Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between company size, debt levels, liquidity, profitability, and the value of companies in the Indonesian manufacturing sector. Using regression analysis on data from 95 manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022, the research explores how these variables interact. Total assets, Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), and Cash Ratio are considered as independent variables, while Return on Investment (ROI) serves as the mediating variable, and Priceto-Book Value (PBV) as the measure of company value. The findings reveal that company size does not significantly impact company value, while debt levels and profitability positively influence it. However, liquidity, although negatively related, does not significantly affect company value. Furthermore, the study shows that company size, debt levels, and liquidity indirectly influence company value through profitability. These insights contribute to understanding the dynamics of the Indonesian manufacturing sector, providing stakeholders with valuable information for formulating effective policies and strategies in a rapidly changing business environment

Abstract

ABSTRACT Green marketing is a further action strategy from sustainability to repair an increasingly damaged environment. Aside from being a human responsibility, green marketing trends are also used to gain a competitive advantage amid the increasingly fierce competition in the cosmetics industry. Herborist is one of the products that carry out green marketing. Although Herborist is a product that is well known by many people, its marketing has not been maximized so it can be said that it is still less competitive than other green products. On the other hand, consumers are increasingly aware that environmental damage cannot be ignored so green consumption is increasing. This concern for the environment is used by Herborist products to attract market attention. In addition to this phenomenon, a gap in the results of previous studies was found, namely the inconsistent relationship between Environmental Concern and Green Purchase Intention. This study aims to develop a conceptual model on how to manage Environmental Concern by using the Self-Congruence Theory approach so as to increase Green Purchase Intention in Herborist beauty products through Green Product Involvement and Self-Image Congruence. Data collection was obtained by 110 respondents using the questionnaire method with the criteria of having purchased Herborist products at least once and domiciled in Semarang. The data processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, using the Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS) software. The results of this study found that environmental concern has a positive and significant impact on green purchase intention through green product involvement and self-image congruence. Therefore, all hypotheses in this study were accepted. The managerial implications of this research are expected can be useful in developing the company's marketing strategy for Herborist products

Abstract

ABSTRACT XYZ Pharmacy was established in 2017 and provides TelePharmacy service, Over-theCounter medicine, and Prescription medicine (Include: cannabinoid-based prescription-only medication for chronic health disorders). Since December 2022, XYZ Pharmacy has been focusing on developing its metaverse presence as a means to expand its marketing reach and create awareness among customers. Using secondary and primary data, this report will be beneficial for the company in the future as it strategizes how to build the metaverse space for reaching and presenting their developments and projects to customers. The second chapter presents key definitions and concepts associated with the metaverse, marketing, marketing channels, SWOT analysis, and the 4Ps marketing matrix. These concepts can help XYZ Pharmacy better comprehend the metaverse and digital marketing channels. In Chapter 3 of the study, the use of the metaverse as a marketing channel for XYZ Pharmacy is analyzed. It discusses the findings as well as approaches by which XYZ Pharmacy can utilize the metaverse as a marketing channel. During the research, it was discovered that the company's internal issues derive from a lack of marketing strategy and resources. This is because they are still exploring the metaverse as a marketing channel. In addition, there are some external threats that XYZ Pharmacy will face that are mentioned in this research. Therefore, in the last two chapters, the researcher gives some recommendations and perspectives that could help the company solve its problems.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work-family conflict and Job Stress on employee performance through affective commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Sai Apparel Industries. This study uses work-family conflict and job stress as independent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable, and affective commitment as the intervening variable. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires to 90 employee respondents in all departments at PT Sai Apparel Industries. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to samples selected through non-probability sampling techniques with the Convenience Sampling method. The measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert Scale. The five hypotheses in this study were tested using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using path analysis and to test the effect of intervening variables using specific indirect effect tests. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). This research data processing uses SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. From the results show that the Work Family Conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and a significant negative effect on affective commitment. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and has a significant negative effect on affective commitment. In addition, from the results of intervening tests on specific indirect effects affective commitment variables can mediate the relationship between work-family conflict and job stress on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper aims to give an outlook regarding what types of criteria the company Agility Startup should focus on in order to improve their social media marketing strategy. The research was conducted to give a compact outlook on what types of Key Performance Indicators should be looked at in order to give a picture regarding the firm’s performance on their social media marketing efforts. To complete the research, the author has utilized desk research by using various sources such as journals from Saxion Library, Google Scholar, and Elsevier. The results show that Agility Startup should be focusing on different types of factors for each social media platform that they use, with some overlap between each program on the KPIs. The company should also look at other varying factors in the users of social media marketing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT There have been several demographic changes that society has experienced in recent years with the entry of women into the labor market. As a result, there is a possibility of a mismatch between work and family. In this case, it is not only women who have families, but men too. The population in this study were ASN Employees at Soerojo Hospital Magelang. The sampling technique in this research uses the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the SPSS 26 program to determine the path coefficient and the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable through the mediating variable. This research aims to analyze the impact of Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention and Individual Performance which is mediated by Work Engagement in Soerojo Hospital. The research results show that the higher the Work-Family Conflict, the higher the Turnover Intention, conversely, the higher the Work-Family Conflict, the lower the Individual Performance. Work Engagement is able to mediate the impact of Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention and decreasing Individual Performance. Soerojo Hospital can carry out more in-depth evaluations of employees through surveys and counseling related to problems faced by employees such as work-family conflict. This can help employees to resolve their problems, understand what is needed, and also understand what happens to employees as a result of work-family conflict to prevent increased turnover intentions and decreased individual performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era, many companies are paying close attention to employee turnover rates, as high turnover can have detrimental effects on a company. Maintaining employee retention is a vital strategy that can significantly impact a company's quality. In addition to striving for employee retention, companies must also pay attention to the workload they face. This study employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design. The population and sample in this research comprised 70 employees of PT Bank Mandiri KCP Pandanaran, selected using saturation sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a census method utilizing a questionnaire as the data collection tool. This research aims to analyze the impact of are Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Psychological Capital, and Work Engagement on Turnover Intention in PT Bank Mandiri KCP Pandanaran. The research results show that higher Organizational Citizenship Behaviour will result in lower Turnover Intention. Psychological Capital also has an influence in reducing Turnover Intention. Work Engagement does not have an impact on the level of Turnover Intention. PT Bank Mandiri KCP Pandanaran can Maintaining good relationships with employees is a crucial step in creating a sense of ownership and loyalty towards the company. This can be achieved by recognizing employee contributions, strengthening relationships, fostering a positive work environment, and providing additional support such as improving workplace facilities and enhancing security. When employees feel valued and fully supported, they are more likely to provide more positive and responsive feedback. As a result, employees will feel more comfortable in their roles and will not consider leaving the company

