Abstract

The increasing number of services at the Office of Public Works, Building Construction, and Spatial Planning (Cipta Bintar) of Bandung City has encouraged the agency to develop a web-based platform to simplify and accelerate service processes. One of the features provided on this platform is the public complaint service. However, the existing complaint feature still has several shortcomings, including the absence of a report status tracking function, the lack of complaint category classification to ensure reports are directed to the appropriate department, and the absence of a priority determination mechanism for complaint handling. So far, complaints have only been processed based on the order of submission, without considering the level of urgency or potential impact. This research proposes a solution by developing a web-based public complaint system that integrates the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as the core of the prioritization process. SAW is chosen because it enables objective and systematic calculations based on five main criteria: Level of Urgency, Potential Impact, Type of Complaint, Complexity of the Problem, and Report Duration. Through the implementation of SAW, the system is not only able to provide report status information and category classification but also deliver measurable recommendations for handling priorities. The results of this study indicate that the application of the SAW method is the key to improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness of public complaint services at Cipta Bintar Bandung City, as it successfully addresses the limitations of the previous system that relied solely on submission order

Abstract

This research addresses a significant gap in workflow automation literature by investigating the integration of technical documentation validation with developer-centric notification mechanisms. Employing Rapid Application Development methodology coupled with quasi-experimental design, the study developed and validated an end-to-end automation system leveraging n8n, GitHub, and WhatsApp integration for README.md validation. The implementation employed JSON-based workflow scripting to establish automated trigger sequences initiated by repository commits, facilitating real-time validation through content parsing and format verification. Execution testing demonstrated system reliability through iterative debugging and successful notification delivery across multiple test scenarios. The research successfully establishes a practical framework demonstrating the viability of comprehensive documentation automation solutions that extend beyond isolated CI/CD functions, providing immediate, actionable feedback to development teams through preferred communication channels while minimizing implementation complexity.

Abstract

The declining interest in learning the Sundanese language, especially among younger generations, is influenced by the limited availability of engaging and easily accessible learning media. This study aims to develop an Android-based application for introducing basic Sundanese as an interactive and flexible alternative learning tool. The development process adopts the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which includes concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. The application provides fundamental Sundanese learning materials such as numbers, greetings, self-introduction, and non-verbal language, complemented by a quiz feature to evaluate user comprehension. Blackbox testing indicates that all application features function properly. Usability testing involving 30 respondents using a Likert scale obtained a feasibility score of 85.5%, categorized as highly feasible. The average quiz score of 96 further demonstrates the application's effectiveness in enhancing users' understanding of the material. Therefore, this learning application is considered suitable as a supporting tool for learning the Sundanese language and has the potential to increase local language literacy in the community.

Abstract

Usability is an essential prerequisite for a website, serving as a benchmark for system feasibility based on effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction in a given context. In the context of digital marketing and creative services, the quality of the user experience is a key determinant of platform success. This study aims to assess the usability level of the Zee Studio website, identifying potential user interaction issues that may hinder the achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction. Neglected usability issues on a platform can negatively impact the user experience, ultimately reducing efficiency and satisfaction. Therefore, the Heuristic Evaluation method was chosen as the primary instrument in this study. The evaluation was conducted by experts who reviewed the user interface based on Jakob Nielsen's ten heuristic principles to identify heuristic violations in website design. The results of this study are expected to provide a comprehensive list of detected usability issues, complete with severity levels and specific recommendations for improvement. The primary contribution of this research is improving the quality of the Zee Studio website, making it more effective in conveying information, more efficient in navigation, and able to provide optimal levels of satisfaction for its users.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive learning media based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) to enhance technological literacy among senior high school students. The development process adopted the ADDIE Model stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), involving media experts, subject-matter experts, and a trial involving 32 tenth-grade students. Data were collected through observations, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, and pre-test/post-test instruments. Expert evaluations showed that the interactive learning media achieved a "Highly Feasible" category (mean score 4.35 out of 5) in terms of visual design, interactivity, and content relevance. Crucially, a paired samples t-test on the technology literacy scores demonstrated a statistically significant increase in students' abilities after using the media (mean pre-test $= 68.25$; mean post-test $= 85.10; p < 0.001$). This reflects their enhanced ability to access, understand, and utilize digital tools and information more efficiently. Therefore, the PjBL-based interactive learning media is considered highly relevant and effective for use in Informatics learning at the senior high school level.
