Focus and Scope Al Yasini: Jurnal Keislaman, Sosial, Hukum dan Pendidikan adalah jurnal akses terbuka yang berdedikasi untuk mempublikasikan riset multidisiplin dan interdisipliner dengan fokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai keislaman, dinamika sosial, pembaruan hukum, dan inovasi pendidikan. Jurnal ini menyediakan platform bagi akademisi untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu kontemporer melalui empat rumpun utama: 1. Keislaman (Islamic Studies) Fokus pada pemikiran, institusi, dan praktik keagamaan dalam konteks kontemporer: Ekonomi dan Filantropi Islam: Pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, dan Wakaf (ZISWAF), ekonomi syariah/etis, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis rumah tangga. Hukum Keagamaan dan Etika: Hukum keluarga, bioetika keagamaan, serta etika lingkungan (Ecotheology). Moderasi dan Pluralisme: Toleransi inklusif, dialog antariman, serta kajian radikalisme vs moderasi. Pendidikan dan Literasi Agama: Literasi skriptural, pendidikan moral-etik, serta integrasi sains dan agama. Sosiologi Agama: Institusi keagamaan, kepemimpinan agama, dan peran ritual sebagai kohesi sosial. 2. Sosial (Social Sciences) Fokus pada dinamika kemasyarakatan, pemberdayaan, dan inklusivitas: Inklusivitas dan Gender: Kajian jender, perlindungan anak, dan inklusi sosial bagi kelompok marginal. Pemberdayaan Masyarakat: Strategi pemberdayaan, peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial, serta resolusi konflik dan harmoni sosial. Sosiologi dan Antropologi: Analisis empiris terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial dan interaksi budaya dalam masyarakat Muslim. 3. Hukum (Law) Fokus pada studi hukum dengan pendekatan multidisipliner dan interseksional: Hukum Murni dan Normatif: Kajian terhadap teks hukum, perundang-undangan, dan teori hukum dasar. Hukum Sosial dan Empiris: Analisis implementasi hukum dalam realitas sosial masyarakat. Interseksi Hukum: Hukum Sosio-Pendidikan (Socio-Educational Law) dan Hukum Sosio-Religius (Socio-Religious Law). 4. Pendidikan (Education) Fokus pada inovasi pedagogi, kebijakan, dan teknologi dalam institusi pendidikan: Inovasi Pembelajaran: Kurikulum, strategi pengajaran, teknologi pendidikan, Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan, serta pedagogi digital dan hibrida. Jenjang Pendidikan: Kajian spesifik pada Pendidikan Dasar, Menengah, Tinggi, dan Pendidikan Luar Biasa. Manajemen dan Kebijakan: Kepemimpinan pendidikan, sosiologi pendidikan, manajemen sekolah/pesantren, serta metode penelitian pendidikan. Pendidikan Karakter dan Nilai: Pengembangan karakter, nilai-nilai moral, serta pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan (Education for Sustainable Development). The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Pancasila education in building character and social awareness of students at SMP Negeri 11 Palembang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the implementation of the study found that the role of Pancasila education in building character and social awareness of students at SMP Negeri 11 Palembang, it was found that all students from SMP Negeri 11 Palembang through Pancasila education subjects already have good character values and also good social awareness in the school environment and also the community this is seen in the application reflected in Pancasila subjects and also activities such as extracurricular activities that shape the character and social awareness of students, as well as the existence of an attitude journal for each teacher, especially Pancasila education teachers, the journal contains events that occur in the learning process in the classroom towards student attitudes.

