Focus and Scope Al Yasini: Jurnal Keislaman, Sosial, Hukum dan Pendidikan adalah jurnal akses terbuka yang berdedikasi untuk mempublikasikan riset multidisiplin dan interdisipliner dengan fokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman, dinamika sosial, pembaruan hukum, dan inovasi pendidikan. Jurnal ini menyediakan platform bagi akademisi untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu kontemporer melalui empat rumpun utama: 1. Keislaman (Islamic Studies) Fokus pada pemikiran, institusi, dan praktik keagamaan dalam konteks kontemporer: Ekonomi dan Filantropi Islam: Pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, dan Wakaf (ZISWAF), ekonomi syariah/etis, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis rumah tangga. Hukum Keagamaan dan Etika: Hukum keluarga, bioetika keagamaan, serta etika lingkungan (Ecotheology). Moderasi dan Pluralisme: Toleransi inklusif, dialog antariman, serta kajian radikalisme vs moderasi. Pendidikan dan Literasi Agama: Literasi skriptural, pendidikan moral-etik, serta integrasi sains dan agama. Sosiologi Agama: Institusi keagamaan, kepemimpinan agama, dan peran ritual sebagai kohesi sosial. 2. Sosial (Social Sciences) Fokus pada dinamika kemasyarakatan, pemberdayaan, dan inklusivitas: Inklusivitas dan Gender: Kajian jender, perlindungan anak, dan inklusi sosial bagi kelompok marginal. Pemberdayaan Masyarakat: Strategi pemberdayaan, peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial, serta resolusi konflik dan harmoni sosial. Sosiologi dan Antropologi: Analisis empiris terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial dan interaksi budaya dalam masyarakat Muslim. 3. Hukum (Law) Fokus pada studi hukum dengan pendekatan multidisipliner dan interseksional: Hukum Murni dan Normatif: Kajian terhadap teks hukum, perundang-undangan, dan teori hukum dasar. Hukum Sosial dan Empiris: Analisis implementasi hukum dalam realitas sosial masyarakat. Interseksi Hukum: Hukum Sosio-Pendidikan (Socio-Educational Law) dan Hukum Sosio-Religius (Socio-Religious Law). 4. Pendidikan (Education) Fokus pada inovasi pedagogi, kebijakan, dan teknologi dalam institusi pendidikan: Inovasi Pembelajaran: Kurikulum, strategi pengajaran, teknologi pendidikan, Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan, serta pedagogi digital dan hibrida. Jenjang Pendidikan: Kajian spesifik pada Pendidikan Dasar, Menengah, Tinggi, dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa. Manajemen dan Kebijakan: Kepemimpinan pendidikan, sosiologi pendidikan, manajemen sekolah/pesantren, serta metode penelitian pendidikan. Pendidikan Karakter dan Nilai: Pengembangan karakter, nilai-nilai moral, serta pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan (Education for Sustainable Development). The provision of exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months is a child’s right as well as a mother’s obligation, as regulated in various national laws, including Article 11 paragraph (1) of Law No. 4 of 2024 on Maternal and Child Welfare. However, its implementation often faces challenges, particularly for career women who must balance professional responsibilities with their breastfeeding duties. This study aims to analyze the implementation of exclusive breastfeeding policies for career women and to examine their relevance from the perspective of Maqashid Shari‘ah, especially in the aspects of hifz al-nafs (protection of life) and hifz al-nasl (protection of progeny). The research employs a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach, supported by secondary data in the form of statutory regulations, Islamic literature, and implementative case studies. The findings indicate that although the regulations provide a strong legal foundation, practical implementation still encounters obstacles such as the lack of lactation facilities in workplaces, limited awareness among employers, and weak supervision. From the perspective of Maqashid Shari‘ah, fulfilling the right to exclusive breastfeeding constitutes part of protecting future generations and the fundamental rights of children, in line with Islamic principles. Therefore, synergy between regulations, social awareness, and institutional commitment is essential to ensure the holistic welfare of mothers and children

This study examines the praxis of religious moderation as a fundamental pillar of social harmony in Bali, focusing on the adaptive attitudes of the Muslim community in Patas Village, Gerokgak District, Buleleng Regency, during the celebration of the Hindu Day of Silence (Nyepi). This qualitative case study aims to analyze the specific contributions of the Muslim community namely, adjusting the volume of the Adzan (call to prayer) and limiting the use of vehicles by walking to the Jami’ Nurul Falah Mosque in strengthening tolerance and interreligious harmony. The research employs C. Otto Scharmer’s U-Model analytical framework to map the collective transformation processes underlying these adaptive practices. The findings indicate that the harmony achieved in Patas Village is the result of a shared awareness rooted in the local value of Menyama Braya (kinship and togetherness) and grounded in the theological principle of Ushul Fiqh al-‘adatu al-muhakkamah (custom as a legal consideration). This transformative process moves from Downloading (the habitual practice of using full-volume loudspeakers during prayer) to Realizing (a new adaptive behavior) through Presencing, in which symbolic acts of sacrifice such as lowering the Adzan volume and walking instead of driving are accepted as manifestations of collective sincerity, as agreed upon by the Interfaith Harmony Forum (FKUB). These practices are also perceived as not diminishing the solemnity of worship. Such simple yet meaningful actions create a high-trust equilibrium, serving as an effective mechanism for conflict prevention. This study fills a gap in the existing literature by presenting a concrete model of tolerance that emerges from social interaction and the collective transformation of consciousness within a minority community in respecting the traditions of the majority.

