Abstract

Inovasi digital kini merombak total dunia edukasi, khususnya lewat pemanfaatan tayangan interaktif. Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana murid menimba ilmu lewat media tersebut sekaligus pengaruhnya bagi kebebasan mereka saat belajar. Tayangan interaktif, yang memadukan konten visual-audio dengan fitur canggih layaknya tes atau simulasi, nyata mengatrol gairah, konsentrasi, serta keaktifan anak didik selama diklat. Selain itu, sarana ini memacu peserta didik supaya lebih mandiri menentukan sasaran akademik, memantau kemajuan, serta memakai bahan ajar secara optimal. Hasil riset mengisyaratkan bahwa klip animasi bermuatan belajar berbasis masalah tergolong pantas diterapkan lantaran sanggup memupuk rasa kepemilikan, membangun suasana sekolah yang asyik, serta memenuhi kriteria alat pengajaran bermutu. Kendala paling berat berupa minimnya bimbingan bagi pendidik dan keterjangkauan alat canggih, namun masalah ini bisa diselesaikan lewat pendampingan serta teknik pengajaran yang tepat. Walhasil, tayangan interaktif bukan cuma manjur dalam menaikkan keaktifan murid, melainkan pula punya fungsi vital guna memicu kemandirian menimba ilmu di zaman modern.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Islamic education curriculum in improving the quality of the learning process in educational institutions. Curriculum is an essential component in the education system that functions as a guideline for the implementation of teaching and learning activities. In the context of Islamic education, the curriculum does not only focus on knowledge mastery but also emphasizes character building and the development of students’ spiritual values. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature study and analysis of various relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that the effective implementation of the Islamic education curriculum requires synergy between curriculum planning, teacher competence, innovative learning strategies, and a supportive educational environment. Furthermore, the integration of Islamic values in the learning process plays a crucial role in shaping students’ noble character. Therefore, the development and implementation of the Islamic education curriculum must be carried out systematically and continuously to respond to the challenges of the modern era and the needs of society

Abstract

The integration of digital technology in education plays a crucial role in fostering interactive and meaningful English language learning, especially for young learners. However, there remains a significant gap between digital learning tools and actual conditions in rural elementary schools, where the main challenges are limited technological facilities and unstable internet access. Although previous research has demonstrated the effectiveness of Wordwall in improving learning outcomes, these studies were mostly conducted in schools with adequate technological support. Therefore, this study aims to explore the implementation of Wordwall in a rural elementary school context and to examine students' perceptions of their use. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at MI Hidayatul Hikmah Ngoro. Data were collected through classroom observations and questionnaires. The results indicate that Wordwall can be implemented even in technologically limited environments, and that teachers have found unique ways to implement Wordwall in their classrooms, such as using shared devices. Additionally, students expressed positive perceptions, indicating that the use of Wordwall makes learning more engaging and easier to understand. However, several challenges were identified, including limited devices and unstable internet access. In conclusion, Wordwall is a practical and adaptable digital learning tool for educational contexts in rural areas. It is recommended that teachers optimize available resources and implement flexible teaching strategies. Further research is encouraged to test the effectiveness of Wordwall using different research designs or in broader educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic management of PT Martina Berto Tbk in responding to the increasing competition in the cosmetics and herbal industry in Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, utilizing secondary data from company annual reports and relevant literature. The analysis is conducted using various strategic management tools, including PEST, Five Forces, SWOT, BCG, IE, SPACE, and QSPM matrices. The findings indicate that the company’s strengths lie in its diversified product portfolio, extensive distribution network, and strong brand image based on natural ingredients. However, the company also faces challenges such as intense competition, dependence on imported raw materials, and operational cost pressures. Based on the QSPM analysis, the most appropriate strategy is market penetration, focusing on strengthening digital marketing, expanding distribution channels, and enhancing customer engagement. This strategy is expected to improve competitiveness and support sustainable growth amid industry dynamics.

