Pemberdayaan Masyarakat: Strategi pemberdayaan, peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial, serta resolusi konflik dan harmoni sosial. Sosiologi dan Antropologi: Analisis empiris terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial dan interaksi budaya dalam masyarakat Muslim. 3. Hukum (Law) Fokus pada studi hukum dengan pendekatan multidisipliner dan interseksional: Hukum Murni dan Normatif: Kajian terhadap teks hukum, perundang-undangan, dan teori hukum dasar. Abstract

In general, every Muslim across the globe is familiar with the term taqwa, yet not all understand it comprehensively. Taqwa is frequently interpreted solely as a vertical relationship with God, whereas it also encompasses a horizontal dimension—the relationship with fellow human beings. This study aims to explore how the Qur'an integrates the vertical relationship (Habl min Allah) and the horizontal relationship (Habl min an-Nas) into a single unified concept: taqwa. The research method employed is qualitative research using a tafsir maudhu’i (thematic interpretation) approach. The results indicate that taqwa serves as an integrative moral consciousness that combines vertical devotion to God with social responsibility toward others. This synergy fosters justice, non-discrimination, and respect for human dignity, as reflected in honesty, responsibility, empathy, and noble character (akhlak). Based on this comprehensive interpretation, taqwa can be understood as a holistic principle that integrates inner piety, moral integrity, and social commitment within a single framework of values

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business strategy of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. as one of the largest tobacco companies in Indonesia in facing the increasingly complex challenges of the tobacco industry. The analysis was conducted using a strategic management approach through external and internal company analysis. External analysis employed the PESTLE framework and Porter’s Five Forces to identify opportunities and threats arising from political, economic, social, technological, legal, environmental, and industrial competition factors. Meanwhile, internal analysis was conducted to evaluate the company’s management and human resource aspects. This research also utilized several strategic analysis tools, including the IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix, and BCG Matrix to determine the company’s strategic position. The results indicate that PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. has a strong internal position with an IFE score of 3.50 and is able to respond effectively to external opportunities and threats with an EFE score of 2.78. Based on the IE Matrix, the company is positioned in the Grow and Build strategy category, while the BCG Matrix analysis shows that Sampoerna’s products are classified as cash cows.

Abstract

A harmonious relationship between principals and teachers is a crucial aspect in determining the effectiveness of educational delivery within schools. The leadership style adopted by the principal plays a significant role in shaping the pattern of relationships between principals and teachers. This study aims to examine strategies that can be implemented by democratic principals to build harmonious relationships with teachers. The method used in this study is a literature review, which involves collecting and analyzing various sources of information relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that effective strategies include involving teachers in decision-making processes, fostering open communication, providing opportunities for professional development, and resolving problems through deliberation and mutual discussion. The implementation of these strategies can create a conducive working environment and improve the quality of education provided in schools.

Abstract

One of the key pillars for the development of knowledge, abilities, and expertise that people possess in order to cultivate their capabilities and adjust to a constantly changing environment is education. The purpose of this literature review is to investigate how primary school students' comprehension is affected by the use of learning models and learning media. This study employs a qualitative methodology and a literature review technique to investigate how primary school students' comprehension is affected by the use of learning models and learning media. The findings demonstrate that the use of interactive learning models in conjunction with appropriate learning media has a beneficial impact on raising student comprehension. Pupils are more engaged in the learning process, have better conceptual understanding, and find it simpler to relate the subject to real-world situations. Therefore, it can be concluded that promoting learning success at the primary school level is greatly aided by the combination of suitable learning media and learning models.

Abstract

Educational developments in the 21st century demand an increase in students’ critical thinking skills and conceptual understanding, particularly at the elementary school level, where students still struggle to grasp abstract concepts through conventional teaching methods. This study aims to analyze the impact of audiovisual media on elementary students’ conceptual understanding and to identify the factors influencing it. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach applied to 10 relevant research articles published between 2020 and 2025. The analysis was conducted through the stages of identification, selection based on inclusion criteria, evaluation, and thematic synthesis. The results indicate that audiovisual media consistently have a positive impact on students’ conceptual understanding because they can present abstract material in a more concrete and easily understandable manner. Additionally, audiovisual media also contribute to enhancing students’ motivation and engagement in the learning process. However, their effectiveness remains influenced by instructional design, the purpose of media use, and students’ individual circumstances. In conclusion, audiovisual media are an effective instructional strategy for improving elementary school students’ conceptual understanding and should be appropriately integrated into the learning process to support improvements in educational quality.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in shaping students’ character and morality through the internalization of Islamic values in everyday life. PAI learning is not only oriented toward cognitive understanding, but also toward the development of attitudes, behavior, and skills that reflect noble character. However, the rapid growth of technology and digital transformation has created new challenges in the learning process. Conventional teaching methods such as lectures and memorization are considered less effective when they are not supported by strategies capable of influencing students’ real behavior in a sustainable manner. This study aims to explain the concepts of habituation and exemplary strategies in PAI learning and to analyze the effectiveness of integrating positive reinforcement in character building. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach through content analysis of various relevant references on character education and PAI learning. The findings indicate that strong character formation requires consistent habituation, the presence of role models who can be emulated, and continuous positive reinforcement. The integration of these three strategies has proven effective in increasing intrinsic motivation, fostering moral awareness, building discipline, and encouraging students’ independent learning holistically. Therefore, habituation, exemplary behavior, and positive reinforcement strategies can serve as effective approaches in strengthening the implementation of PAI learning that is relevant to educational needs in the era of digital transformation