This study aims to analyze the business strategy of PT Tempo Inti Media Tbk in responding to digital disruption and changes in public information consumption patterns. The media industry has undergone a significant shift from print-based to digital platforms, requiring companies to transform in order to maintain sustainability and competitiveness. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using strategic management tools such as PESTEL analysis, Five Forces, IFE, EFE, SWOT, and QSPM to evaluate the company’s internal and external environments. The findings reveal that the company’s main strengths lie in its strong brand credibility, high-quality investigative journalism, and business diversification into digital media, data services, and training. Nevertheless, the company faces challenges including declining print revenues, the dominance of global digital platforms, and changing preferences of younger audiences toward fast and visual content. The recommended strategy is to accelerate digital transformation, strengthen subscription-based business models, and develop multimedia and data-driven innovations as new revenue streams. Through these strategies, the company is expected to sustain its competitive advantage and adapt continuously within the evolving digital media ecosystem.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of strategic management in Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) as a company operating in the renewable energy sector to support the transition toward a cleaner and more sustainable energy system. The company plays a significant role in developing geothermal energy as a stable baseload power source, contributing to national energy mix targets and carbon emission reduction. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method by examining internal and external business environments using several strategic formulation tools, including SWOT Analysis, SPACE Matrix, BCG Matrix, IE Matrix, and the Grand Strategy Matrix. The SWOT analysis reveals that the company’s primary strengths lie in its strategic geothermal assets, strong financial backing, long-term power purchase agreements ensuring revenue stability, and commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. However, the firm also faces limitations such as high initial capital requirements, dependence on a single major buyer, and limited diversification of renewable energy sources. Externally, opportunities arise from supportive government policies, increasing demand for clean energy, and Indonesia’s abundant natural resources, while challenges include operational risks, regulatory dynamics, and intensifying competition within the renewable energy industry. The SPACE analysis positions the company in an aggressive quadrant, indicating strong capability for expansion and business development. The BCG Matrix categorizes its core business as high-growth and high-market-share, requiring sustained investment. The IE Matrix suggests a grow-and-build posture, and the Grand Strategy Matrix confirms that the company is in a strong competitive position within a rapidly growing market. Overall, the recommended strategy is sustainable growth through expanding clean energy capacity, diversifying renewable energy portfolios, leveraging technological innovation, and strengthening strategic partnerships and green financing. These strategies are expected to enhance competitiveness while supporting the long-term national energy transition agenda