Abstract

The practice of observing the new moon influences people’s thinking when forming their opinions, leading to disagreements between scholars and astronomers. Some prefer hisab, whilst others rely on rukyat. But all of these are gifts from Allah bestowed upon humanity so that people may think and learn what is true and correct. Both hisab and rukyat share common ground in that the objects used are the moon, the sun, and the earth. Studies reveal several fiqh analyses based on the opinions of scholars from the four schools of thought: Imam Hanafi, Imam Maliki, Imam Shafi’i, and Imam Hanbali. All four have legal opinions regarding the method of accepting testimony of the crescent moon sighting and astronomical calculation in determining the start of the month. Subsequently, in Indonesia, the Neo-Mabims criteria are recognised, implemented by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, which then regulates the procedures for the isbat session regarding the testimony of the crescent moon sighting, adapting to contemporary developments. This paper is accompanied by an analysis of the hadith, supplemented by the opinions of the four schools of thought based on these two methods. In those times, only the sighting of the crescent moon was used, and it explains why that era did not employ astronomical calculations, along with the underlying reasons; in the final conclusion, it outlines the differences and methods of accepting testimony from the entirety of the content and presents an analysis based on the authors own perspective.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of an integrative curriculum at Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Sunan Drajat Lamongan as a strategic effort to prepare globally minded ulama cadres. The research is grounded in the urgent need for Islamic education that not only deepens religious mastery (tafaqquh fid-dīn) but also equips learners with the global competencies required to navigate contemporary social, cultural, and technological dynamics. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal three principal points. First, the integrative curriculum is structured by combining the salafiyah pesantren curriculum (75%) with the national Ministry of Religious Affairs curriculum (25%), framed by the maxim al-muḥāfaẓah ʿalā al-qadīm al-ṣāliḥ wa al-akhdhu bi al-jadīd al-aṣlaḥ. Second, curriculum implementation is operationalized through three integrated channels—intracurricular, cocurricular, and dormitory-based (keasramaan) activities—blending classical pesantren methods (bandongan, sorogan, halaqah) with modern pedagogical approaches. Third, graduate outcomes demonstrate balanced competence in classical Islamic sciences, mastery of kitab kuning, leadership, foreign-language proficiency, and responsiveness to contemporary issues. The study concludes that the integrative curriculum constitutes a strategic instrument for cultivating ulama who are simultaneously rooted in tradition and globally engaged.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini tentang problematika hukum terkait sertifikasi halal pada pendampingan produk halal LPH center Unversitas Islam Negri Jember(UIN KHAS) di kota jember Pendampingan Produk Halal memiliki peran penting dalam proses pendampingan sertifikasi produk halal, Tugas utama dari pendamping ini ialah melakukan pemeriksaan dan validasi pernyataan kehalalan suatu produk yang diajukan oleh pelaku usaha melalui jalur Self Declare dan regular, Sertifikasi halal dalam hal ini berfungsi sebagai penetapan keputusan hukum terkait standar kehalalan suatu produk, sehingga pelaku usaha memiliki dasar untuk mencantumkan logo atau label halal pada produk yang akan dipasarkan. Proses sertifikasi halal memerlukan biaya yang dibebankan kepada produsen, dengan besaran yang disesuaikan berdasarkan jenis produk yang diajukan, (LPH)berperan sebagai lembaga yang bertanggung jawab dalam menerbitkan sertifikat halal melalui serangkaian prosedur yang ketat, termasuk audit bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga distribusi produk, Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM masih belum memiliki pemahaman yang cukup mengenai pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap hukum dalam menjalankan usaha, khususnya terkait dengan kepemilikan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Sertifikasi Halal

Abstract

The oversight function of the regional house of representatives holds a crucial essence in ensuring development accountability, yet its field implementation frequently encounters obstacles regarding transparency and closed documentation management. The academic anxiety in this research stems from the phenomenon of the degradation of political representation values, where strategic documents resulting from legislative oversight are often reduced merely to administrative archives justifying operational budget disbursements. This study aims to critically analyze the mechanism of infrastructure development oversight by Commission 4 of the Medan City DPRD, dismantle accountability constraints within the legislative documentation system, and offer a solution formulation based on Islamic political ethics through the manifestation of Al-Mawardi's Amanah concept. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, primary data collection was conducted through intensive participant observation during an internship at the council's secretariat, which included compiling Hearing Meeting (RDP) files and recapitulating working visit reports, then combined with literature studies. The field findings indicate that Commission 4's oversight has actually operated procedurally, evidenced by the intensity of working meetings and field inspection mobility, such as the review of the Green Open Space (RTH) policy in Aceh. Nevertheless, there is an acute accountability gap where these strategically valuable documents do not provide substantial openness access for the public. The conclusion of this study asserts that the internalization of Al-Mawardi's Amanah pillars can serve as an ethical anchor to reform documentation governance into a transparent system, returning the council's function to the orientation of public welfare, and mitigating the crisis of public distrust.

Abstract

This research is in the background of the marriage of fellow members of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community which is a common thing for the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community. This is feared to affect the community because the community already knows about the practice of matchmaking in the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community up to the level of marriage. Many parties state that marriage between members of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community and people who are not members of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community (non-LDII) is not allowed because it is contrary to the hadith. In addition, local people, both inside and outside Tulungagung Regency, often express concerns about various marriage practices carried out by the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community. This research uses a qualitative research method (field research), specifically by seeking information in the field directly for interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. Analysis of the validity of the data which includes credibility and triangulation of data. The results of this study show that: (1) what is the tradition of marriage in the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community is: religious, social and community basis, marriage among the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community. (2) the model of marriage implementation in the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community is also divided into three points, namely: the process of finding a mate, the implementation of marriage and the prohibition of marriage in the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community. (3) The Analysis of the Compilation of Islamic Law is contained in article 61 and the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 is contained in article 2 paragraph 1. Both provide a legal framework that must be followed because there are several differences regarding the teachings of marriage in the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institute community in Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

Overkapasitas lembaga pemasyarakatan di Indonesia menjadi persoalan serius dalam sistem penegakan hukum karena berdampak pada tidak optimalnya perlindungan hak narapidana. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara prinsip pemasyarakatan berbasis hak asasi manusia dengan realitas pelaksanaan pidana di lapangan yang masih ditandai kepadatan hunian, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta lemahnya pembinaan terhadap warga binaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penegakan hukum dalam perlindungan hak narapidana pada lembaga pemasyarakatan yang mengalami overkapasitas serta merumuskan formulasi kebijakan hukum yang lebih humanis dan berkeadilan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan teknik analisis isi dan penafsiran hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa overkapasitas menyebabkan terjadinya pelanggaran hak narapidana dalam aspek kesehatan, keamanan, sanitasi, pembinaan, dan kondisi psikologis. Efektivitas penegakan hukum belum berjalan optimal akibat dominasi kebijakan penal yang berorientasi pada pemenjaraan, keterbatasan sarana dan petugas, serta lemahnya implementasi prinsip pemasyarakatan berbasis hak asasi manusia. Dalam perspektif viktimologi, narapidana juga mengalami viktimisasi struktural akibat kegagalan sistem pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan restorative justice, pidana alternatif, rehabilitasi, dan optimalisasi non-custodial punishment sebagai langkah reformasi kebijakan hukum pidana untuk mengurangi overkapasitas dan memperkuat perlindungan hak narapidana.