Abstract

Learning to read and write the Quran (BTA) is an important aspect of Islamic education. However, in its implementation, various difficulties are still encountered by students, especially new students who do not yet have a basic understanding of reading and writing the Quran. This article aims to describe the process of implementing BTA learning, the types of difficulties experienced by students, the inhibiting factors, and teacher strategies for overcoming these difficulties in learning BTA in madrasas. This study used qualitative methods using interviews with BTA teachers. The results indicate that BTA learning is implemented through the stages of introduction, review of material, presentation of new material, question and answer sessions, and private and class recitation submissions. Learning difficulties experienced by students include poor Quranic reading skills, difficulty writing Arabic letters, and low interest in learning. The strategies implemented by teachers include grouping students based on ability, using engaging learning methods, providing motivation and rewards, and implementing the talaqqi and iqra methods in learning. These strategies are considered effective in improving students' Quranic reading and writing abilities.

Abstract

The scientific approach in learning is not only relevant to the field of science, but is also crucial for strengthening systematic, reflective, critical, and evidence-based thinking skills in the Assessment course within the Islamic Religious Education Study Program. This article aims to reconstruct the learning evaluation model of the scientific approach by utilizing the EPSA Model framework developed through research and development. This model is directed at assessing the implementation of learning through three main components, namely preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities. The foundational research used as a reference employs the Plomp development model, covering the planning, testing, and implementation stages. The evaluation instrument was developed through expert validation, readability testing, limited try-outs, and extensive try-outs. Data analysis was conducted using Aiken's content validity, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Cronbach's Alpha reliability, and product feasibility assessment. The development results indicate that the construct of the evaluation model consists of learning readiness, spatial arrangement, apperception, observing, questioning, experimenting, analyzing, communicating, assessment, reflection, and follow-up. The instrument is proven to be valid, reliable, and feasible to use. The contribution of this article lies in the assertion that Assessment learning in Islamic Religious Education can be evaluated more comprehensively through the interconnection of scientific processes, learning assessments, and the improvement of lecture quality. Abstract

Classroom management skills are essential competencies that teachers must possess in creating effective and conducive learning processes. In Arabic language learning at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level, classroom management is not only related to pedagogical competence but also to the implementation of teachers’ professional ethics in interacting with students. Problems identified in this study indicate challenges in creating an active, orderly, and enjoyable classroom atmosphere, particularly in Arabic language learning for grade 3 students at MI Assholach. This study aims to analyze classroom management skills from the perspective of the professional ethics of Arabic language teachers in grade 3 at MI Assholach. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of Arabic language teachers, third-grade students, and the headmaster. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers have implemented various classroom management strategies, such as seating arrangements, learning motivation, interactive methods, and persuasive approaches toward students. The implementation of professional ethics is reflected in discipline, responsibility, patience, and effective communication between teachers and students. This study concludes that classroom management skills supported by professional ethics are able to create effective and conducive Arabic language learning. Therefore, continuous improvement of teachers’ pedagogical competence and professionalism is necessary

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mental health and workplace well-being on the performance of village government officials. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using interviews and documentation as data collection techniques involving eight village officials in Mojokerto Regency. The findings indicate that mental health, workplace well-being, work–life balance, and organizational support significantly affect the performance of village officials. Support in the form of effective communication, health insurance, and a conducive work environment contributes to improving employee well-being and productivity. However, the demand for public services that operate 24 hours a day remains a major challenge in maintaining a balance between work and personal life. This study concludes that workplace well-being and mental health have a positive impact on the performance of village government officials, highlighting the need for improved policies to support employees’ physical health, mental health, and overall quality of work life.