This study aims to analyze the value of environmental care character among third-grade students at SDSI Baiturrahman. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with third-grade students as the subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The analysis focused on four main indicators: maintaining classroom and school cleanliness, caring for plants, supporting the go green program, and proper waste disposal. The findings reveal that most students have developed environmental awareness, although their consistency varies. In terms of cleanliness, some students were proactive in class duties and organizing facilities, while others still required teacher guidance. Regarding plant care, several students actively maintained the garden, but some only did so when directed. The go green program fostered solidarity and responsibility, though student involvement was uneven. In waste management, students were accustomed to disposing of trash properly, but waste separation was not optimal due to limited facilities. Overall, habituation, teacher role modeling, and adequate facilities play a key role in shaping environmental care character among elementary school students.

Al-Qur’an sebagai wahyu Ilahi menempati posisi sentral dalam kehidupan umat Islam dan menjadi pedoman moral, spiritual, serta sosial sepanjang zaman. Sejak masa Nabi Muhammad SAW, proses pemeliharaan teks Al-Qur’an telah dilakukan melalui tradisi hafalan, penulisan, dan verifikasi langsung oleh Rasulullah. Penelitian ini membahas sejarah kodifikasi Al-Qur’an dari masa Nabi Muhammad SAW, Khalifah Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, hingga masa Khalifah Utsman bin Affan, serta mengkaji kontroversi yang muncul seputar Mushaf Utsmani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka terhadap sumber klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa proses kodifikasi Al-Qur’an berlangsung secara bertahap dan sistematis dengan tujuan menjaga keaslian teks wahyu. Pada masa Abu Bakar, kodifikasi dilakukan untuk menyelamatkan hafalan umat pasca Perang Yamamah, sedangkan pada masa Utsman, standarisasi dilakukan guna menghindari perpecahan bacaan di berbagai wilayah Islam. Kontroversi muncul akibat perintah Utsman untuk menyeragamkan bacaan dan membakar mushaf-mushaf lain, terutama terkait penolakan awal Ibnu Mas‘ud. Namun, mayoritas sahabat kemudian mendukung kebijakan tersebut setelah memahami tujuannya. Para intelektual Muslim klasik seperti Al-Zarkasyi dan As-Suyuthi serta pemikir modern seperti Manna‘ al-Qaththan dan Subhi al-Salih menilai bahwa Mushaf Utsmani merupakan hasil ijtihad jama‘i yang menjaga kemurnian wahyu, bukan bentuk intervensi manusia terhadap teks suci. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Mushaf Utsmani justru menjadi simbol kesatuan umat Islam dan bukti nyata terjaganya otentisitas Al-Qur’an sepanjang sejarah. The crisis of modern epistemology, rooted in the positivist-secular paradigm, has forcibly separated scientific facts from transcendental values, resulting in a loss of teleological orientation in science. This research aims to perform a philosophical reconstruction of the concept of hidayah, not merely as a theological dogma but as an active epistemological principle underlying the human cognitive process. Utilizing a qualitative-philosophicalmethod through library research, this study dissects authoritative classical and contemporary texts to uncover the organic relationship between hidayah and knowledge.The results indicate that hidayah functions as a "super-regulator"within the cognitive structure, integrating bayani, burhani, and irfani reasoning into a unified tawhidic epistemology. This study identifies a hierarchy of hidayah—ranging from the sensory level (hissiyyah) to direct divine assistance (ma'unah/taufiq)—asa catalyst for true objectivity that liberates reason from the biases of ego (nafs). The novelty of this research lies in the repositioning of hidayah as an epistemic variable that providesa teleological compassfor science, ensuring that scientific validity is measured not only through logical coherence and empirical verification but also through ontological alignment with revelation. The implicationsof this research emphasize the importance of curriculum integration in Islamic higher education based on the unity of qauliyah and kauniyah verses to foster civilized and ethical science

This Study Aims To Explore The Phenomenon Of Declining Public Interest In Salaf Islamic Boarding Schools (Pesantren Salaf) And Analyze The Root Causes Of Institutional Innovation Stagnation. Amidst The Waves Of Educational Disruption And Global Pragmatism, Salaf Pesantren Faces An Existential Dilemma Between Maintaining The Originality Of The Classical Texts (Kitab Kuning) And The Demands Of Modernity. Using A Qualitative-Descriptive Method With A Phenomenological Approach, Data Were Collected Through Field Observations, Documentation, And In-Depth Interviews With Boarding School Leaders (Kyai) And Parents. The Results Indicate That The Decline In Enrollment Is Triggered By Three Main Factors: (1) Centralized Charismatic Leadership That Hinders Managerial Professionalism; (2) Resistance To Administrative Formalization Resulting In The Absence Of Formal Diplomas; And (3) Lagging Infrastructure And Digital Literacy (Cultural Lag). This Study Concludes That Rigid Conservatism Has Become A Barrier To The Competitive Advantage Of The Pesantren. As A Solution, "Traditionalist Innovation" And The Optimization Of Muadalah Certification Are Required To Ensure Salaf Pesantren Remains Relevant Without Losing Its Scholarly Identity.