The integration of taxes and zakat in fiscal policy is a strategic issue in Indonesia, a country with a Muslim majority and high dependence on tax revenue. Normatively, zakat has a function of distribution and poverty alleviation that is in line with the fiscal objectives of the state, namely allocation, distribution, and economic stabilization. However, in practice, the integration of the two has not been optimal and still leaves various complex structural and administrative problems. This study aims to analyze the regulatory, institutional, and social challenges in the integration of taxes and zakat and to formulate relevant and applicable fiscal policy implications in the context of national development. The study uses a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach based on secondary data from scientific journals, books, official reports, and current regulations. The results of the study show that the main obstacles lie in the differences in the legal basis between the sharia system and the national taxation system, the lack of integration between the data systems of the tax authorities and zakat institutions, low public literacy and compliance, and the large gap between the potential and actual collection of national zakat. Although zakat has been recognized as a tax-deductible expense, this mechanism has not significantly improved fiscal effectiveness or optimized welfare distribution. Integration based on regulatory harmonization, strengthening institutional governance, and digitizing administrative systems has the potential to strengthen welfare distribution, improve fiscal compliance, and support sustainable and inclusive national economic stability. Integrasi pajak dan zakat dalam kebijakan fiskal menjadi isu strategis di Indonesia sebagai negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim dan ketergantungan tinggi pada penerimaan pajak. Secara normatif, zakat memiliki fungsi distribusi dan pengentasan kemiskinan yang selaras dengan tujuan fiskal negara, yaitu alokasi, distribusi, dan stabilisasi ekonomi. Namun, dalam praktiknya, integrasi keduanya belum berjalan optimal dan masih menyisakan berbagai persoalan struktural dan administratif yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tantangan regulasi, kelembagaan, dan sosial dalam integrasi pajak dan zakat serta merumuskan implikasi kebijakan fiskal yang relevan dan aplikatif dalam konteks pembangunan nasional. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan resmi, serta regulasi terkini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama terletak pada perbedaan landasan hukum antara sistem syariah dan sistem perpajakan nasional, belum terintegrasinya sistem data antara otoritas pajak dan lembaga zakat, rendahnya literasi dan kepatuhan masyarakat, serta kesenjangan besar antara potensi dan realisasi penghimpunan zakat nasional. Meskipun zakat telah diakui sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak, mekanisme tersebut belum signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas fiskal maupun optimalisasi distribusi kesejahteraan. Integrasi berbasis harmonisasi regulasi, penguatan tata kelola kelembagaan, serta digitalisasi sistem administrasi berpotensi memperkuat distribusi kesejahteraan, meningkatkan kepatuhan fiskal, serta mendukung stabilitas ekonomi nasional secara berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) saat ini menghadapi sejumlah tantangan mendasar dalam pelaksanaannya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi di era industri 4. 0, yang mengharuskan pendidik untuk segera merancang strategi pembelajaran yang bersifat adaptif dan inovatif. Selain itu, kurikulum sangat berperan dalam mengarahkan proses penilaian yang menjadi indikator tingkat pencapaian dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan kerangka evaluasi dalam konteks pemikiran serta tantangan nyata yang muncul di lapangan. Hasil diskusi menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi kognitif dalam PAI seharusnya mengikuti enam tingkat Taksonomi Bloom, yaitu mengingat, memahami, menerapkan, menganalisis, menciptakan, dan mengevaluasi, yang berfungsi sebagai dasar utama untuk menilai kemampuan berpikir siswa secara menyeluruh. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengukuran meliputi model pilihan ganda biasa, model asosiasi, penyelesaian berganda, hingga instrumen berbasis kasus atau diagram. Meskipun kerangka evaluasi sudah lengkap, para pendidik masih menghadapi tantangan nyata, seperti keragaman keyakinan di dalam kelas, kurangnya arahan manajerial untuk kelas yang pluralistik bagi guru, serta kurangnya materi pengajaran yang mencakup semua perbedaan keyakinan. Sebagai kesimpulan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan dan metode yang sesuai, guru dapat mengatasi kesulitan dalam implementasi ini untuk membentuk generasi penerus yang memahami agama dengan baik, berpikiran terbuka, dan mampu berkontribusi secara aktif dalam masyarakat yang pluralistik di zaman sekarang.

Students’ low achievement in economics has become a major concern and is presumed to be influenced by psychological factors, to be specific learning motivation, self-efficacy, and academic procrastination behavior. This study aims to examine the effects of these three variables on students’ economics learning outcomes. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed. The sample consisted of 206 tenth-grade students of SMAN 4 Sidoarjo selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and subsequently analyzed with SPSS through multiple linier regression analysis. The finding reveal that learning motivation and self-efficacy have positive and statistically significant effect on economics learning outcomes, while academic procrastination shows a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence learning outcomes and account for 25,2% of the variance, whereas the remaining 74,8% is explained by other factors beyond the research model. The result highlight the importance of strengthening students’ learning motivation and self-efficacy, as well as minimizing academic procrastination through effective instructional strategies. This study is limited to the variables examined and to a single school setting, therefore, future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables and involve broader research site to obtain more comprehensive findings

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang menekankan fleksibilitas pembelajaran, penguatan kompetensi, serta pembentukan karakter melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, kurikulum tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek akademik, tetapi juga pada pembentukan iman dan akhlak peserta didik. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji Kurikulum Merdeka dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam melalui analisis kritis terhadap implementasi dan evaluasinya di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka melalui kajian dokumen kurikulum dan literatur pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki kesesuaian dengan nilai pendidikan Islam, terutama dalam pengembangan potensi peserta didik dan penguatan karakter. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi kendala seperti kesiapan guru, keterbatasan sarana, serta belum optimalnya integrasi nilai tauhid dan akhlak dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan strategi integrasi nilai Islam agar Kurikulum Merdeka dapat berjalan secara holistik dan seimbang.

