete f'c 25 MPa, where as for steel reinforcement plates and stirrup fy 240 MPa and longitudinal bar fy 400 MPa.

Abstract

Semarang is one of the big cities, where many centers of economic, political, socio-cultural and educational center. The existence attractive to residents outside of Semarang to travel to Semarang. Most Salatiga’s residents doing trip - roundtrip to the Semarang city. However, the operation conditions of public transportation that led to and leaving  Semarang still not up and there are a few obstacles along the way such as markets, factories and other activities that disrupt the trip. This transport problems will cause a variety of negative effects, such as lost time due to the long trip and the increase in Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC) to existing roads, so that the government develop a national road network in particular in areas of Java such as Trans Java Toll road construction Semarang - Solo segment. The purpose of this evaluation is to analyze the velocity space (space mean speed) and the Vehicle Operating Costs comparison between existing roads and toll roads segment Ungaran - Salatiga. Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC) using the Pacific Consultants International (PCI) formula. Data that obtained from the survey results for the velocity space (space mean speed) toward Ungaran - Salatiga for each vehicle and departure times both morning and afternoon, for the morning bus speeds faster 1.55 km / h of speed during the day is 31.14 km / h; 2 axle trucks during the day faster 4.67 km / h of speed in the morning is 30.76 km / h; as daytime tuk 3 faster 1.37 km / h from speed in the morning is 27.05 km / h; while the direction of Salatiga - Ungaran for the bus in the morning faster 1.21 km / h of speed during the day is 36.36 km / h; 2 axle trucks during the day more fast 3.77 km / h of speed in the morning is 34.29 km / hr; 3 axle truck in the morning faster 3.09 km / h of speed during the day is 26.81 km / h. The average speed for the Toll Road is taken based on a minimum speed of 60 km / h. The results of the comparison vehicle operating cost (VOC), it costs when crossing the Toll road is more economical when compared to the existing road. Where is the economic value of the vehicle in the morning for the bus is more efficient to IDR 37.132,38 (27.19%); 2 axle trucks more efficient IDR 32,802.99 (30.17%); and 3 axle trucks more efficient IDR 22,842.59 (13.58%). While in the afternoon, when crossing the Toll road for the bus will be more efficient IDR 39,564.97 (28.47%); for 2 axle trucks more efficient IDR 26,220.25 (25.67%); while for 3 axle trucks would be more efficient IDR 23,083.17 (13.70%).

Abstract

Pelayanan bus AKDP Jawa Tengah terindikasi memiliki permasalahan antara lain tidak meratanya jaringan pelayanan angkutan umum, tidak sesuainya rute trayek yang terdaftar dengan kondisi di lapangan, kondisi bus yang sudah tidak layak dan kesenjangan load factor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan bus AKDP, tingkat isian pada tiap trayek, biaya operasi kendaraan dan kesesuaian tarif yang berlaku pada kondisi saat ini. Metodologi yang dilakukan untuk analisis tingkat pelayanan dengan menggunakan indikator efektivitas dan efisiensi. Sementara itu untuk analisis tingkat isian menggunakan data-data dari survei dinamis. Perhitungan BOK menggunakan panduan dari Dishubkominfo Jawa Tengah. Dari metode analisis tingkat pelayanan akan menentukan apakah trayek telah efektif dan efisien atau belum. Sedangkan dari metode analisis tingkat isian menghasilkan pola perjalanan yang menentukan trayek tersebut perlu dilakukan penggantian jenis armada atau tidak. Perhitungan BOK menghasilkan nilai yang digunakan untuk menghitung tarif yang sesuai. Hasil dari analisis tingkat pelayanan yaitu kelima trayek tersebut berada di bawah standar yang berlaku pada indikator kecepatan, headway, waktu tunggu penumpang, load factor, utilisasi, availability dan umur kendaraan. Sementara itu untuk analisis tingkat isian penumpang menghasilkan pola perjalanan yang mengharuskan adanya perubahan jenis armada pada beberapa trayek yang nilai load factornya berada di bawah 0,70. Kemudian dari perhitungan BOK menghasilkan tarif baru Rp257,55/km. Kelima trayek dinyatakan tidak efektif dan tidak efisien karena tidak memenuhi nilai standar pada sebagian besar indikator. Load factor yang memenuhi standar yaitu Semarang – Gubug - Purwodadi.PP dengan nilai load factor 0,90. Total BOK bus besar yaitu Rp7.366,16/bus/km. Perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan pada semua indikator agar load factor dapat meningkat. Untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih valid, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian pada waktu peak dan off peak.  Kemudian melakukan survei statis agar nilai headway pada kondisi lapangan dapat lebih akurat.

