Abstract

ABSTRACT The company must retain high-quality employees to reduce voluntary turnover amid the current complexity of the industry. Work Engagement (WE) and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) play crucial roles in diminishing employees' inclination to leave. Strengthening work engagement and enhancing employees' perception of organizational support can help create a positive work environment, boost productivity, and build the company's reputation. This research adopts a quantitative approach using Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 and SPSS 25. Results indicate that when employees feel supported by the company, their desire to leave diminishes. Additionally, the study shows a positive correlation between work engagement and organizational support, leading to a lower likelihood of employees leaving the company. PT. X can conduct evaluations through surveys and counseling to better understand employees' needs. Actions such as recognition, open communication, work-related information sharing, and offering career development programs can further enhance employee engagement

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on various aspects of life changes to digital. Trend of online shopping using e-commerce is profitable for consumers. This condition creates opportunities and challenges for business. This platform encourages every firms to optimize digitalization as part of its marketing strategy. This study aims to investigate live streaming shopping, celebrity endorser, promotion, online customer reviews, and advertising attractiveness on purchasing decisions among Lazada users in Semarang City. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. A total of 149 respondents who met the criteria were involved with non probability sampling techniques. The data that has been collected is analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 26 software. The results show that live streaming shopping, promotion, online customer reviews, and advertising attractiveness have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, celebrity endorsers does not have significant effect on purchasing decisions. With the acquisition of the largest coefficient of 0.324 for the effect of live streaming shopping. Lazada sellers should increase the frequency of live streaming to engage with their audience as an effective tool for boosting sales and influencing purchase decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of technology in Indonesia has a major influence on economic development, one of which facilitates buying and selling activities by using e-commerce. Ecommerce helps consumers to buy products without having to come to the store directly and also helps companies to market their products. One company that markets its products through e-commerce is Somethinc. Somethinc produces a variety of products that are useful for overcoming facial, skin and hair problems. In the world of marketing celebrity endorsement is often used as a strategy to convince potential customers. In addition, online customer reviews and service quality also affect consumer confidence to buy the products offered. This research was conducted on 138 respondents who are Somethinc consumers in Semarang. The data collection technique uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling where data is collected through the results of a google form questionnaire which has a Likert scale of 1-7. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the AMOS 24 analysis tool. The results showed that celebrity endorsement has a positive but insignificant effect on trust. In addition, it was found that online customer reviews and service quality have a positive and significant effect on trust. The results concluded that trust is unable to mediate celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions. But trust mediates the influence between online customer reviews and service quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of job characteristics and work environment characteristics on job satisfaction. This study consists of two independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are job characteristics and work environment characteristics. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to intern students at E-commerce companies. A total of 135 interns have participated in this study. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that job characteristics and work environment characteristics have a significant positive effect on job satistfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Intention to leave is one of the most researched issues in organizational analysisbecause a less competent employee can negatively impact an organization's competitiveadvantage. Incompetent employees can be caused by work-family conflicts andworkfamily conflicts when they work. In this study, burnout was used as an intermediaryvariable to define and assess the impact of work-family conflict and family-work conflict on the desire to cease working. This research was conducted at PT. Batang Apparel Indonesia. The populationof this research was employees who were married at PT. Batang Apparel Indonesia. Aproportionate random sampling approach was used to choose the samples, which included82 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires usingaLikert scale. The data analysis technique utilized multiple regression. The results showed that (1) the decision to leave PT. Batang Apparel Indonesiawaspositively and significantly impacted by work-family conflict, (2) the intention to leavePT. Batang Apparel Indonesia was positively and significantly impacted by family-workconflict., (3) work-family conflict among PT. Batang Apparel Indonesia employees hadafavorable and substantial impact on the desire to leave, which was mediated by burnout, and (4) work-family conflict within PT. Batang Apparel Indonesia employees hadapositive and significant ef ect on the desire to leave, which was mediated by burnout

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dividends are one of the reasons why people buy stocks. However, different research always produce varied results when it comes to the factors that determine a company's dividend policy. The purpose of this study is to re-examine the factors that influence corporate dividend policies, particularly those of companies that consistently give substantial dividends, using changes in the dividend tax rate specified in PMK No.18 of 2021 as the moderating variable. As the object of this study, companies featured in the IDX High Dividend 20 index are used. From 2018 through 2021, 12 companies that fit the criteria were examined as samples and assessed using Moderated Regression Analysis. The research results show that profitability, capital structure, company growth and managerial share ownership are able to influence the IDX High Dividend 20 company's dividend policy, but only profitability and capital structure are able to partially influence dividend policy. The dividend tax rate has not been able to become a moderating variable, which due to the lack of reaction from investors and management in responding to these regulations. This lack of reaction is likely due to the dividend tax exemption requirements which require investors to re-invest dividends received for at least 3 years in domestic investment instruments.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The popularity of snacking among Indonesian consumers is rising gradually. This is supported by the food and beverage industry’s impressive performance growth over the several years. As a result of the rising competition, Tao Kae Noi will be forced to remain competitive, develop their brand image and product quality, as well as improving their consumer purchasing decisions by utilizing food label and content marketing trends. This study was conducted to observe the influence of brand image, food label, product quality, and content marketing on consumer purchasing decisions of Tao Kae Noi consumers. The population in this study are the consumers of Tao Kae Noi products located in Semarang, Indonesia. The samples taken were 129 respondents. The sample collecting method used is purposive sampling. The data collecting method used was distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The analysis method used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25 as the analysis tool. The findings from this study indicate that brand image, food label, product quality, and content marketing partially and simultaneously have positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decision. In addition, content marketing has the biggest influence on purchasing decision of Tao Kae Noi products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Currently, Wardah lipstick products are increasingly experiencing challenges due to the large number of competitors. This study discusses the effect of Customer Online Reviews, Live Streaming, and Promotion on Purchase Intention on Wardah lipstick products through mediation of Customer Trust. And so, how the mediating role of Customer Trust on Customer Online Reviews, Live Streaming, and Promotion on Purchase Intention on Wardah lipstick products that have decreased sales. This research uses quantitative methods, with SEM-PLS measuring instruments using the SmartPLS version 4 application with validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. The results of this study indicate that Customer Online Reviews have a positive effect on Customer Trust, Live Streaming has a positive effect on Customer Trust, Promotion has a positive effect on Customer Trust, and Customer Trust has a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that Customer Online Reviews, Live Streaming, and Promotion affect Customer Trust so that it leads to consumer Purchase Intention which can increase sales of Wardah lipstick products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management proxied by Cash Conversion Cycle, Account Receivable Period, Account Payable Period, and Inventory Conversion Period on profitability in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Indonesia. Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) as a measure of a company's ability to earn profits from the use of all of its resources or assets. This study uses secondary data obtained from annual reports of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2022 period. The number of samples used was 59 taken by purposive sample method. The results of this study indicate that the cash conversion cycle has a negative and significant effect on profitability, the account receivable period has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and the account payable period has a significant negative effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the results for the inventory conversion period show that there is no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Over the last few years it has been known that there is a lack of employee performance at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Katolik Soegijapranata Semarang. The phenomenon and the differences in the results of research on transfer of training, motivation, and transformational style of leadership are the basis of the problem why this research was conducted. This study uses primary data obtained from direct interviews and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. This study used multiple linear regression analysis resulted in the finding that transfer of training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