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep niat sebagai fondasi pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan tafsir hadis tematik terhadap hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Umar ibn al-Khaththab tentang kewajiban melandasi segala aktivitas dengan niat. Penelitian kepustakaan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif-analitis dengan sumber data primer berupa hadis niat dalam Shahih al-Bukhari dan Shahih Muslim, serta sumber sekunder berupa kitab-kitab syarah hadis klasik dan karya pemikir pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode tafsir hadis tematik (mawdhu'i) dengan mempertimbangkan konteks historis, kualitas sanad dan matan, serta interpretasi para ulama dari berbagai periode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa niat memiliki kedudukan sentral sebagai al-ahadits al-usul yang mencakup sepertiga ilmu agama. Hadis ini mengandung empat dimensi fundamental dalam pendidikan Islam: dimensi teologis (manifestasi tauhid), dimensi epistemologis (penentu validitas ilmu), dimensi pedagogis (penggerak motivasi intrinsik), dan dimensi aksiologis (penentu nilai dan manfaat ilmu). Niat yang ikhlas membentuk karakteristik pembelajaran berkualitas dan melahirkan pendidik yang berintegritas. Dalam konteks pendidikan kontemporer, hadis ini relevan sebagai solusi menghadapi krisis orientasi pendidikan Islam, komodifikasi pendidikan, dan tantangan riya digital. Implementasi niat ikhlas memerlukan tarbiyah ruhiyyah, muhasabah diri, budaya akademik berintegritas, dan keteladanan ulama salaf secara berkelanjutan

This study examines the role of KH. MA. Sahal Mahfudz in preserving and strengthening the hadith tradition in Indonesia, focusing on two main aspects: (1) his contributions to tahammul (reception), ada’ (transmission), and kitabah (writing) of hadith, demonstrating his dedication to maintaining the authenticity of the sanad; and (2) his potential as a musnid of Indonesia, serving as a pivotal figure in the narration and sanad of hadith in the Nusantara, thereby enhancing Indonesia’s position in the global hadith tradition through his connections with prominent scholars like Syaikh Muhammad Yasin al-Fadani. Employing a qualitative approach based on literature analysis, this study explores KH. Sahal’s biography, scholarly capacity, and works, particularly Lum‘at al-Himmah ilā al-Musalsalāt al-Muhimmah. The findings reveal that KH. Sahal not only preserved the continuity of hadith sanad but also integrated hadith with social fiqh as a contextual hermeneutical framework, making hadith relevant to modern challenges such as social injustice and community empowerment. This research enriches the discourse on Islamic scholarship in the Nusantara by affirming KH. Sahal’s role as a multidimensional figure who combined the hadith tradition with social sensitivity, while recommending the strengthening of hadith curricula in pesantren and academic collaborations to promote Indonesia’s sanad internationally.

Instilling multicultural Islamic values through education requires efforts from educational actors. Teachers as educational actors in instilling multicultural Islamic values in schools must have an understanding of multiculturalism. ThroughLibrary Research In this article, it is concluded that Professional teachers are teachers who are able to respect their students and provide opportunities for all students to reach the highest level, regardless of their social status, gender, religion and culture. Managerial basic skills that must be possessed by a teacher in the management of multicultural students related to learning management and classroom management, including Conceptual Skills (Conseptual Skill), Human Skills (Humanity Skill), Technical Skills (Technical Skill), Time Management Skills, and Decision Making Skills.

This study aims to analyze the strategic management of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk in maintaining its dominance in the Current Account Savings Account (CASA) segment amid increasingly intense competition in Indonesia’s banking industry. The analysis employs several strategic management tools, including PEST analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, Value Chain analysis, TOWS Matrix, SPACE Matrix, BCG Matrix, IE Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix, and QSPM, to identify the bank’s internal and external strategic position and formulate appropriate strategic alternatives. The results indicate that the bank possesses strong financial performance, high liquidity, efficient operational capabilities, and advanced digital innovation that support its competitive advantage. The CASA segment functions as a key pillar in sustaining low-cost funds and strengthening profitability. The recommended priority strategy is market development, particularly through expanding services to micro and rural segments, strengthening digital ecosystems, and collaborating with fintech to capture new growth opportunities. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of how digital transformation, customer-centric services, and strategic market expansion can sustain competitive advantage in a mature and highly regulated banking industry