This study aims to analyze the professional competence of PAI teachers in managing motivating learning and shaping learning discipline of MTs students. Employing a qualitative literature review method with content analysis, this research synthesizes academic literature to develop a conceptual understanding of teacher competencies in both domains. The findings reveal that professional competence in managing motivating learning encompasses mastery of subject matter, understanding of adolescent characteristics, varied teaching methods, technology utilization, pleasant learning atmosphere creation, real-life relevance, intellectual challenges, constructive feedback, role modeling, positive personal relationships, understanding of motivation theories, continuous reflection, collaboration, comprehensive evaluation, and commitment to professional development. Professional competence in shaping learning discipline includes philosophical understanding of discipline, behavioral role modeling, value inculcation through PAI materials, structured routine habituation, clear rules and consequences, continuous monitoring and feedback, natural consequences utilization, positive classroom culture development, individual approaches, parental collaboration, persuasive approaches in handling violations, engaging learning creation, firmness with compassion, practice reflection and evaluation, and understanding discipline formation as part of Islamic education mission. The study implies that teacher professional development programs must comprehensively address all identified competence dimensions. Future research is recommended to conduct empirical studies testing the relationship between teacher competence and student motivation and discipline.

This research examines the hadith narrated by Ad-Dailami from Ali bin Abi Thalib regarding the command to educate children to love Prophet Muhammad SAW, Ahlul Bait, and read the Qur'an. The research objectives are to analyze the quality of the hadith's chain (sanad) and text (matan), explore supporting evidence, and formulate implementation strategies in contemporary Islamic education. This study employs library research methodology with a descriptive-analytical approach, involving hadith criticism analysis, content analysis, and comparative analysis of primary sources including classical hadith books and secondary sources of Islamic educational literature. The findings indicate that this hadith has a very weak chain (dha'if jiddan) due to several problematic narrators such as Makhariq bin Abdurrahman who is unknown (majhul), Shalih bin Abil Aswad who made numerous errors, and Al-Hasan bin Al-Husain who is considered unreliable. However, the hadith's content strongly aligns with Islamic educational principles found in the Qur'an and authentic hadiths, particularly Surah Luqman verses 13-19 and hadiths emphasizing the virtue of teaching moral character. Implementation of these three educational values can be achieved through storytelling methods of prophetic biography (sirah nabawiyah), introducing inspirational figures from Ahlul Bait, and Qur'anic learning using Tilawati, Iqro', An-Nahdliyah, and Tahajji methods adapted to children's psychological development. The research concludes that despite its weak chain, this hadith maintains high relevance as a framework for Muslim children's character education in facing modernity challenges.

The study of Islam in a modern context requires epistemological renewal to address contemporary challenges. Muhammad Abed al-Jabiri, a contemporary thinker from Morocco, offers a reconstruction of Arab-Islamic epistemology through his project Naqd al-'Aql al-'Arabi (Critique of Arab Reason). This research aims to examine the role of philosophy of science in developing Islamic epistemology by highlighting al-Jabiri's thought. The research method employed is qualitative research with a library research approach, collecting data from various relevant primary and secondary literature. The results show that al-Jabiri identifies three epistemological systems in Islamic tradition: bayani (text-based), irfani (mystical experience-based), and burhani (rationality-based). The main problem is the hegemonic dominance of bayani epistemology that causes stagnation in Islamic thought. Al-Jabiri proposes a circular integration model where the three epistemologies can dialogue and complement each other constructively. This research concludes that philosophy of science serves as a methodological foundation for the emergence of critical, adaptive, and transformative Islamic studies toward contemporary social realities. The reconstruction of Islamic epistemology through the philosophy of science approach enables the development of Islamic scholarship that is not only faithful but also scientifically minded and oriented toward civilizational advancement, capable of integrating textual, spiritual, and rational dimensions into a harmonious unity