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee retention is a process where employees feel driven and motivated to stay in an organization for a long period of time. Employee retention is also defined as a strategy or practice that contributes to keeping employees longer in the organization. Employee retention includes all the activities and practices used by organizations to prevent employees from leaving. Employee retention is considered central to organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance, job satisfaction and supportive work environment on employee retention in PT. Nasmoco Gombel Semarang. This study uses primary data through distributing research questionnaires to permanent employees of PT. Nasmoco Gombel Semarang as research samples, and secondary data through journals, books, and relevant data obtained from the company concerned. The data analysis technique used Statistical Program for Social Science with IBM SPSS Statistic 21 application to test the hypothesis and the effect of the relationship between variables. This study involved 63 respondents who were drawn with sensus sampling. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has no significant effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee retention, and supportive work environment has no significant effect on employee retention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership and self-efficacy on employee creativity through organizational member behavior as a mediating variable. The object of this research is PLN UPT PERSERO Duri Kosambi in West Jakarta. The population used in this study is PLN UPT PERSERO Duri Kosambi employees. The number of samples used was 82 respondents using a stratified proportional random sampling technique where the samples were obtained from various employees with different positions. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 20 software. The results of the study show that ethical leadership and self-efficacy through OCB have a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Self-efficacy has a negative and insignificant effect on employee creativity. Then ethical leadership through OCB has a positive and not significant effect on employee creativity at PLN UPT PERSERO Duri Kosambi employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the modern era, career opportunities in the professional world are widelyopenfor both men and women. However, many workers experience work-family conflict, whichis an imbalance between work and family roles that makes the demands of eachroleunfulfilled. Work-family conflict can cause individuals to feel pressured and exhaustedbecause they have to divide their time and energy between both roles. If not addressed, work-family conflict can increase the level of work stress and decrease job satisfactionamong employees. Ultimately, this condition can cause employees to have a desire toleavethe company, thus increasing the turnover rate and disrupting the balance of the company. This research aims to determine the ef ect of work family conflict on turnoverintention with job stress and job satisfaction as mediating variables in the Sari MulyaPutra Group Brebes. The population used in this research was all employees of theSari Mulya Putra Group Brebes with a total sample of 51 people taken using a samplingtechnique, namely saturated sampling, that is, using all members of the populationasresearch samples. Measurements in the questionnaire use a Likert scale. Thefivehypotheses in the research were tested using quantitative methods and the data analysismethod used was path analysis. Research data processing was carried out usingSPSSversion 25. The research findings indicate that work-family conflict has a positiveandsignificant ef ect on turnover intention, work family conflict has a positive and significant ef ect on job stress, job stress has a positive and significant ef ect on turnover intention, work-family conflict has a negative and significant ef ect on job satisfaction, andjobsatisfaction does not have a negative ef ect on turnover intention. However, thepathanalysis results show that job stress cannot mediate the relationship between work-familyconflict and turnover intention, and job satisfaction also cannot mediate the relationshipbetween work-family conflict and turnover intention