Abstract

The population and community activities that lead to increased irrigation water demand is increasing and causing problems between water balance demand and water availability. To overcome this case was built water building of small dam. Tamanrejo small dam situated on the Kajar River, Sukorejo Kendal Regency. Tamanrejo small dam is planned to meet the needs of irrigation water in the District Sukorejo, irrigation area that will be served an estimated area of 750 acres. Discharge mainstay Kajar River calculated based FJ. Mock method with the probability of 20% is not being met. In Agustus until November there is a shortage of water at 108.493,75 m3. Small dam volume of 126.073,69 m3 is at an elevation of +140,00 m to +147,00 m. The result of water balance calculations indicate that the volume of 126.073,69 m3 can to meet the need of irrigation water when the river have flow shortage. Calculation results obtained irrigation water needs 1,54 l/sec/acres as irrigation water requirement rate on average. Construction of a small dam Tamanrejo be making use of the spillway and dam embankment body. Determination of dimensions small dam Tamanrejo use flood discharge plan from the HSS Gama I method of 83,189 m3/sec with a return period of 50 years. The planned small dam 11 m high, with a base elevation ponds +140,00 m, +151,00 m small dam crest elevation. Small dam crest width of 5,00 m, upstream slope of 1:3 and downstream slope of 1:2,25. In planning small dam Tamanrejo used ogee type open spillway (overflow spillway) with a width of 25 m, length 13 m and elevation crest spillway at +147,00 m, using an eject USBR type III with a length of 5,00 m. Plan Implementation time is 24 weeks with work plan budget of Rp. 6,258,700,000.00 (Six Billion Two Hundred Fiffty Eight Million Seven Hundred Thousand Rupiah). Conclusion with built small dam can overcome the shortage of irrigation water.

Abstract

Central Java and East Java is separated by the Bengawan Solo River. To support the activities of transportation which across Central Java and East Java, was Bengawan Solo Bridge built on the road Cepu -Padangan on Blora KM SMG 160.09. Bengawan Solo Bridge consists of two bridges, Bengawan Solo Baru Bridge and Bengawan Solo Lama Bridge. Since 1994, only Bengawan Solo Baru Bridge which operated, while Bengawan Solo Lama Bridge had no function anymore because the condition is not feasible. Along with the growth and movement patterns of traffic, it was found that in certain conditions, especially during peak hours, often seen queues of vehicles will cross the Bengawan Solo Baru Bridge. This is based on the value of Degree of Saturation (DS) Bengawan Solo Baru Bridge is 0.78 (> 0.75), which indicates the traffic condition is already unstable. Therefore, operating Bengawan Solo Lama Bridge again can be a solution to the congestion and potential overload that occurs. However, to realize that, Bengawan Solo Lama Bridge needs to be redesigned considering exsisting condition is not feasible and the age of the bridge is already very old. As the technical and aesthetic considerations, Bengawan Solo Lama Bridge is designed by considering the condition of Bengawan Solo Baru bridge so that the Bengawan Solo Lama Bridge is planned use steel structures for the upper structure and reinforced concrete structures for bottom structure. After that, Bengawan Solo Lama Bridge is designed to serve traffic from Cepu to Padangan with the type of road 2/1 UD (two-lane one-way) which has a width of 6 meters and width of sidewalks 2 x 1 meter. The planning of traffic aspects use a life design for 25 years with the traffic growth by 2,472% per year. Implementation of Construction is at a cost of 33.4 billion. The scope of the planned bridge elements in this thesis includes work for the overall structure bridge and approach bridge.

Abstract

Changes in land use in the Blukar watershed impact on the amount of surface runoff that flows directly into the river. The result is erosion in the upstream areas, while sedimentation occurs in downstream areas. Sedimentation make river capacity is reduced so that the puddle caused by flooding can not be avoided. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the puddle caused by flooding of Blukar river by providing designs of river normalization and conservation. The method used are the analysis of the average maximum rainfall using Polygon Thiesen method, analysis of rainfall intensity using Mononobe formula, flood discharge analysis with Rational method, FSR Java-Sumatra, Haspers, Weduwen, HSS Gama I, HEC-HMS (computer program) and Passing Capacity, channel cross-sectional analysis with the aid of a computer program HEC-RAS, foundation and slope stability analysis using Shield and Fellenius formula. The study results showed that of the various method of flood discharge analysis conducted, flood discharge plan selected by FSR Java-Sumatra method with return period of 25 years at 210.6705 m3/sec, sectional repairs done from STA 0+000 - STA 22+500 with 22.5 km long with the help of HEC-RAS which channel base width of 35 m, the embankment slope 1:1.5, the water level varies, and surveillance by 0.8 m high. From the analysis of HEC-RAS was found that the dimensions above approximate can reduce the floodwaters as high as 1.71 m. Meanwhile for excavation, the total volume of channel excavation is 2,471,904.5 m3 with details of 378,615 m3 used as material embankment and 2,093,289.5 m3 discharged to disposal area. Furthermore, in order to obtain optimal performance results of Blukar watershed flood management, need to follow up by involving various stakeholders.
